    Ooc: Dual strike does work like that. I target one enemy and if I deal damage then that's dealt to the next enemy in the battle order too. If the enemy is at the bottom of the battle order then it hits the enemy at the top. That was worked out in 42 I think. I can also deal double damage if I so wish. And then I have two turns from being hastened. And the rest is the basic rules. I'm not sure what you mean?
