  1. I believe that you can make any of them, even if they have already been made. Glad to hear you'll join the fun!
  2. I'm happy to say that I've never seen the likes of this thread in my collection, but that's probably because I'm sort of a neat freak. However, I did fin my fair share of things in my cousin's LEGO box once... First, there had to be a gallon of dry rice in there. That was bizzare. About 15 pennies. Lollipop and other candy wrappers. Some clone brands. Dust and other various undesirable particles. Marbles. A bunch of other stuff that I can't remember. It was a bit sad to see all of the junk mixed with our favorite plastic brick.
  3. I know it. But, I'm loyal to Beta Alpha!
  4. I wonder if these will ever make it to the U.S.... It's strange that they're all out in other countries, but none are showing up on US S@H. Maybe this is TLG's way of apologizing for the steep European prices.
  5. Some staff member is certainly a cheeky bastard. Ahh, what fun.
  6. I knew that water tasted funny! That might also explain why my Diet Coke wasn't bubbly....
  7. If it does, it wasn't me. I swear I've only had water and diet Coke in the last 2 days.
  8. So you're saying there was no reason before?! Having fun isn't enough for you?
  9. What the heck? Now I have over 11000 posts and I know I'm not imagining it.
  10. Here we go again. Try to look before you post something, because chances are it already has been.
  11. Yay, the contest is official! Sounds excellent, and thanks a lot Sir Dillon, ISC, Thrash and anyone else involved. I'll have to order some gray from Bricklink....
  12. I had a quick question. Does TLG plan to bring the new Star Wars magnet sets to U.S. S@H? Many thanks, Erdbeereis
  13. Excellent review Brickster! While this set is certainly a bit overpriced, it may turn out to be $79.99 on S@H. Who knows. The set looks very nice in my opinion. I simply love the cows and the minifigs and the blue tractor is . It looks to have a beautiful design, and I think the other 2 farm vehicle sets (tractor and harvester) will go nicely with this. I think the barn is decent, I would have liked to see the sides enclosed, but I can see the reasoning behind it. As for the stables, they get a clear pass from me. I love all of the little accessories and the brown fence. My main problem with the set is that it feels kind of barren is some areas, namely the barn. Then again you can easily mod it. I certainly think I'll try to get this set. Many thanks for the wonderful review Brickster!
  14. This feels like the EBCCB Alpha/Beta team mix-up all over again! Perhaps Eurobricks should create a mental institution... Is there some test I can take to redeem myself?
  15. Well, if you square it and divide by pi times 8,6 and... Nope, it's impossible.
  16. That's looking amazing SirNadroj. Very sleek yet still captures the robotic charm. I greatly look forward to seeing the end result.
  17. I swear I haven't touched the vile substance you keep below deck! Okay, I'm probably just crazy. This topic can be closed unless others want to add how crazy I am. EDIT: Sinner, you haven't handed in your math homework from yesterday. I like the title.
  18. Not unless I was hypnotized. I'm pretty sure it was at least 1970 at some point because I thought that number looked nice and even. Who knows, I might be mental.
  19. Today, I looked at my post count and saw it was 1958. But I could have sworn that yesterday it was closer to 2000, maybe 1970ish. Am I going crazy, or is this a common problem? It's not a big deal, but I was a bit curious.
  20. I agree with the lady. It'll at least be a change of scenery.
  21. Excellent! I can't wait to see the full review Brickster! It's looking wonderful already.
  22. In that case, sign me up! I didn't realize that they were normal figs. I'll definitely be ordering some. EDIT: I just saw that these aren't currently availible in the U.S... I wonder if this will come to US S@H.
  23. But you have to remember that these are still magnets, and aren't totally normal minifigs. For example their heads and legs can't be removed.
  24. Now that's funny! First of all the buliding is lovely with those supports and great landscaping, but the interior is where it really gets interesting. Hilarious job idea and fantastic characters. Good luck in the contest!
  25. Holy moly that's a lot of dust. I wish you the best of luck in cleaning it!
