  1. Welcome here! And great moc! I'd gladly like to see more of your creations!
  2. $38 for one set?! That's quite expensive! I'm asking $31.5 for one set, and if you buy 2; it'll be $30 for one.
  3. Nope, normally I won't bring it to Legoworld... Because there are too many detailed things that you just don't see into such a big layout! But I'll bring it to clubweekends of Belug.. For instance the one in Mechelen within a few months! Don't know if you'll be present there?
  4. Thank you all for the great comments! Look, you've just all made me cryyy of happiness! @ Norrington, what's a "MOC expert tag"? @ Teddy: It's not based on a real existing castle. It's just an own creation. About the tan, I must say that it "jumps out of the picture" because it's a photo.. In real life it's not that bright. The meaning is just to make a castle. But there is going to be an exterior part inside of the castle too! But this is just future talk Not for the first weeks... So it's more like a keep. The waterfall is just flowing out of the rocks, so it comes form an interior river.. I know it's not realistic yet, because behind the rock the castle starts So the waterfall will be lowered.
  5. Incredibly great set! With lots of nice details, and especially: great and lots of figs! BUT: Pricey.. Maybe your money is well spend, but it still is quite a large sum..
  6. Thank you everyone! Up to know I'm having all the fun of the world here!
  7. I think the paypal fee is based on the amount that is paid. So in this case, 600 tracks will be a few 100 bucks I think? I'm far from a trainfan, so I don't know the prices very well.. That's where the $5 is coming from. I must say that there are A LOT of members on Bricklink that ask the paypal fee they have to pay! More than you even think! First thing I do is checking the Store Policies, because most of the time they mention whether they charge paypal fees, whether they use a fixed currency rating (for instance 1$ = 0.85€) and so on! I think this seller is one of the many using this fee charge, and shipment is normal. Before you order from a country far away of yours: ASK THE SHIPMENT COST!!! Then you can't complain afterwards!! I always do that! When it's too much, no order! Just as simple as that!
  8. Theheheh! You're right, I've heard this quite some times already You'd better run!!
  9. I don't think that you'll get a cheaper alternative... The US are (for as good as everything) cheaper than Europe! So it's the same with shipment! And I have to say that I've already bought quite a lot in the US, and paid a fortune (that I otherwise could use for Lego!!) to shipment! It's the same everywhere! Shipment is expensive! I think you should just pay that amount.. Personally I don't think that this person will trick you! I've just calculated with our Belgian post office service, and if you'd buy the same parts here, it would also be $44. Maybe it's also an insured package? And about that paypal fee.. Normally you can find this in his "store policies". If it isn't mentioned anywhere, normally he can't charge you this! Important note! Keep in mind that some post offices don't just look at the weight of the box, but also the measurements! And I don't think that 600 tracks will fit in a small parcel box Maybe you should buy some more stuff from his shop to compensate? I've done this too in the past! Just till the box is full AND for the same price! Grtz Cs666
  10. @ Zorro, I'm from Roeselare, West-vlaanderen. And yes it's quite well secured! I've put some axemen in front of the door, and my army is protecting the castle! :skull: It'll be quite some time to build! Now It's 'bout one month and 2 weeks since I've started, and it's far away from finished yet! I was experimenting to make ducks.. I wanted some details on the water, and since I'm not that well stocked in yellow and other stuff to make ducks out of bricks, I had to do it in another way Thats why I came up with the idea of scorpion bodies and minifig hands
  11. Nice job! I love the tiny "tiled" wall around your chapel!
