  1. I'll give this set a 3 - Average. It includes a minifig and it's design is a bit plain, but in the same time cool :)
  2. hm, that's the first time I see this set (shame on me). Nice review man, (as usual), as for the set - well, it's from the pre-minifig, era, right? I don't like it, to be honest. Way too many water cannons. Yes, the term is water cannon, not "fire guns".
  3. Eurobricks is not there, and my country (Bulgaria) is not on the list either!!!!
  4. Nice review, WhiteFang, with lots of photos - exactly as a good review should be! As for the set - I own it and it's a very good one! The Fire Squad vehicle is a nice addition to my other Fire dept. vehicles. It offers very good playability and this ladder is so long! You can have so much fun with it.
  5. This gizmodo.com seems to post many articles on LEGO, that's cool! Very interesting to see!!
  6. "Handle anti-globalists with care!" hahaha, that's evil!!! As for the van - it's great!!! Very creative and realistic! I like it a lot!
  7. Cool review, thanks! Way too many stickers! But this is a very good set, though. I agree with the 9/10 you gave it!
  8. TheBrickster, thank you so much for all these reviews of classic Town sets!! OMFG, this set was released in 1982 and I was born 1 year earlier, hehe :) Nice little heli!
  9. I think this sumps all up - sadly. You just got far too excited by this! This is not a proof that LEGO will revive the Pirates! Don't get me wrong - I would love to see new Pirates sets!!
  10. What??????? LEGO will revive Pirates? Is this official??
  11. Great review of a great set! Sadly, I don't own it. As for the alternate building idea's on the back of every box - yes, I miss that as well! I really miss it!
  12. Thanks for this review of a classic set!!!! Very good review, with lots of photos! edit: 588 is Lego's first police station. I own the second one - 6384 and I think it's better, the car and the motorbyke especially. But 588 is a very good set as well.
  13. hehe, very good MOC! Nice idea, this desert version!
  14. I wasn't here (on EB) for some time - I am happy to read that we WILL have elfs next year!
  15. Good for you :)
  16. I would like LEGO to revive the Pirates theme. Why? Because it's such a great and rich in posibilities theme! I think even now, it is still very popular among older fans of Lego (AFOLs).
  17. Very nice little scene!
  18. Hey, your review is great (as usual!!) As for the set itself - well, it's an impulse set after all - small and cheap, nothing special. Well, the rat is special, hehe, for me the rat is the most interesting in the set (cause I don't have a rat). I don't have a troll warrior either, but I'm not very interested.
  19. This is a very cool carriage! (I would have preffered the use of older Castle minifigs, though, not the currect ones). But do you know what this MOC reminds me of? It actually looks like a carriage that can be used to transport heretics to the pyre (of course, the good christians want to have their souls from the devil, by burning them alive. How cool of them, right?!). So, this is what this carriage reminds me of.
  20. I can't remember now, which EXACTLY was my first one, I must ask my father, hehe. But probably these 2 are among the very first Castle sets I had (I still have them, of course): As a child I've spent so many hours with LEGO, with the Castle sets! I had great fun!!
  21. Lots of photos of the B-wing: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=167615
  22. No chance, that fig is too special. maybe the officer dude or a simple soldier (blue coat).
  23. I am number 2940. I suck: http://www.brickset.com/detail.aspx?Set=2940-1
