Hi guys, it's me again with ANOTHER war game! I'm in the process of developing BrickFleet, a space-based LEGO tabletop game. Somebody actually mentioned the concept in EXO-CHAMP's Exo-space thread. Players will fight battles with great fleets of spaceships, taking control of fighters, tactical manuvers and ship on ship combat! I'll have a "release date" soon. I'm ALSO working on finding a place to put BrickConquest on the internet (that was my first war game) so look for that soon! AND, after I finish those two things, I'll start work on BrickMech, a LEGO mech combat game. I'm done now X-D

Great idea, I love it! You should add some robot ships as well. I think I beat you to the "battlefleet gothic in lego" concept, look for BrickFleet on the forums in the next few weeks!

You're absolutely right, nobody buys the RG for the generic jedi (maybe for the clones though.) The LULS mace wasn't as good as the newer one and adding more clones definitely increased the appeal of the set.

Yeah, stories for sets and minifigs are what I do, it's the only reason I still MOC at all! That's really what LEGO is all about. :-)

I've been busy with school, I haven't actually built anything for a few weeks. But I am going to play a brikwars game this friday with a friend. I usually just buy sets and MOC when I'm bored.

Yeah, those would work. The forum doesn't have to just be gaming with physical LEGO bricks. It could include online games (like the LEGO bionicle game) or various LEGO video games. There are definately lots of people who play games like brikwars and it would help attract them to EB. :-)

TLC does seem to like those shooting things a little too much don't they :-/ bionicle, knights kingdom, alpha team, exo-force and countless others have had them...

I completely agree with you. No matter what people say, it's your hobby and you enjoy it, nobody can take that from you. And I do know that feeling (the lego aisle syndrome :-D )

LEGO Gaming forum! Think about it, we talk about lego star wars in one forum, exo force games in another, viking/castle chess in another and brikwars in yet ANOTHER forum. Why not just stick them all together in a LEGO Gaming forum? Just an idea
