Noir Mafia: The Conclusion
Stash2Sixx replied to MagPiesRUs's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Yeah, I thoroughly enjoyed this game. Damn you TinyPies, you are sneaky. I honestly had no clue that i was a naive investigator. That is what really ticked me off. By the time I kinda figured it out, it was way too late. If I ticked anyone off in game, good, that was my character. From me tho, i am sorry, I was just playing the game. I hold nothing against any of you. I was misled, and misled well from the second day on. Shadows, well done! Hinckley, you did what you had to do, I hold nothing against you. Escape the Fate, I investigated you, but found out you were innocent, then you died within minutes. YG-49, I have no idea what the heck happenned with you, but just relax when these things start off. The hardest person to get rid of is usually on the first day, unless they draw a lot of attention to themselves. Unfortunately, you took the cake on day 1, and I think we really would have been a lot better off if you were still alive. Sir Dillon, I found you innocent, then you fell out a window as I was leaving your place. Alice, I wanted to follow what you were saying, but not realizing i was a naive investigator made it difficult. I firmly believed I was doing the right thing. You are actually the reason I came to my senses, so thnak you for the insightful PMs. Dragonator, sorry you died so soon. Millacol88, you were a Jerry backer in my eyes, and therefore, I lumped you in with the scum. Naive, sorry. Keetong/Newright, you guys were just too quiet. Not sure if you were following along or learning, so I investigated you, found ya innocent. Quarryman, Shadows duped us well. I believed you were good, I just took the scumbag Shawn's word. Whitefang, Millacol told me you told him I was the investigator. Sorry, once I believed he was scum, you never came fully over to the town side to me. Again, naive, sorry. Jim Butcher, you fought tooth and nail to survive, well done. Darth Legois, you were quiet, too quiet. I think that drew attention to yourself finally. AwesomeStar, you were gone before I blinked, but you were a scumbag cop, bummer for you. Bob the Construction Man, I wish you and I had cooperated even more. We were doing well there for a while. Maybe you and I had a chance sometime around day 4, but when you went after Shadows, you threw me. I had no idea what you were doing. Sorry. Ricecracker, for coming in a little late, good job. Why did you admit to being the hatchet killer, weren't you just suppossed to kill everyone? I must have missed something. Zepher, you got offed quick in this one, that was really wierd. Were you onto something and they got you, or just came up unlucky? Sandy, sorry. You being drunk and Shadows fooling me, well that just did you in with a few of us. Good try though. Commander Flash, I wish we had a little more on you to make a good decision. I found you innocent, but I don't think you ever came out with any proof about why you didn't believe I was innocent. Striker, I won't lie, I really wanted to off you the first day, but for some dumb reason, I didn't. Probably because I realized it didn't have a chance to win a majority with everyone going after YG-49. LEGO12, I blinked, and you were gone. You are usually a lot more involved, yet you really weren't in this one, what happenned? ZapperBrick, I had a feeling for some reason you were innocent. But when you backed up Jerry, I really didn't have a choice, if i voted against you based on my gut, I would have been toast really fast. Well played in staying alive for so long! Thank you all, this was a lot of fun. I really enjoyed this one. I think this has been my most involving game up to this point. At least my buddy killed me and not some stupid potato cart. And, I made it past day 5, well past day 5, so I really can't complain too much! -
Murder on the Emerald Express: Chapter 15

You know what.... I believe him! -
JCC1004... Your post makes absolutely no sense at all! You already voiced your displeasure in these sets with no reasoning other than the words 'awful' and 'lame.' Once is enough. Telling me the exact same thing twice looks like spamming to me. But then you contradict yourself and say that you "serious like these." What? Stop, think, type, use grammar, preview and reread, and then post. I am watching all of you.

Oooops! My mistake. I guess I read it wrong. I like the idea of a specific set where everyone does their own weathering. Keeping the set under $20US gives the members A LOT OF OPTIONS to vote for.

I think instead of showing off his pics, Greeness is trying to find out what he can do to improve his picture taking ability. Right? I think you are off to a good start, but I encourage you to sign up for the Reviewers Academy. You can learn a lot, I mean a lot, in there about making posts and including pictures.

The 7678 Droid Gunship sold for $29.99 and went clearance just after Christmas last winter in the USA. As has been stated, they are available on Bricklink and maybe even on EBAY if you keep your eyes peeled. I am going to merge this into the "Star Wars sets anyone?" thread.

I see a space set being difficult to weather. No air and no real weather to speak of. Maybe that's just me, sorry. Just trying to help with ideas.

I'm locking this breakfast thread also. Use the original thread if you want to contribute. Thanks.

Orland Park Lego Store, Grand Opening!
Stash2Sixx replied to sologuy369's topic in LEGO Events and User Groups
Since Sologuy already started a topic for the grand opening, I figured I would just add to it. With grand openings, LEGO usually has a Master Builder at the location constructing a giant model. For Orland Park, there will be an 8ft Yoda build. My friend asked me if I could post this information for him because they are still in need of volunteers to help. The times and dates are as follows: Friday, September 11th: 11am to 7pm Saturday, September 12th: 10am-6pm Sunday, September 13th: 11am-6pm -All volunteers should be over 18 years of age (in some cases, exceptions will be made). -All volunteers are to wear khaki pants and a black shirt with a collar. -Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled shift. -volunteer roles are as follows: runners, brick breakdown, assistant to the Master Builder, assist children with building bricks for the 8ft model. All volunteers who work an 8 hour shift are entitled to a nice discount on in-store merchandise for that day! If you would like to volunteer and be part of this incredible event, please contact Adam Stasiek, the Event Coordinator, at 847-517-1640, as he is scheduling all of the volunteers. Interesting news. Please do review the site guidelines hplegolover91! You are more than welcome to post this information, but please use some grammar while here. If you really are "old enough", then I'm sure you can look at your previous posts and see what I mean? Choosing to write something the way you did can lead many to think that these are just made up rumors. Thank you.

Murder on the Emerald Express: Chapter 15
Stash2Sixx replied to WesternOutlaw's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
I hope everyone realizes that we're just riding on an engine right now? Y'all have to figure out how to get back onto the main line where your green train is. And from lookin' at that there map, it ain't lookin too good. Mmmmhhhhmmmmmm.......I sure do like french fried taters. -
Not quite sure about your picture problems. If you can, change out the lenses. A macro lens is great for closeups. But thinking about it now, your pics aren't really that close. Yeah, no help, sorry. I do know that if the "danger clone" aims that minigun into the room, he would eliminate the droid problem really fast!

Very creative and it's a good laugh. The action poses of Battle Droids stretching and doing push-ups were great!

Speechless. I have no idea where to begin. Lemme sleep on this one tonight and give some feedback tomorrow. I hate so many of you right now. -
Noir Mafia Confirmation/General Discussion Thread
Stash2Sixx replied to MagPiesRUs's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
If I really do or do not know anything, it really doesn't matter. I was just trying to prove a point Sandy. The problem has been addressed and Bob apologized. And for your information, seeing people "squirm" gives me no pleasure. So please, let's act like mature adults and move on, ok? -
Due to recent information I have been given.... Unvote: Sal/Striker Vote: Carlo/Commander Flash

Noir Mafia Confirmation/General Discussion Thread
Stash2Sixx replied to MagPiesRUs's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Knock it off, ok? The game is still going on! I know plenty of secrets about what new products are coming out next year, but you don't see me runnin' my mouth now, do you? Be respectful to the host and the other people that are still involved in this game, or I will give it my all to make sure you don't contribute to anymore mafia games. Understood? Thank you! -
OK. I just had an epiphany! I just "realized" that I know nothing! I cannot back up any of my statements as to who is loyal and who is not. I am very, VERY, VERY angry right now! I hereby resign as your Police Chief. Everyone I have investigated thus far, I have always found to be innocent, which is very puzzling. Possible, yes. But no less, puzzling. The last little bit of information I have is this; Shawn had told me that Quinn was innocent from the beginning. I believed him and worked with them both. Now, Quinn has been found innocent, which is exactly what Shawn had told me. Therefore, I still trust Shawn! I will not vote for myself because I know for a fact that I am a loyal TOWN member. However, if I am attacked tonight, I will make every effort to fight back and 'not go gently into that good night!' To my fellow loyal TOWN members, I am sincerely sorry, I had no clue until last night. To the SCUM...right here! Sal, even though I thought you were TOWN from my investigations, I still see you acting extremely defensive, towards yourself and Carlo. You also seem to know a bit too much about me, which is quite puzzling. Since I can't seem to figure you out, I figure we just get rid of you. So, unless someone can give me a reason towards anyone else... I'm voting Sal/Striker!

Murder on the Emerald Express: Chapter 14B
Stash2Sixx replied to WesternOutlaw's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
The fed us a few times, those train people, so I don't see why we shouldn't offer them food also. Just don't let me near it! They've all gone mad and think I'm bad news, so I will stay away from the food! -

Who is this Alex that ya'll speak of. I know no one would dare be disrespectful now, would they? But that's cool Pete, I understand you're scared, not quite sure why, but that's cool.
