    At the very least, we might get one of those Legoland park exclusive sets like the recent Ninjago shooting gallery coaster thing. It’d be a shame if there was no accompanying theme as there is a wealth of material to cover. They’ve already previously touched on mythology with Orient Expedition sets, Vikings creatures and CMF characters.

    The integration of speed bumps in the new road system is pretty cool. Seems like a lot more options for customization.

    Some fuzzy City 2021 pics from a Russian website on Insta. Probably legit, I doubt someone would go to the trouble of mocking up a few random City sets.

    I would say the original submission was targeted to adult fans, but judging by the rumoured price we may end up with something more simplified and accessible to a younger audience too.

    Apart from the Tractor (hopefully a welcome return to Farm), the rest sounds standard and pretty dull. EDIT: With that updated list, a Skate Park sounds good too. Maybe a new kick scooter mould?

    Okay, so at this point Bert, Elmo and Cookie Monster are all we really have confirmed as Lego figs? That alternative worried Bert looks like a Kubrick too then. Some of the proportions on the facial features are different to the Lego one.

    Love the inclusion of the reindeer, but I think the building itself looks very samey of everything that’s come before in the Winter Village. Maybe I’m just over pitched roofs...

    Not sure how accurate the caption is on someone’s #legoleaks post, but they say Sesame Street is due for release 1st August.

    Looks like it features a drop tower with power functions, similar to the Tower of Terror.

    Sadly yes, that seems to be Lego’s M.O nowadays. Where we could’ve had a resurrection of the classic Ninja and Castle themes, we get Ninjago and Nexo Knights. Fantasy theme + technology and vehicles = new Lego theme.

    Ah yes, for all those times I’ve been on a plane with a car sitting in the cargo hold...come on Lego.

    Oh, I love that box art. Prefer this to the submission, the fact you can build a ship out of the wreck is great, and it just feels more ‘Lego’ than the monotone original. Nice little nod to the Islanders there too with that statue head.

    Is this the first time in recent years that Lego has kept a new theme so secret until they’ve revealed it themselves, with no figure leaks on Insta etc?

    Something I did notice was that our episodes were an hour long, which gave the creations and trams more airtime and room to breathe. I think the 30 minute episode time was a bit too short.

    Thanks for the insight and your work on the show! I’m currently watching the episode and it definitely seems more similar to the Aussie version we had, rather than the UK version.

    Fantastic! From one of my favourite Bond films too, even though it's sometimes derided. What scene do you plan on covering next? The inside of a Liparus tanker? Mi6 with a Q-Boat flying out? Can't wait to see!

    More than happy to pay "extra" for printed parts over stickers that will eventually peel, or slide off my pieces, or drive me insane trying to perfectly apply.

    Not sure it's been mentioned, but AMAZINGLY, there's no stickers in either of these sets. I've built both and they contain printed parts only.
