I agree with you Mania. When the first pictures came out, almost all of us (including me) thought they looked terrible. But look at us now! I'm personally looking forward to them.

I need to make sure to hold off my judgement on the new sets until they come out this time. Last time I thought they all looked hideous, but now I think they're great, so we'll see.

I think now the impulses are $6.99 at TRU. The same price they're charging for cannon battle, which makes absolutely no sense. Why would anyone buy it for that price? TRU Website. I'm sticking with cannon battles from Target.

Thanks for the review! I'm really loving this farm theme, and this set is no different. The colors look great and the design of the harvester is very nice as well. It'll be nice to do some peaceful farming after all of that police and fire work. The price is a bit high, but if it's $40 at S@H it will be reasonable.

I finally finished the kitchen! It turned out very well if I do say so myself. Pictures will be up tomorrow. Nice new modules LaLande, I smell an Alpha comeback!

That tavern is bee-utiful! I love the dragon's head entrance, and the interior is stocked full of great details. Lovely work Thrash! Hopefully my kitchen will be done in the next few days.

My local Target finally has all of the '09 sets, so I was able to finish off my Christmas money. I bought the Clone and Assassin battle packs, and the Power Miners Mine Mech, Thunder Driller and Claw Digger.

I'm pretty sure that's fine. I had to use a lot of white in the kitchen, because I don't have quite enough grey. I look forward to seeing your module!

That's a bit too much information... I agree though, the Clone Wars boxes look very nice.

I think that the Power Miners boxes look excellent, and really stand out on the shelf. But there are many others that I like, such as the new Medieval Market Village. Nice idea for a topic!
