Sounds like the good old Captions Contests we've had (any chance of a revival of those?). The reward was a title. I don't think an award is needed for this kind of forum. There are plenty of rewards already (titles, flags, tags) I'm pretty sure there is one ;-) Topics with new deals will be at the top of the topic list anyway, and old ones will usually end up closed when a deel has been made. I don't think this is really necessary.

No, it's not region free, but that has nothing to do with UK tv's being PAL. The problem is that US consoles use NTSC (since US tv's are NTSC). Which does not mean that a tv bought in Europe can't handle NTSC (the European standard os PAL (or SECAM, but I don't think that applies to games)). I have a US SNES and PSX and they work fine on my new tv. However, if your tv can't handle NTSC you'll get black and white images or none at all. You can also work around this by getting an RGB cable. A Component cable might work too, but I'm not sure about that. Still, that's something that can be taken care of by watching the specs of your tv. The main problem is...games. An UK system cannot play US games and vice versa. Which means that if you import a PS3, you'll have to import all games as well. Which I would recommend, since games are usually cheaper in the US (and released earlier). Third (minor) problem is that you'll need to buy a power converter. US consoles work at a different amount of Volt then UK/European consoles. Still, you can easily get those for 5-10 Euro at you local electronics- or DIY-store.

That's funny, seeing how it isn't out in the US yet and all. I had the Japanese version, and while it's not bad, it's definately not as good as Gold and Silver.

I resized you picture and uploaded it to my own Brickshelf. There's a tutorial on how to resize your pictures here. If you've resized your picture, you can change the link back to your own Brickshelf :-) Looks good, but I'd try to smoothen it out a bit more. It looks a bit too high for a submarine (or not long enough).
