    Not technically a BAM figure but the Minifigure factory is up and running at the Lego Disney Store in Orlando. I fill out their survey with some scathing remarks last time and the Manager offered me 4 minifigure boxes to use at the factory. I gave two away but here was the only "castle" torsos on there and i wanted to post how they came out. The torsos are always white and there wasn't much available in the way of Accessories - they didn't even have any castle helmets. So the torso and faces are all that are OG in the pics. The red Dragon is a little more vibrant in real life then the picture, and the print grain is a little harder to see at first glance.

    Yeah I love LOTR, but they are fleshies... I would rather see more in house castle using any of their factions that they have created over 40 years.

    At Disney springs Orlando they had the Halloween BAM pre assembled and in blisters... There were none in the BAM - it looked like 200+ blisters in front of each counter so like 400? A bag of torsos comes with about 300 Torsos.

    The best way then would be for the Store to "pre-assemble them" and put them in blisters with two other figures. Then a person would have to buy the full assembled mini and 2 others lol.

    I have a love hate for the online PAB... I have 72 OG forestman... No PAB to get those, just buying real sets, and picking up other peoples sets.

    How do they buy the whole stock? they made me put 15 in each BAM container when i got 105 torsos so 7 containers

    Additionally there was Kingdoms sets still being produced in 2011-2013. I had to get two of the Kingdoms Joust sets specifically instead of LOTR. Missed some sets correspondingly.

    Prancing Pony is Probably close to in notoriety to the LOTR group, but not as recognizable to the layman who only ever watched the movies. The entrance to the Mines of Moria is also highly recognizable.

    I need about 150 heads to outfit the army of troops, and i wanted to purchase the most economical head that works with castle minis. It is so hard to search bricklink for heads as you have to settle on a particular version then look at it and then check pricing. Obviously pricing is higher or lower depending on its availabilty, how many sets etc. Does anyone have suggestions for a 3-10 standard heads they could suggest? They can all be the same face i don't care that much. (yellow not flesh)

    4-6 is the right size... thats a good rendition needs a little more elevation

    Theres no info on the total number of bricks used in this Ideas set. It does seem a little simple and squat compared to a 5-6 hundred set. Its a good set and for 199-250 i would have bought this. Your suggestion of 5 levels would make this the right height.
