  1. You say that as if there aren't figs of them already *wacko* -Chuck
  2. I'm sure there was a reason. It was probably either a pointless topic or a report about old news. You can't change or delete it: only Admins can change/delete tags. If you don't like how things are run in a forum, you don't have to say. Joining a forum isn't a binding contract, so just because you still have an account here doesn't mean you have to use it. Also, it seems that since you could have just as easily PM'd an Admin to close your account (deleting accounts that have enough posts mess up the database I THINK), otherwise it just seems as if you are crying for attention :-/ -Chuck
  3. A lot of army personnell wear safety glasses because of the heavy use of firearms in the military. There is your reason ;-) -Chuck
  4. For those of you Anti-Bley Castle people, I ask you one thing: Have you ever seen two stones that are completely the same, or for that matter, a castle in which all the stone matches up color-wise? Didn't think so ;-) That said, wouldn't bley just make a castle more realistic? -Chuck
  5. True about Kit Fisto, but remember that these figs are more based off of the upcoming "The Clone Wars" animated TV show than the style that lego upholds ;-) -Chuck
  6. Then we can slap a little overpriced rubbish sticker on them, and call each of our sigfigs Sally! -Chuck
  7. *Pew pew* -Chuck
  8. Actually, thats a good point you make, DH. I hadn't thought of that *sweet* -Chuck
  9. Its not like an event you sign up for, you have to be invited :-P Besides, there have always been Toyfair photos this time of year, and they should start popping up within next month ;-) -Chuck
  10. Maybe he doesn't have the sets yet. We can't all get the newest sets when they come out :-| Besides, does it matter? It was an excellent stop-motion video, regardless of whether or not the actual set was used. If you want to see the actual set used, just watch the commercial for the Temple Escape set :-P If you ever get the Temple Escape set, Axle, I would love to see you do a take two with the video using that ;-) -Chuck
  11. While I agree with you, You also have to realize that probably: A) It would always be with the back opened to allow for playability. Therefore, it would be pointless to have a set with 2 back to back. B) It would need 2x2 stud space on top so that the tip does not come off easily. -Chuck
  12. In addition to what appear to be new helmet molds, it appears the regular clone trooper body has been made a little more stylized, no doubt because of "The Clone Wars" category it falls under. -Chuck
  13. Way to stick it to marketing! Specialized figures like that tend to be in the larger sets, IMO. Also, if I recall correctly, the TX Fighter Tanks is in the 40-50 dollar price range, bu don't take my word for it :-/ Looking for Display Name: These will be out some time around summer *sweet* -Chuck
  14. Actually, this picture is from 2003, which is evident from the Orient Expidition sets on the top of the photo. Also, this appears to be a Lego brand store. -Chuck
  15. I kinda have to agree with Sam, here. This is definatley a MOC, judging by the parts list we had. IIRC, there were none of those big onion-shaped molds or 6x6 dome molds :-/ -Chuck
  16. *wub* (put the photo up for you, Kanal ;-) ) -Chuck
  17. First off, Kanal, a late "Welcome to Eurobricks!" :-) I don't quite understand what you are asking, but I know English is not everybody's first language. But regardless, topic titles such as "10185 Green Grocer photos" appear to be misleading, as it would appear that you have photos of the set itself. If pics do show up, you will most likely see it on the front page. Also, try using the search option before posting a topic asking a question, just to make sure it hasn't been asked and answered before. Once again, welcome! *sweet* EDIT: Sorry, I didn't quite understand what you said in your first post, and I assumed that it was nonsensical. Please deeplink the photos, as the folder is not yet viewable :-) -Chuck
  18. Yay! Do you have any information regarding the sets themselves *sweet* -Chuck

    The Lost Ark

The only yellow brick is a 2x2 yellow plate in between the 2 2x4 brown plates. You can barely see it, as it is covered up by the handles. See it on page 26 halfway down on the online instruction booklet. -Chuck
  20. Sorry Stauder :-$ I'm a little new to reading the interviews, and since IS posts them, I assumed (inccorrectly) that both of you do them as sort of a conference chat on MSN or AIM. Really X-O I had better dress in my Friday best! (Shabbat is on friday, although my family doesn't really celebrate it) -Chuck
  21. Wow! I absolutley love the turret there, Stauder. Great configuration of all the hatches, and I think the top could use maybe a bar that goes around the opening, and maybe a machine gun turret and grenade launchers on the side. Also, I never would have though of using that gear for a tank turntable. The opening makes it perfect for crew to get inside of it. The body, on the other hand, doesn't quite match the excellence of the turret. Its too small compared to the the turret, and the driving crew should be inside of the body, as I am pretty sure it is impossible to steer from a tank turret. I would love to see a White Death, take 2, with a bigger body, covering over the treads, and maybe a few little details added onto the turret (I know, I said it again :-P ) Other than those minor adjustments, Great work! -Chuck
