First of all, I never said I was an investigator. I said I was given some information. As for the staff, I have explained it multiple times already and this is the last time for those of you with small brain power. I figured that we as a group would easily outnumber the staff and would most likely find at least one sinister/not insane member among them. That's all there was. I wasn't going to sit around and go "Oh, poor Oaktree, blah blah blah." Yes we know he died, we were all here. No need for every member of this institution to reiterate. I made a move because nothing else was going on. I will not apologize because I still stand by my decision, had new information not arisen. If you would like to keep harping on it, by all means, go ahead. However, it's in the past and we need to move on to current issues surrounding us. Detracting from the vote isn't helping anyone. Sure, I have no problem disclosing who was in the second bit of information. Salvatore Ricardo Samuels (Dragonator) was the person I received information about today, and I was told he was insane. Now, bearded freak, not quite sure why you still want to vote for me. Same goes to the mythical fatman in red, unless you are holding a grudge? We can work together as a group and go off the information I have been given, or we can screw around and get nothing done. The choice is yours. Just remember, votes don't lie! Those that are trying to sabotage will be found out sooner, rather than later.

As I said before, I decided that we needed to eliminate potential scumbags from this hospital. An easy group to eliminate would have been the staff. We clearly outnumber them. If you can't see that, then you're crazy. Right, you are all crazy...Oh, except for "the Shadow". Information I had been given on day one was read and reacted to. I spoke with "the Shadow" claiming I knew of him to be not insane. Information from day 2 was then relayed to me and it explained how someone else was insane. Green was used in the note, yet no color was used in the note from day 1. When I questioned all of this for clarification, I was informed that things had changed and this is how it was. So I said to everyone, please forget what I already said about my vote. I then changed my vote to "the Shadow". My note was corrupted from the first day, for that I am sorry. When I spoke with Jesus, our "information" correlated and matched up well.

Maybe Jesus is "sinister", but as of right now, we have no proof. Likewise, we have no proof as to which of the staff may be trying to actually help us or which of the staff may be trying to kill us. I chose the staff because the sheer numbers of us could vote them out and clean house quickly. I thought that was obvious but I guess not. And by us, I meant all of the patients. Foolish human. Oaktree, I am sad to see you leave this planet. However, you are happier, I'm sure, back on your home world. Now to deal with today... We the patients clearly outnumber the staff at this hospital. They are the ones who are keeping us here. They are the ones that did nothing to save Oaktree yesterday. They have access to cameras and all of that, yet an innocent creature perished last night. I believe we should start removing the staff members in vote. Clearly, they are not with us, which can only mean they are against us! Once voting begins, I will select a staff member I feel we should vote for based on information I have found. Hopefully, all of you will go along and vote with us. Any opposition and we can be pretty sure that you are working against the rest of us. I'm sure there will be secret activities carried out at some point in the future so let us at least take some control of the next few days.

Ok, I'm older than you, I blow money on booze and have a Harley. What's wrong with that? Oh yeah, I also have a ton of LEGO. I hide my hobby from no one. Anyone that asks or shows interest, I'll talk about it to them until I see they are no longer interested. I think being part of a LUG helps too. When people actually have real life friends who are also interested, support in numbers right? And if the people at TRU and Target are giving you dirty looks, why shop there? Go to the LEGO stores!

Nickyblade, please don't go back to lurking. And no need to be sorry either. This thread is to bring up known issues with VIP Cards (at least that's what it has turned into) and that's good. Stores will update the points right away, providing the sytem isn't down. Shop at Home can take a little bit of time, especially if the item is backordered since you don't receive your VIP points until the item actually ships. Ceroknight, big sales or not, the system should deal with the points within hours. Chill out.

Social interaction is quite difficult. To destroy the dragons, you almost need a group to do it in a reasonable amount of time. Trying to coordinate and use numbers, numerical or typed out, is darn near impossible. They have made it VERY kid friendly, which is good if that's what they were going for. But they need to keep updating with new worlds as some of the running around is starting to get old. Always looking for more people to run around with. Look for Flapjack on Overbuild US.

I picked this set up the other day and built it; I actually enjoyed it. The mini-figs are great. DARK GREEN! The design with respect to the original from the show is close to spot on, for LEGO. I like how the engines rotate to really give it that VTOL feel. This thing is a pain to display though in flight. The weight balance really requires the engines to be in a vertical position for this bad boy to stand up. But I like this set. Even with all the cons people have typed, this thing is SUPER-swooshable, and that has to add a few extra points!

I guess I have a few. I've devoted more time to MOCing and building and I still want to find even more time. I need to sort things as soon as I buy them, otherwise I tend to forget what I have. And I want to do more cleaning here on EB in the coming year. Worthless posts, worthless posters, crap that doesn't belong, ITGs; time to start cleaning house!

And I'm sure most people know the purpose of a sale. Most people, who buy LEGO, also know that sets don't last forever. It's good to know what's going to be gone for good right? I guess I was more amazed at all the people who complained that it was a fake sale, or that there were bait and switch tactics being used. Really, a giant company in this day and age is gonna try to pull that? As for those of you without a LEGO store, I can see some of your frustration.

WOW!!! Lotta haters in here I see! LEGO has two major sales, and those of you who have been doing this for a while know this. One is near the end of June, and the other is after Christmas. Why? Oh right, it's to make room for all of the new items that are coming in. The powers that be have already decided how long sets will last on the shelves. Green Grocer has been around long enough. If you waited, well that sucks! Live and learn. There is no trickery, there is no bait and switch. These sets gotta go to make room. I know where I will be at 7am tomorrow morning. The Northern Illinois LEGO Train Club will host it's 9th Annual Holiday Show this weekend at Cantigny Park. There will be multiple layouts along with representatives from Brickmania and Brickarms on hand. Cantigny Park is located in Winfield, Illinois. The show takes place Saturday and Sunday, December 11th and 12th, from 9am - 4pm. Swing by and say hi, there are quite a few Eurobricks members who will be displaying.
