Very nice Vette. We just sold a '76 not too long ago, I would would say this is the best representation of one I've ever seen. Umm...Are you sure that's a Big Block in there though? Lot of space left over if it is, but you pulled it off great.

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 3 discussion
The Who replied to Klaus-Dieter's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Wow. I was really hoping for something awesome in this third series, but everything appears to be sort of Meh. Hopefully the finallized versions will be better. -
Wow, it's been a while since I've read anything on here. Glad to finally see some rumors of gungans in 2011.

The tank looks good, but the picture is huge. It needs to be resized to 800x600 or smaller. There are links to the tutorial on how to in most admin's signatures.

I don't know if if happened to anybody else, but when I got my pre-ordered UCS Falcon in the mail, it came with almost 30 each of the left and right versions of This type of plate. I was pretty satisfied to find a pile of those left over when I was done building. I almost got mad at it for a minute because I thought I forgot to build something important, but I checked.

I've seen a lot of the old ones before, but these are all just as awesome as ever. Sorry to hear about everything being completely pulverized though.

Great shots everyone, they're all funny and/or stunning quality. This first one would be really awesome if you could get the white highlight all the way around the minifig. If you could just photograph the shadow in that one, that would be a great sort of 'batsymbol' effect.

This is really a great MOC. I always love the details of a minifigure that can be put into a brick built representation of the fig.
-
Thanks you guys. I love that's it's basically all original, even with AC. Here's one picture, there's a couple more in This gallery. I'll see if I can take one with the hood up soon. It's a 351-2v (Maybe 4v?) Cleveland engine in it. $8,500 USD. That would be pretty nice. Personally, I like Rat Rods that are in good condition, but still maintain that style without all of the rust.

Things like this make you love the family-run businesses around the world. -
That's a very nice MOC, Brickdoctor! If you plan on modifying anything, I would suggest trying to add fingers on the droid though.

I hate to dig up threads, but I wanted to say that I finally bought my first car yesterday. It's a 1972 Mustang Mach 1, with a 351-2v Cleveland engine, and even original AC.

Happy birthday Siegfried! Hope it's as enjoyable as it is not-normal!

It was really good. I must say that is probably the best thing since Star Wars that I've seen.

One of EbaY's biggest lego caste knight lot!
The Who replied to LazerBlade's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
So...Would you still trade then? -
I'm a bit of a fan myself, and I think these are really accurate MOCs. I don't know if you have seen this piece before, but there is a custom Saw Minifig Head you can buy Here. It would need painting, but it's pretty detailed.

For you, it would be.Before you did that, though, I would kind of like to trade for some of those parts. -

Still no bids on it yet.... -

Thought of these three: Gender: Male Occupation/print on torso: Rocker/1980's style clothes Type of headgear: Long straight blonde hair Type of facial expression: Big ego Color on torso/legs: White or blue Accessory: Electric Guitar Gender: Male Occupation/print on torso: Biker/Black leather jacket with patches Type of headgear: German WWII helmet with spike on top Type of facial expression: Angry/Determined Color on torso/legs: Black Accessory: Motorcycle Gender: Male Occupation/print on torso: Bluecoat/Pirate's blue uniform Type of headgear: Black shako Type of facial expression: Determined Color on torso/legs: White for both Accessory: New musket or Blunderbuss -
Looks promising, but not something to rely on.

LEGO Collectable Minifigures General Discussion
The Who replied to Nabii's topic in Special LEGO Themes
But are those also for the USA? Or do we know yet about the states? -
Bought my biggest Brickarms order yet. Even though it's only my second order from BA.
-
Thought so, but it's always better to know than to think you know. Oh well, maybe next time.
-
What country/state are you in? I have a ton of SW figs, but I only trade within the US.
-
Don't know if this one has been seen before, but I think it's a little bigger: Sorry if it's old.
