It would be very strange, but let's say I wouldn't be too surprised at all if DV knew more than meets the eye. For example, imagine if LEGO had planned for BZPower to show reviews of the sets after NYCC! Please note that I may be a staff member there but please don't take any of this as fact - just describing a situation that isn't even that far-fetched and would be quite cool, but it's still just speculation. I have no knowledge about such plans and even if I had, I doubt I'd be allowed to say. :P I've just noticed that DV seems oddly sure about everything he says regarding the sets and I think there have been several cases he's even been proven right already - it's very likely that I'm reading way too much into his posts, though, it's just something I'd observed. Maybe it's just wishful thinking? :P -Gata

At least here in Germany the Agori came a month later than the Glatorian. More often, though, the small sets would come in January and the canister sets in February, March or even April. -Gata

Greg is the chief editor of the LEGO Club Magazine as far as I know and he's said there are no BIONICLE comics planned for the magazine. Then again, we don't know if there could be graphic novels. -Gata

Apparently it was accessible through lego.com/en-us/bionicle for a moment before that was fixed, or so one guy reporting it to the BZPower news says. -Gata

It could very well take place before the Great Cataclysm. In fact, at the very beginning of the Matoran Universe. Take into consideration that the Toa Mata were already around before the events after the Great Cataclysm. Keep in mind they were trained by Hydraxon and even had at least one mission in Karda Nui (as far as I recall). One of those missions might have been recovering the Mask of Creation from the place where it was kept prior to Arthaka and Karzahni fighting for the honor to wear it. The fact that the Toa are going on a quest to collecting masks of power again may be irritating, but could work with the storyline that has already been established. For one, it has never been stated that the Kanohi masks of power that the Toa wear are unique, meaning that each Toa had their very specific Kanohi Hau, Akaku and so on, which would make little sense anyway, as it would give the 12 Kanohi masks of the first BIONICLE year more importance as compared to other Kanohi masks. From a logic point of view, the Toa should be able to wear ANY mask of power, rather than having masks of power assigned to each one of them. It is thus conceivable that the Toa already had to collect masks of power prior to the Cataclysm. Logically, they would not be able to use them after that event since they invoke their masks of power through their suva and fail to do so over arbitrary distances, which became obvious when the Toa Nuva travelled to Karda Nui. -Gata

Just took a closer look at the high-res version of the video on Google+ and it seems they're actually not the Nuva symbols. -Gata

OMG It's the Nuva symbols on the mask! :O Also, has it occured to anyone that this may actually not be a reboot, but a prequel? -Gata

I'm perfectly fine with them being called "masters" in the packaging and maybe even in commercials for accessibility but please call them Toa in the story. -Gata

It was probably too fast to begin with. I keep checking regularly, too, but keep in mind that the previous two teasers weren't posted before around 17:00 CET + 1. Be patient. -Gata

Please not, I hope the days of "Flash-all-over-the-place" websites are slowly becoming a thing of the past. You can do all that "click-and-point" without Flash these days. -Gata

I hope you're kidding. Anyway, if tomorrow's reveal is indeed about BIONICLE, I would expect a BIONICLE teaser website to go live as well, even if it's nothing more than a fancy picture. -Gata

I don't really mind Pohatu being brown and silver. It's just a new color scheme and I can live with that. -Gata

Let them be disappointed. Of course they have any right to be but they don't have the right to belittle the theme or us fans. They'll just have to accept that they are parts of the LEGO fanbase that like something that they themselves aren't very fond of and that that doesn't make BIONICLE or its fans any worse (or better) than them. They also need to accept that especially because of the rich story of BIONICLE, it's a line that molded the childhoods of many children to a great degree. BIONICLE means far more than any other LEGO line ever to me. If those AFOLs can't accept that, well, there's the door. I'm certainly going to enjoy the reveal anyway and I'm happy that there will be so many more fans around the world enjoying it at my side. What I really don't get is people wondering why LEGO is making such a big deal of this announcement when we all know BIONICLE is returning. Fact is, officially we don't yet and I'm super excited for first official images (and possibly/hopefully animated footage) that goes beyond a golden mask. -Gata

I think the Toa Metru were quite well characterized, at least as good as they can be in a children's movie of such length. Granted, their personalities were never that developed in the first place. -Gata

The very first pictures we got of Breakout were as good as final, with the exception of Black Phantom. But still, I get your point, it's just that the CGI is so rough on these. -Gata
