    City '09?

Wow, I take some days of holidays without looking at the blog and it seems every new pic has appeared in this time! I think all the new sets looks great, specially the camper (well I know there's no much people thinking the same...) because I really like the design and the color scheme. I also LOVE the Classic Car (finally a lego car sold separately and a street/road phone!) the City Corner (that bus is so amazing, I can't wait to see how the interior is done) and I think the Advent Calendar for this year is very very interesting and, at least, more "christmas" than the 2008 one. Thanks so much, Hinckley!
  2. Very clever design. Only four pieces but so effective! Will be a wonderful addition to a MOC I'm doing if you don't mind
  3. Wow, love the design, really, specially the WIP boat!
  4. Wonderful truck, there's so much place at the back! And great Chuck's MF, too
  5. I think any type of face should work excepting, of course, the bearded ones or having modern elements like sunglasses or things like that or the blonds or the redhaired ones. I know there's no many useful faces for that but I hope this could help you... For "head inspiration" you can go here
  6. As far as I know, TLC uses to release the complete series at the same time Maybe one or two special sets could be released some months after but not the Impulse... Anyway you're really lucky, here in the south of Europe we have to wait at least until April to have the Pirate line...
  7. Nice job! I'm not crazy about western songs but I must admit that one is not bad at allQ

Great! Another way to get some "cheap" MFs!
  9. Nice design for the Battering Ram: simple but really cool!
  10. Thanks! About the wheelchair the original design is by rupi, not me

    MOC: Store

Great design! I specially like the skellie advertisement in the top! And I see a little inspiration from someone in the dumpster...
  12. Thanks! I think I'll try some of your ideas About your sig-fig there's no problem at all. Do you have a preference about its place or you prefer to look for it in the finished MOC?
  13. Thanks! About the wheelchair I think you can see all the details here at rupi's gallery. Anyway if you need more indications I can lend you a LDD design I did Sorry, then

  16. Amazing vigs, really! I'm half french and a french history freak so I really appreciate your work I specially like the one about Caesar and Vercingetorix. Bravo!
  17. Lovely Farm House. Very german style!
  18. Funny vig! About the new "pirate" maps, I totally agree with you, and if you're interested we already had a poll here
  19. Hilarious! But I don't think vegetables are so bad! Personally I love carrots!
  20. Check this wonderful centaur by MicahBerger:
  21. Thanks for the nice comments! It's true fleshies are quite good to represent other nationalities instead of "yellow nation" so, I tried nordic but they could be anything. Don't forget Lego World doesn't exist so "just imagine..."
  22. Amazing creation! It seems very LEGOLand Park indeed
  23. Mmmh... dumpster and lamp are completely mine, sorry... But thanks anyway! Thanks! It's going to be in the back of the Cafe indeed.

I was wondering if somebody knows if preliminary shots of 7639 "Camper" can be seen somewhere. I would want to check some details. Thanks for helping!
  25. Thanks for the nice comments! Please, Bob, be free to steal whatever you want. I think if we post our MOCs in all these forums it's not just to show them but also to inspire each other. I was myself inspired from BS for most of these MOCs (the bus stop, or the electric wheelchair! )
