This cheered me up immensely. Great idea and well realized. I could do with some help with my shoelaces myself :o)

Great idea and nice touches. Philosophically speaking....what is ultimately stronger? water or fire?

With so few sand green heads to choose from, some imagination is called for - love the beard and head piece. Currently working on a tribe of green guys. Thanks for the inspiration.

Those new dwarf beards are great aren't they. Looking foward to seeing more

Collecting the Pieces - Retrieving the Blue Stinger Wings
Waylander replied to mrcp6d's topic in Guilds of Historica
Nice idea for an adventuring story. Like the wings. -
I would be proud of this as a first large MOC. There are some very nice small details to bring the whole scene to life. So what if the castle didn't go to plan....If at first you don't succeed....etc,etc

LEGO LOTR / The Hobbit release dates and availability
Waylander replied to Fives's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
I would guess at mid-november. You have to give relatives some sort of financial warning as to what's coming their way :o) -
Again more great work. The Golden Hall is marvelous. For me though the Wargs would require the full moulded and sculpted plastic treatment for realism.

LOTR Project: The Fellowship of the Ring
Waylander replied to Nuju Metru's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
It was always the dream wasn't it of LotR Lego sets. I must say you're done a terrific job and the figures are also great. Love Bag End. -
Interesting to see. I think we'll see a lot more of these guys in the future, with various slight variations. This is my hope anyway.

That's a very nice build. Like how seemless it looks with the cabin and balloon.

Would love to see Sandman as a minifig. Nice build.

Good grief! Simply astonishing. Well done.

Nice classic scene done very well. Those elven torsos are always looking good.

Love the library too, and the wheelbarrow is great. Very elegantly built and the little details such as the theif and the mage in the dungeon are excellent. Well done.
