Oh yea I remember CM4Sci's sketches.As for the pictures I'd say it's a safe bet for october.And speaking of the retailer catalogue does anyone know if the catalogue of the first half of 2017 has been released?? Cant' wait for someone to take pictures of it and leak 'em online

Well originally the movie was intended to come out on July but later Disney moved the release date to May.So maybe at first Lego intended to release the sets at summer but still hasn't changed the date,because it makes more sense to release them at spring and not in the summer. Hopefully the source that gave the info to Sir von Lego is mistaken. But hoping won't change anything....only time will tell.

Don't be offended because that was not my intention.The thing is we're in the internet and God only knows how many people are willing to lie and spread false information.Just last summer there was a user in this forum who claimed he'd seen the Nexo Knights sets,obviously he didn't and the info he shared was fake as hell.So understand why my reaction is skeptical.I only take in consideration those users with reputation of giving reliable leaks.

Sir is a well know leaker regarding upcoming sets and his info most of the time is reliable.And I agree with you,having no new PotC sets would be a huge miss for Lego. Not mention it would be such shame not to have atleast one more wave.

If that's the case why didn't you tell that straight away??Also I myself asked Sir about the PotC sets but he didn't reply to me,for whatever reason. Any way I still stand on what I said earlier.We'll get our definitive answer on february when it's toy fair time.

Is there an embargo for those set pictures?? Is this why Lego is so hush hush about those sets?? Either way the secrecy is kinda ridiculous since the set themselves aren't spoilery that much.

Thanks for the heads up Nokturn.Damn I have to say that's some top notch quality for these pictures,especialy the pics with minifigures you can see all the detail on the them and of course they look amazing,Lego never disappoints in that regard. Still thought I'll be skipping this set,got my eyes on the U-Wing.

Yea now that you mention it I remember there was some talk about Zeb being in a set,even thought I don't know if this was just wish list set or a rumor.Maybe he'll be in the same set with Kanan,I don't know.Guess we'll find out when the pics come out.

Well then,let us hope then that TLG hasn't updated their security. I'm most curious about that Rebels set and the two RO sets.

Damn those RO set prices are painful.But it's good to know that there we'll be only two of them. Can anyone give an educated guess on when we can expect the pictures to surface online??

As I said earlier I think it's too early to know any solid fact about the sets unfortunately but honestly I can't imagine us not getting any sets at all given the reasons I gave above.I'm afraid we're stuck on limbo for now atleast,even thought I would give anything for a comfirmation. Huh looking back (way back...) on the comments of this very thread and it looks to me that the guys back then had no info concerning the sets for quite some time.I mean the latest comment that I checked was from October of 2010 and they knew nothing. My point is that this time around we might have to wait as they did back on '10 until we hear something. But that gives me hope,it would be such a shame if this line doesn't come back for atleast one more time.

Well now if you were Sir von Lego or someone with a reputation of sharing reliable info I might believed you.But for now we know nothing about the sets for better or worse.Even if what you're saying is true we might get the sets next summer instead of next spring.But I prefer the latter if any of this is true.

Didn't Sir von Lego said that there will be three RO sets?? Two big and one medium size??

Unfortunately I was foolish enough to let my chance slip away and didn't manage to buy those two ships when I could. So pretty much the Brick Bounty that came last year was my first Lego ship.And now I'm not saying that the ship is bad and all but it's not the same level of quality as the BP or the QAR was. So hopefully with the new sets I might be able to finally get a quality ship.

I would also love for another Black Pearl since I missed the original but I doubt that we'll get it.Maybe we'll get to see the new bad guy's ghost ship ( Captain Salazar) or the Flying Dutchman since Will Turner will come back for the movie. And I agree about the 2015 Pirates line,underwhelming is the right way to describe the bad taste it left to my mouth.So hopefully with the new PotC sets I might be able to wash it away.
