    I've seen people use brick separators in MOCs. Maybe you should start to view them as LEGO pieces and not just as junk? :P

    One of my Targets doesn't have them, but it's a smallish store. The other has all 3 of the ones they carry (aka no Erebor/Smaug) and they are put on the shelf correctly so everyone can see them. They actually sold out of the Witch King set last week (they had at least 10 of them when they first stocked) but they restocked it a few days ago. Sales will pick up a little once the movie hits. I doubt it will be enough to convince LEGO to do more waves though.

    Thankfully ordered (and received my confirmation e-mail, phew) Erebor from S@H last night before the shop seemingly died. Now I own every Hobbit set except for Battle of the Five Armies. I will place an order for it on Nov 1st with some filler items to get Holiday Set 2 of 2. It's been a fun ride for us Tolkien fans if these turn out to be the end. I will forever be happy that we got so many. I just wish TLG would evergreen more licenses than just Star Wars. Hobbit/LotR could give us so much more.

    While I like the set on the whole (i love sea green!), Smaug makes the set and he is worth the additional cost... i am certain of it. He is going to be one of those figures that fetches the box price just on his own within a year of the set going OOP! You thought Dinos were bad, just wait.

    Thanks for filling me in. It's a shame we don't have some actual minifig holsters but your compromise still turned out well in the photos. Really hope we'll see The Dark Tower realized on the screen someday. Maybe when HBO is done with Game of Thrones? :) Not that I want GoT to ever end... :p

    Wish I could get it earlier... but I'm trying to look on the bright side. Oct 1st I can order Santa's Workshop and a couple smaller items... then on the 15th place another order for some Hobbit items! And all of it will be Double VIP! YESSS! Remember you get a free Holiday set with $99 or more orders... so I'm aiming to get two of those.

    Anymore sightings of BotFA sets at retail? Still none in my area as of today. Have TRU stores been told to pull them for the time being until the release date?

    Wasn't able to find them today either. Even double check with the staff... they claim they never keep LEGO in the back and it should all be on the shelf. Bummer for me.

    Thanks to Walgreens I have all of series 12, in fact I almost have two full sets... just need another Jester. I'll be on the lookout for more boxes once they hit TRU and LEGO stores.

    Thanks but I also need the corrected minifig head which also changes the beard from black to brown :) I can definitely find a use for the black pieces as well, it's just that I want an accurate Kanan. I will keep you in mind though!

    I bought The Ghost and it contains the black haired Kanan (both head and facial), I really want to get the corrected brown pieces that are in corrected sets. I submitted a parts request for the pieces. Will LEGO send me the pieces if I tell them I received the black ones? Or should I simply say I never received the pieces at all if they ask? I don't want to "cheat" LEGO, if they'd let me buy the pieces I would but they are not among the purchasable bricks on there. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with problems like this?

    Hmmm finally spotted at target that's good. I checked a bunch of stores yesterday including walgreens, target and tru. none yet.

    I'm hungry for some more LEGO SW games... here is what I think they should do: compile LEGO Star Wars I, II and III into a single game with improved textures, resolution and minifigure prints to match them to more recent LEGO minifigures and sets. Maybe add some more characters or content too. Release this on PS4 and XBox One! This should hold everyone off for a year, then release LEGO SW Rebels sometime within the next year after this. Next, a game based on the new films. I'm not sure how they want to go about this: Will they wait until all 3 films in the trilogy are released?

    I wish someone would listen to this request which has already been made several times... Some stores can only find if they have them in stock by using the UPC code

    I hope we get a 2015 Simpsons set other than just the minifigures, just like we got The Simpsons House in 2014. What should it be? Well, there are lots of good options... but I think it would be cool if they did a Treehouse of Horror set that had minifigures of some of the best and most iconic characters or character variants from the specials. As for what the set itself would be? Well... maybe it could be Bart's Treehouse? Sure they could do something like Moe's Tavern which would also be good, but I feel like doing a set like that limits the minifigures they could include.

    AWESOME! Please keep going... i've read the books and it's such a joy to see it realized in LEGO like this. I need to build me a Roland! I know what torso and legs you used for your Roland (Bard the Bowman), but what about the other parts? what is that gun holster piece? etc.? I'm not very familiar with western pieces (I should become familiar!)

    Thanks for the videos! Can't wait for these new sets to hit the USA. I got the Shredder's Lair at TRU last Thursday. Hoping the other sets hit LEGO stores soon so I can buy them at double vip! Leatherhead & Turtle Sub review coming soon?

    It's really remarkable, you can easily tell at a glance exactly what it is, which is a great hallmark for a moc especially of a fantasy creature. i am thinking about building one myself!

    Nice that they are being sold already. My luck I'd go to TRU and find them only to be told they can't sell them. Already happened to me in the past.
