I agree with "CallMePieOrDie". I think big hulking Hulk is definitely more recognizable then little puny Hulk. After seeing the movie I am less upset with the non-purple pants since Ruppalo did such a marvelous job of portraying the Hulk I will let it slide! (by the way I called you Pie so I should be safe right?)

Sorry for causing some what of a stir on the Cuusoo project page today! I had no intent of doing so I hope it somehow brings more positive support to the project because I really believe that this can be great!

Being in college there is not much LEGO time so most of my time is spent in other things! My other hobbies include basketball whenever possible, baseball intermurals, going to the gym, as well as obviously studying and all that junk that goes along with it. Pretty stressful time with finals and stuff so it is definitely nice to be able to come on here and chat with some good people for a nice little break!

Makes a lot of sense! That is a good way to think about possible sets, as well as your idea behind managing the theme! I really hope they do end up doing that and mix in sets from other past movies as well as some stuff from the comics in the same wave. It gives me more hope to see that we got the random X-Men set with all these Avengers sets, especially considering that the Wolverine Chopper has not been in any movie and those characters were just popular characters that they knew would sell! So hopefully they can keep just listening to what people want! I believe this can be a "Star Wars like" theme as well! Crossing my fingers

After seeing the movie I have to say that LEGO really missed the boat by not including Fury somewhere among this wave! But, it also gives me hope that we will be getting him eventually since he did play a pretty prominent role! Second, I feel LEGO really hit the jackpot with the Hulk set! Not because of accuracy or because it has a lot of great features but simply for the Hulk! After seeing the movie, Hulk is definitely one of the characters that stands out most and any kid who loves LEGO and sees the movie will definitely want that set! If you need more convincing just see Oky's latest funny with the Hulk involved! LEGO will make huge $$$ off that set! Finally, as stated before, Thor did ride the Quinjet and for those that want a smaller cycle for Cap I think there is a new body in one of the Monster Fighter sets that is the same size as Wolverine's and would work out pretty nice! (I am color deficient and to me the bike in the Monster Fighter theme looks red so hopefully it actually is! ) Edit: Here is the link to the forum with the new motorcycle. That is a lot! With all those I say you got a pretty solid chance at maybe seeing one someday! Im personally hoping for some more X-Men! Character options are endless!

Just got back from seeing the Avengers and first off that was an amazing movie! I recommend it for anyone! Also I noticed on the ticket box office they had hung up one of the LEGO Avengers posters and much to my surprise right underneath it was one more! So easy to say I took it and never looked back! My advice for anyone going and looking for one would be to first, look for the poster hanging somewhere, and second ask an employee just to make sure you do not miss out since it is such a great looking poster!

I am going to the movie today and will definitely check to see if they have one of those posters! Also what is the poster that came in the Helicarrier set? Edit: Never mind after seeing the poster I understand what "piemaster1446" was talking about with the helicarrier comic book. The poster is simply four times the size of any of the comics books you get in the super hero sets!

Thank you for moderating this! I have not seen the movie yet due to finals and have been avoiding the continuity thread to avoid any spoilers! As for TDKR sets, I do not think we will see any this year but TLG has done crazier things. To me LoTR and these Superhero sets are the big releases for this year. Any TDKR set would just be a bonus!

Haha he looks great! Only question is, can he actually fit on a plate or does his cape get in the way with the other studs?

I agree it would be cool, but I do not see it happening I wonder how many rejected projects it will take to lose faith in the whole CUUSOO idea? BTW: WIth these projects getting to the 10,000 mark so quickly it is slightly disappointing that the Western Modulars has not reached there yet

I think that is still Thor's face? It is a little blurry but I think you can make out the full beard underneath.

Does anybody know if Lurtz had a double sided head or not? That face used in the main picture looks nothing like him IMO

I do not know if this question has been posed or not, so please take this down if it has been! To start, I have not bought any Friends set and honestly do not know much about the theme so with that I begin: I was recently on LEGO S@H and was just looking around and ventured into taking a look at the new Friends theme. As I was looking at some I noticed some nifty looking pieces and thought I would pose the question here to see if anyone has, or has thought about, going ahead and buying a Friends set either because they like it or simply for a parts pack. I would love to hear some of your guys opinions on this!

This is really sad to see It seems like a lot of people are having problem with their minifigs! I am now worried about mine and will have to check them over throughly when I get home. I just expected them to be perfect quality since its LEGO we are talking about, but apparently its a new era for LEGO and these problems are seeming to be a lot more common

I think he looks better in this picture then the other ones we have. However, I like the big Hulk we got the best! Plus this small one desperately needs side printing on his legs. It looks kinda weird with out it?

Amazing ship!!! It is so sleek and shiny I too would like to know how the bricks work after the chroming process! Great design and great MOC! :thumbup:

Nope no word on any other superhero sets besides the ones currently known!
