The two Walmarts near me never really have any LEGO, mostly Megablocks. So, I have no clue what is on clearance because I don't go in there anymore. As for the hobby shop, no, they are sold out of the Hogwart's castle. I sent someone over a few weeks ago and they got the last one because the lady told me so. Many pistols now offer high capacity MAGAZINES. These high capacity MAGAZINES can at times contain 12-15 ROUNDS or CARTRIDGES. A great example, from your home country, would be the Berretta 90 series. Mel Gibson and Bruce Willis made these pistols famous. The "Lethal Weapon" and "Die Hard" series both used this type of pistol, but I'm not 100% sure which exact one they used. So yeah, if the movie cops can carry these firearms, I guess the LEGO mob can carry them also. Sorry, not to disrespect you in any way, I just wanted to add a little bit of my own personal knowledge on the matter.

Ah few intresting points have been made here. Only people dat has access to doze phones would be Neal and Veronica. If da data was really erased, it would have been one of doze two.
