  1. You're right, the transition from grass to sand is pretty abrupt. And I think a couple of peaks ontop ot the mountains shouldn't be that hard Thanks for the ideas.
  2. Like the color scheme But what's the guy with teh broom trying to do with the fellow who feel asleap on the bench? Sweep him off?
  3. Actually, I think releasing a counterpart might stir up the interest in the S1 one again. . .
  4. Here is my Challenge four entry so far (I wasn't planning on making it all miniature, but that looked better. . . : The Dragon of Nadur by gid617, on Flickr Any suggestions? (more pictures on my flickr page) Also, can my Sigfig have the CMF S3 Elf's costume? I know it goes better with Avalonia, but I think it's really cool. . . EDIT: Forget the costume. I think I can come up with something better.
  5. His grin looks insane for a santa! two fethers would be great. And judging from that photo, he does have two!
  6. I voted for the diver. He's just really cool, if you ask me I do love the conquistador, DJ, and Actor as well though.
  7. I agre that this seems to be a filler season. If you've seen epsiode four, it seems to me like Dareth is gone after that (it has a sort of Happy-forever-after ending). And so far, no new creation has lasted more than one episode. Plus, a lot of the spotlight has been on the summer sets. . .
  8. Yeah, I like the way Dareth is funny. Any ideas as to when we'll be getting a good quality version on Youtube? Edit: Here is a better (but still not quite as good as it could be) version-
  9. Well, somebody took a screenshot of it and I saw that. Went to brikpedia and it was no where to be found, so I googled it and found that it had been deleated. Screen Shot here
  10. Yeah, I reall want to see the pirates in better quality too. . . Edit: Sorry, I wasn't trying to double post. My computer is a bit crazy. . .
  11. Yeah, I reall want to see the pirates in better quality too. . .
  12. Interesting. Nocturnus isn't as far behind as would be expected though - neither is Avalonia as far ahead
  13. Ageven Deraim by gid617, on Flickr I, Ageven Deraim, guarantee my allegiance to the Kaliphlin. My men and I will be honored to fight for the South. . . . And my Men! by gid617, on Flickr I have traveled for many months, coming from across the Great Southern Ocean in a raft, sailing out of sight of land, seeing nothing but blue, illumined by the hottest, most brilliant sun I had ever imagined. I have seen many sights, but none so great as the sight of mountains, once again, rising out of the horizon, as we finally drifted into sight of land. I first landed upon one of the outlying islands, sending on two of my followers to try to see what lie ahead. They brought back a tale far better than any I had imagined: a rich, desert land, scarcely populated, but flowing with all the wealth of an empire. I knew than that we had reached Kaliphlin, the province of Historica that contained some of the greatest riches imaginable. I sailed on, reaching finally one of the outermost borders, from whence I had my scribe sketch a map, circling the portion where I wish to make my home. If none of my fellow Guild members object, or have already taken up their base here, I would ask to build my home in the circled island/peninsula: Kaliphlin Map by gid617, on Flickr (It is indeed true that red would have been the preferred color, however, all the brushes that I have had the fortune to see have always been covered with green - a most unfortunate circumstance.) Edit: Sig-fig added.
  14. They are teenagers, to all apearances. Except - Zane is a robot (nindriod) so maybe he can't be a teenager.
  15. If you say so. . . Personally, I like it.
  16. Great Idea aout attaching the laser to it's arm. Might try that.
  17. Thanks. Didn't realise that but I've already built the landscape (in fact I'm almost compleatly done) so I'll just leave it how it is. Making the Elemental monster micro scale is OK, right? Since mine is only 16 studs wide a giant monster just wouldn't fit. . .
  18. In challange four, can your build be any integer 48 or under of studs by any integer 48 or under of studs. (In other words, can my build be 16x32 studs?) Thanks
  19. Are you haveing problems embeding the photos? You have to get the BBCode under the share tab and copy that. It took me forever to get it straight.
  20. here's a description of Episode 19: Wrong Place, Wrong Time: Lloyd, who is now a teenager, believes he is ready to face his father for the final battle. But where he faces Garmadon is not the right place, and Lloyd is not ready yet. Sounds right if you ask me. . .
  21. Love the door. . . are there any interior details?
  22. I think four months is just about perfect. . . although S6 did seem a bit short-lived. After all, I want to get a few more S7 before they come out with S8. . .
  23. Actually, it looks a LOT better in real life than in the pictures. . . LEGO always seems to pick the worst stances for their robots! Anyway, it certainly has som great peices! BTW, Brickipedia listed (for a very short time) Dareth's Mojo Dojo as a 2013 Ninjago set. Personally I don't really beleive it (they said that it would include only Captain Soto, No-eyed Pete, and Dareth - no ninja?), although I would like a more acurate Dojo than the 2011 one. . .
  24. How did you manage to fit all three ninjas? I don't ahve it, (alhtough I'm hoping to get it), but I can't see how yu could do that! Hmmm. . . I don't think a robotic seat would be that easy. I changed the water gun for a cannon though.
  25. Good. . . it wouldn't make any sense to stop now anyway.
