  1. Very nice, Erdy. I particularly like the circular shape of the engines, they must have been hard to get right. What minifigure is that in the in the driver's seat? Good luck in the contest.
  2. I think the senate commandos have a new mold with black heads underneath. I think I remember having this discussion a while back.
  3. Nice to see some pictures are up. Good start, and I look forward to the dropship portion.
  4. Good progress, but it's starting to sink in how mammoth of a project this really is. If you manage to pull it off with an interior that can house 14 v-wings and other vehicles I would be quite impressed. Now go work on it some more.
  5. I figured it was about time we got a review of this. I'm glad you got "first dibs" as your reviews are generally quite good. I look forward to the finished product.
  6. I'm betting on blonde. It makes more sense in fitting with the series and I doubt they would make both Dooku and Palpy have the exact same hair.
  7. Excellent review ISC! This set is expensive, but the design and the huge variety of pieces definitely put it at the top of my "to-buy" list.
  8. Well, it's not really big news to me. There are no LEGO stores in Canada and that set is horribly over-priced IMHO.
  9. Very cool. I wouldn't have the courage to get zapped, even for the sake of a beloved theme song. Your thinking of a Van De Graff generator. Thank you science class.
  10. Thats amazing. Pictures are huge though.
  11. I'm not gonna ask.
  12. Whoops, I should have been more clear. I have a zellers right near me, but the closest TRU is an hour and a half away.
  13. Yes, I've found they have the best selection in terms of stores in my area, but TRU has a lot more sets. Unfortunately, the nearest one too me is still an hour and a half away.
  14. *COUGH* Beg to differ *COUGH*. And I don't think the snail tank will have an interior.
  15. Yes, I found mine in Zellers, I believe I was in the first 100 or so people on brickset to own this. I found it about halfway through December.
  16. I have actually never had a misprinted piece before. I have, however, received incorrect pieces in a set before, and had them replaced with no hassle. I may do the same with that clone helmet.
  17. I agree with you. A new mold definitely is not needed, and I hope they will replace it with one that hasn't appeared in a well-known fig in the past couple of years.
  18. Thats a very innovative idea. I never would have been able to figure that out by just looking at it.
  19. It wouldn't have been too expensive (they already have a clone pilot minifigure. I think it's likely that TLC included only the core figures in this set so that it would more appeal to kids who want their favourite characters from the show.
  20. Yes, on each clone there is a slot on each side of their helmet, the antenna or the night scope can go in either one.
  21. The problem with Wookieepedia is that a five-year-old could have written that.
  22. Because getting many "faceless" characters, such as clones, and the minifigures in classic space, is fine because it lends itself to building an army. Getting a whole bunch of main characters such as Anakin and Ashoka, is pointless because you only ever need one. EDIT: Legolas, thats an interesting spin on things.
  23. A better variety of figures would have been nice ( 2 clone pilots, and an astromech other than R2).
