  1. Lego does not make specific parts for LUGs or events. As for rare colored parts, they are usually found in a few European PABs every now and then or are sold by people who manage to get them from Lego directly through certain means. The former is usually the case. -Chuck
  2. No, I don't think Nabii is a part of our forums (Builders Lounge, I mean). I may be mistaken though. Taylor, or Legohaulic, is someone who I am friends with, though, and speak to him on AIM every now and then. I'll ask him next time he comes on, but he'd probably ask what the point would be. Once again, I'll see. -Chuck
  3. Might this unexperienced builder be able to join ;-; ? -Chuck
  4. I like the Mars Mission aliens. Although I think my all time favorite aliens were the UFO aliens. -Chuck
  5. I like the vehicle itself, but it might look better with a smaller gun. The gun it has right now lacks a bottom, which could mean that when the shell is shot out, it might hit the driver. Also, assuming that the vehicle wouldn't topple over when being driven, wouldn't the force of the gun make it topple over? I think that maybe if you extended the vehicle itself and gave the gun a support stand, then you would have a pretty nice MAV. -Chuck
  6. I know this is a pretty old subject, but I have a suggestion. I am aware that the current age limit is 18. But on the contrary, there are alot of members under 18. I think that maybe it would be a good idea to bring back the age limit to 13. If you see to it that this is inapropriate, just close this topic and I won't bring it up again. -Chuck
  7. I love how people say they prefer the classic dragons, even though technically, they are more <insert that tiresome argument> than the current ones. The classic dragons were made up of about 6 pieces: the body, the top of the head, 2 arms, and 2 wings. The current dragons have at least twice as many pieces. -Chuck
  8. According to one of my friends, who has many non-production parts, lego mainly makes non-production parts in two colors: Red to test the mold itself, and transparent to sea if there are any cracks within the mold. -Chuck
  9. Yay for tan Kepis and black lightsaber hilt in 7622! -Chuck
  10. This is really nice Vader, but one thing bothers me: The eyes seem a little too big. -Chuck
  11. Oooh 8-
  12. For hannukah, I am getting the Lost Tomb set, Race for the Lost Treasure, and 2 Motorcycle Chases. -Chuck
  13. Oooh, new crowny torso: This looks like it would be good for squires and such. -Chuck
  14. And you do realize that Steven Colbert is a comedian, right? -Chuck
  15. Human sets Robot sets Though they aren't available to buy, the info for them is up. They should probably be available soon, though. -Chuck
  16. I found that part particularly uninformed and somewhat racist, and it will probably start a flame war. Not all Mexicans are illegal immigrants and/or are going to try and go across the border :-| -Chuck
  17. The person above me has an era named after them. -Chuck
  18. Happy Thanksgiving! -Chuck

  20. It does fit a fig :-| You can kind of make out the head in the pic posted. All of my minifigure scale vehicles are able to fit figs inside of them. -Chuck
  21. pictured without armaments The Ocelot is a versataile Type Delta aerospace fighter jet, and can be given a number of different pieces of equipment including, but not limited to, FASTpacks, missle pods, and nose mounted instruments. Gallery -Chuck
  22. Yes, I've heard of him, and I speak to him every now and then: Thats somewhat of an inside joke, the quote. -Chuck
  23. I think you should extend the deadline to give us more time to build. -Chuck
  24. Thanks! I try my best to make sure that a figure can fit in my Minifig scaled creations! The "mystery anime" is actually a short-lived show called "IGPX", which stood for "Immortal Grand Prix" (maybe the last X in the abbreviation means 10) . For anyone interested in attempting to make their own, cross section pics are available on my Flickr. -Chuck
