  1. Hey, thanks guys! I'm happy that you like these gunships, they were fun to build. rongYIREN
  2. Fun looking ship, love how you've designed the body to rotate around the cockpit, like a nice little homage to the B-Wing.
  3. Nice little ship, I especially enjoy how you have constructed the nose cone.
  4. I am updating with a new variant to the Desktop Series project that I have going on. This is the 'Agile Hawk Mk.2' If you have seen the project before you'll notice that this design is a slight departure from the original A-31 Gunship. I guess this could be considered the fighter variant. Reviews are always welcome! You can check them out here! Support if you like :) Thanks, rongYIREN The rest of the series [these are just prototypes below...]
  5. Robot Space Penguin!? Now that I'd like to see.
  6. Ha ha, luck is something I'm going to need a lot of. I'm getting crushed in that contest with only 6 votes and one of those votes is my own. But Thanks, I really appreciate it!
  7. Thanks to everyone who stopped by to take a look at the MOC and even more to those who left comments, I appreciate it! rongYIREN
  8. I think it's bubblegum lava.
  9. Thanks a lot! The eel was intended to actually be longer but did have enough parts. The "tan thing" was envisioned as some type of aquatic plant life, but was actually inspired by the background images from a particular level in Super Mario Bros. 2
  10. Built this for the ReBrick Challenge. My idea started out as simply a mechanical octopus but then I thought it might be cool to include an aquanaut, and thus this tentacled submersible mecha was born. And of course no Aquapod is complete without a suitable deep-water environment... including odd looking eel. Hope you enjoy. Any critiques would be welcome. Thanks! Flickr link...
  11. Thanks again to everyone for stopping by and having a look and leaving comments, I appreciate it! Thanks! Although, unlike the Conquistadors, these guys being droids and all probably lack the necessary parts for transmitting Syphilis,
  12. Hey, thanks guys for the comments, I appreciate them! to brickmack - I was kind of out of luck with that hose. That one is a little too long but the other one I have is way too short.
  13. Hey thanks! As for their proportions, the arms were meant to be much longer than the legs, so much so that they would almost be dragging their knuckles on the ground as they walk. A comparable body type might be the Vogon race from Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.
  14. Interplanetary Explorer-Conquerors Hey all! my first MOC post over here on Eurobricks... hope you enjoy! So, like the Conquistadors of old these guys roam the galaxy doing what Conquistadors did best, I guess - exploring and then if all goes well... conquering. In the MOC, the idea was for them to be on some planet with floating rocks or what not. I guess these rocks happen to be over open water. *Critiques are welcome, of course! (Left:Cdr. Tibbs Right:Sgt. Qu and ROVr ) Another pic if you are so inclined to see more. Click!
  15. Nice work J4ke! It's a pretty sleek design overall except for the tail. I see what you were doing by trying to emulate the X-15 tail, but for my two cents, I think a more sloping tail or even double sloping tails(X-37) would flow better with the over all design.
  16. Or perhaps it is alien flora on some distant planet...
  17. Ssorg that is one beautiful piece of work you've got there and it's so much larger than I imagined. Good luck on CUUSOO, I definitely voted for you!
  18. Ha, what a clever little build! Made me smile.
  19. That is one wicked looking drill! That red landscape is very eye catching, maybe throw in some dark red areas to give it a little variation. Great work!
  20. That's one tough looking Mecha, love the mix of colors.
  21. I'm really digging this set idea, not so much the beach theme but it'd be great for other collector minifigs. Although probably unlikely, I'd like to see an army builder pack for some of the soldiers.
  22. Nice review! I think I find the box design far more exciting than the actual set. Decent parts set though...
  23. Hmm...I'm a little partial to the old Sy Snootles now that I see the comparison. Maybe a combination of the two is in order. Regardless, this is a top notch rendition of the Max Rebo Band! Always love your work.
  24. I particularly enjoy how the vehicle is very lightweight and minimal as opposed to the old vintage troop carrier, nice work!
  25. The addition of the green is a refreshing touch but I’d still take it a bit further if you can. A bit more color as well as smoothing out the surface some more would turn a nice MOC into a great one!
