  1. Bianca I apologize, and for it I will take you to a fancy dinner when this is all over, I also won't complain the next time your parents decide to visit us . Believe me I wasn't trying to turn against you, I was just pointing out a flaw in Chief Brody's argument. I know that the Chief trusts you so I knew he wouldn't decide to turn against you.
  2. Piper I thank you for your understanding. I've also noticed Candace's quietness, but as I have already drawn enough attention with my voting habits I will postpone my vote and allow Candace time to prepare her defence. Unless of course it seems unlikely that we will reach a conviction without me. In which case I will place my vote for Candace to avoid the wrath of God.
  3. Well Chief Brody you do raise some interesting points I'll give you that. Yet I do see flaws in your logic. Just because I was the second to last to vote for Marcus Mouse does not make me a member of the mafia. I'll be honest I may have been a bit quick in placing my vote (being this was my first mafia game and all). I also think we have to give credit to the mafia that they wouldn't be stupid enough to bunch up their votes like that. But I do find it interesting that you suspect me for placing the first vote on Randy, but not Bianca who also placed the first vote. Don't you find it odd that she was able to pick out a mafia member right off the bat meta gaming or not? I did indeed lead the charge against Randy Rabbit, and upon finding out his innocence I was remorseful. But at the same time I still feel stand behind my vote. Randy rabbit failed to post on the first and second days until several of us had started to question his absence. Now I don't know about you, but an inactive town member is of no more use to us than a dead one. So rather than risk killing a more useful member of the town Randy seemed like a low risk bet. If he was mafia great, if he was a townie that's then there still hasn't been much harm done. Randy himself didn't build a strong defence for himself either after other people started placing their votes. In regards to yesterday's events, I still stand by my actions. You sent a private message to me begging for help to vote off Betsy Bunny under charges that she was "role playing" too much. Betsy Bunny has been a trusted member of our town since the beginning of our hunt for the mafia. When you start jumping around asking me for help to vote off one of our most useful towns people on role-claiming charges red flags spring up in my face. I also made it a point that I didn't want anybody placing a vote just on my accord. I wanted them all to talk to the both of you guys first and come to their own decision. I also fail to see how an "appeal for information" can be viewed as scummy. I don't think I have demanded that much information, when you announced that you had found the cop I didn't jump on it. I accepted it, knowing that in the near future the cop would help us root out the last of the scum. Even though I still have my doubts that a cop exists. What I do find the most disturbing about your post Chief Brody is the time that it came at. We have less than two hours to reach a conviction when you come here to vote for me. Were you trying to catch me off guard in hopes that you could sneak a vote by without giving me a chance to defend myself? While I can't prove or disprove that there is a cop amongst us I also find it odd that they only show up in the final hour to try and vote a "logical" town member off. This seems like a hastily thrown plot based on half developed ideas, I'm not going to vote for you as you have been quite useful in the past (yesterday is proof enough of that), but I think you're misled nonetheless. I'm sorry about the rushed nature of my post but you haven't given me much time to respond.
  4. I find it amazing that mayor Langston is still able to coax people to come back to Fabuland, they're dropping like flies. I also hope that some more information comes along before we have to make a decision as to who to lynch.
  5. Oh God the nightmare hasn't ended yet. Betsy Bunny will be missed, and let us hope that she will be the last innocent to die before we eliminate the mafia. Chief Brody during your sting was there anybody who didn't privately talk to you?
  6. Well played Brody and Betsy, I have to admit that seeing the two of you fighting worried me, as you two have been the base of the town since day one. Chief I do apologize for trying to vote for you, as I shouldn't have lost faith in you so easily. But with the clock running down, you sucking up, and your aggressiveness. You seemed to act just a bit more scummy. Well now, I guess we'll just need to wait until someone wearing a fedora runs in brandishing a Tommy gun before we can point out a mobster . This childish act along with your crumbling defence leads me to believe you are in fact the real scum infesting our town. Vote: Gertrude Goat (Scorpiox) Betsy and Brody I sure hope your ruse has led us to the scum.
  7. Well we are in quite a dark hour if I do say so myself. From the beginning of the game I've held both Chief Brody and Betsy Bunny in high respect. They both have assumed leadership roles over the past few days, but now my dear friends and neighbors. I'm sure that I am mirrored by some of you in a loss of faith in both of this figures. Over the past few hours I've been conversing with both of them privately to try to find for myself which one of them was trustworthy. I would advise the rest of you whom are not sure as to who to vote for to do the same. Don't take my word for it in the event that I've been tricked by Betsy Bunny. Don't blindly follow me converse with both sides before placing your vote they can't fool all of us. It pains me to do this but after sucking up to me with semi illogical arguments I would have to Vote Chief Brody Bulldog (Waterbrick Down) Please Brody continue your conversation with me, but right now I've found Betsy Bunny to be more logical and well rounded. In the event that I have made the wrong choice I apologize. I had hoped to elaborate a bit more on my reasoning, but it will have to wait as I have to head to school right now. Please everyone we must place our votes soon.
  8. Not counting the mayor and his entourage I also think that one or two members of the mafia is a good guess. I've read through a couple of books on the subject and generally the town's population consists of around one quarter mafia. So based on that assumption I'd guess that the mafia had around 3-5 members at the beginning of this ordeal. So that subtract 2 would leave us with around 1-3 scumbags still in our midst. Betsy I look forward to hearing your thoughts about the remaining mafia members.
  9. *sips coco* Thank you sweet Bianca. It seems our situation is getting worse night by night. The only positive thing I see right now, is that the mafia must be severely weakened if not crippled. With two of their members including a blocker dead, there cannot be much left of there organization! Our only goal now is to strangle the remaining life out of them. Surely somebody must have information on the remaining mobsters, please bring it forward we need to avenge our fallen friends!
  10. Seriously Randy? I'm starting to get tired of your continual absence while we're working to root out the scum infesting our town. From my perspective, it looks odd that somebody will only show up once a bunch of other people have started to become suspicious of their absence. And upon returning they start spewing out wild accusations and illogical arguments just to disappear again the next day. Honestly something just doesn't seem right about that. I realise that there is a chance that you are in fact an innocent member of the town, and if that be the case I urge you to come forward and prove your innocence not only to me but to the rest of the town. Right now though I just can't see how having an inactive player could be of any use to the town, and as I've yet to see another player acting half as suspicious as you. I Vote: Randy Rabbit (Alex the Great)
  11. Well on the topic of motives, I think it might be a good idea to share some of our observations that we've made. If I recall correctly Gavin was the first one to place a vote, and he his vote was for Randy. Mind you, I'm not accusing Randy of anything I'm just letting my observations be known. Gavin also seemed fairly active in our community which could be one viable reason that led to his death. I have to admit I am stumped as to why Holly was killed. I think that Betsy's theory that the attack was more personal holds some water. Chief Brody, seeing that you've served in the Police Force for a long time, surely you could shed some light on this mystery.
  12. What a bitter sweet moment this is. Fabuland just won't be the same with out you Gavin and Holly . But I'm also glad that Bianca led us to make the right conviction yesterday, even if it was based on blind luck. I hope that lady luck will continue to grace us with her presence as we hunt down the remaining mafia. As for what to do right now. I think a good place to start would be looking for the motives behind the killings.
  13. Well day one is over, and I have to say I'm loving the narrative Hinckley. Will day two be up in 24 hours(upon the closing of the day thread)?
  14. Being that we have less than 24 hours left I fear if we don't reach a conviction right now we might not reach one today. It pains me to do this, as I think we are voting based off of little evidence, but I have faith in my wife's decision. Vote: Marcus Mouse (Bricks2000) Marcus if you can provide sufficient evidence to prove yourself as a townie I will gladly change my vote.
  15. Bianca dear, I am here, and I am just as worried as you about this whole Mafia ordeal. I am scared for my own life, but I'm even more scared your life, and those belonging to our friends. *Embraces Bianca* Time is ticking away as we all seem to postponing our votes out of fear of convicting an innocent. Bianca dear I just don't know what to do! I can't bring myself to convict one of our long time friends with no evidence to back it up. If we resort to blind accusations than we're no better than those scumbags that have infested our town.
  16. Well that's all any of can really do at this point. I am also glad to see that you're becoming active now.
  17. Alright I think we all need to calm down a bit. It is time to vote, but I don't think we're going to get anywhere by making wild accusations. I also don't think we should just blindly vote someone off, as we're more likely to convict an innocent. I do find it odd that Randy only appeared once thus far, and that hunter was babbling on about nonsense, but other than that I haven't noticed any really suspicious trends.
  18. Bianca if you feel it would be best to help Hunter out, I won't stop you. Although you could also plan out the funeral arrangements for Patrick.
  19. So will Shadows be our first graduate or flunk out?
  20. While I'm not a fan of the colour scheme its a solid build the chest is great.
  21. Betsy do you know anywhere else your husband might be? The Mayor will expecting our first conviction soon and I think it will be imperative that we have a say from everyone before we make that decision.
  22. Oh dear what has happened to our once fair home? Fabuland used to be an ideal peaceful town, and yet now we've resorted to convicting our own friends for the most hideous of crimes. I do hope no more bloodshed occurs, but the logical part of me fears that as long as the mafia walks our streets tragedy will loom over us. Bianca, I agree with you in that we have to honor the brave FBI agent, but I think it would be in our best interests to eradicate the mafia threat first.
