  1. Don't worry, I don't mind it.I have a few MOCs withs acts of violence against Jar Jar also, doesn't everybody? Including This One.
  2. I'm perfectly fine with violence in Lego MOCs, whether my MOC or somebody else's. I usually do not incorporate blood into mine, but I will every now and then. My opinion is that Lego is made to be used for building what you can imagine, and if you imagine violence, then I believe you are welcome, by all means, to show that violence ina MOC.
  3. The way that edition of Boonta Eve ended, there might not have ever been a Vader, Luke, Leia, or anything else! If Ani died there, who know what dumb Gungan could have ended up as the Emperor.
  4. Wow, he's a fat little fig. Really though, I think you are right. If they do anything, it will more than likely be just folding down, not concealing themselves inside the pack.I doubt they would spring up, but you never know.
  5. Congrats guys, especially DutchRebel. You don't even know what to do with all of your Vaders, you don't need another one. Kidding.
  6. Or four... Maybe not a great source for minifigs, but I agree with everything else there. Agreed. Shhh! Don't tell TLG that! Really though, we at least need plenty of room to 'move around' in there, so it really should be more than a few bricks taller.
  7. Got it today. +1 for JCC1004, stuff in great condition.
  8. I had not noticed that, so thanks for pointing that out. Again, just another cherry adding to that pie. (Don't tell me I'm stupid for making up that saying )
  9. I just used the names of the first pair of pals that came to mind. Thanks!Really appreciate that, it's been bugging me for some time now. I finally remembered where to ask such a question.
  10. I was wondering, if a post is deleted, what happens to the rest of posts' numbers on that page? Example: --Hinckley posts some Turkey bag-building nonsense on an existing page, and Siegfried feels it is not needed, so he deletes the post. --Hinck's post was the fifth one on the page. --Does the sixth post assume the position of the fifth, and so on? Or would it just skip from fourth to sixth post numbers? Hopefully that makes sense, thanks to whoever can answer that.
  11. The quoted bold word should only have one 'O' in that use, Siegfried.
  12. TLG did make Bib Fortuna, a Twi'lek. Give a slightly better description, that you want a Twi'lek with hanging lekku for example. I look at that post and clearly still see the pictures of the ARC and Landspeeder, so I guess that's an error, maybe...? They would more than likely only be black if there were a bunch left over from Race for The Stolen Treasure, which I doubt there would be.
  13. I think it looks an awful lot like 2x4 tiles, and really hope that's what they are.The green strecher is just perfect, and now I absolutely have to buy a ton of that set. So far, this is looking like there will be some very useful parts in this theme. Thanks Lego!
  14. Well, I feel kind of useless now, because the prelims stink compared to that photo. Thanks, though. Can't wait for all that purple.
  15. Wow, excellent work. I think the Two-Face with the fedora would be flawless with one flesh hand and one sand-purple hand. (From Zam Wessel in SW)
  16. Right down the middle. Luke is on the left, Dack is on the right. Note that Luke has a helmet with red markings, and Dack's helmet has blue marking.
  17. Not that there's anything wrong with that. I mean if Yoda wants to be a Taun Taun, let it be. Minds do wander in old age. Sorry for off-topicness, I'm done now.
  18. I'm pretty sure it is some sort of gun or cannon.
  19. Oh sure. That's what they all say. No offense, but you made that pretty obvious with having multiple Jack-In-The-Box style avatar figs every day for several days. Nice save.
  20. I thought the sword sort of looked like a Brickarms creation. The shield--How? Is that a round decal, or painted...? Getting the pin out is the problem. Some of them can be a little stiff, and stuck in place because of something like heat.
  21. (See quote at top of post) Form of Tridactyl, it just narrows it down, doesn't specifically state the species' name. Apparently I fail to accept to call it Yoda's Species. Somebody needs to make a phone call to George Lucas...
  22. I think that 'Western Town' is the set called Woody's Roundup, but I might be wrong. There is also a green rifle, which is awesome camo for the purist battlefield. The jeep does not have treads, it does have rubber tires on it. The shadow from the lighting makes it look like treads.
  23. Right. I would even call them Sand People, but the average reader can still get the general idea of who I was referring to by 'Sand People.' But they are not minifigs, though, as a Taun Taun isn't either. Or is this just all species in general, minifig or animal? I know, I just read that off of Wookieepedia about a year ago, and it had a picture of Yoda, showing he had three toes. I guess that's better than just saying "Yoda's species," isn't it? And Grevious is partly robot/droid, so are we counting it as his original form, without the mechanics?
  24. Just bumping these links, to save the trouble of digging through several pages. I agree, he will probably no be in the set, though it would be nice. I think that if he was in the set, we would have been able to spot an obvious Garindan shaped object on the Prelim picture, when I clearly cannot see anything even resembling him.
  25. Again, I think the Army set will be just awesome, and a great "Army Builder / Battlepack" for us, literally. (There's a pun there) The rest of the sets look like they will at least be good for the parts. Hopefully our dearest designers at Lego will throw in some useful bricks and some rarer colors, like Purple for one. (Zurg) And no matter what anybody else says, I still think (primarily because of the figs) that this is practically a modern Fabuland, and probably the closest we will get to a new Fabuland theme.
