  1. I'd love to see a zoo. They could always add a robber figure to hold up the ticket office and give the zoo keeper some hand cuffs!
  2. For me it was the Lego City Camper 7639. I love RVs and couldn't believe Lego made one, so I picked this up. I loved it and realized I needed places for my RVers to shop and park their RV, so I bought Grand Emporium and some Creator houses. Now I'm hooked and spending far too much money
  3. Of course I dream in LEGO. I build MOCS in my dreams at least once a week lately, but I've never dreamed about buying LEGO.
  4. I'm not sure about that. I can only speak for myself but while I like the technic sets and enjoy reading threads on them, I don't own any. Every time I'm about to buy one, I end up buying something minifig scale instead because I like building cities. I just have to content myself with watching other people do cool stuff with technic.
  5. Wow, these are great! Much cuter than the Friends camper LEGO's coming out with.
  6. I like this one a lot, especially the cover. It's interesting how it fold open.
  7. This is beautiful! I especially like your use of London Bridge as a footbridge, you've given me a reason to buy it
  8. Catwoman set hands down. I love the mini-figs from Batman.
  9. I love subway stations for some reason, and you've really done a great job recreating one.
  10. I love the coloring and the detail is sublime. Great job!
  11. Great review! Makes me want to go out and buy the set for myself now.
  12. Wow! You've even got valve gear there, this one is really incredible.
  13. Very nice! That would be quite impressive to see built.
  14. I think you should do a whole push/pull set with the DM30AC and three cars! I've never seen the LIRR ones, but I've seen similar in Chicago and it's cool watching them go full speed in reverse
  15. Excellent job! You're tile roof looks great and I love the subject. I watch lots of Hong Kong TVB Pearl kung fu mini-series and this guys fits right in!
  16. Excellent job there, I especially like the truck and the rear of the building.
  17. That's pretty cool you built that pretty much out of one set! I'm liking these friends sets a lot, thanks for sharing this one!
  18. I neither know nor care much about this controversy, but I just bought some friends sets and they are awesome I even went back and bought some more the same day. The little kitchens worked great in the hillside house and the apple tree house now has a jacuzzi! The science lab with the robot fits really well in the second floor of the apartment next to the pet shop. I kind of like the figures too, just wish they made some more dudes and that their wrists turned like regular mini figures. I'm going to have to buy the house now so I can get the guy mowing the lawn in a tie. Plus those really light powder blue plates are a really nice color, hope they make a bunch of different bricks in that color
  19. I'm really liking 16 wide buildings too, and yours is a very fun build I love the use of pink for the buildings businesses. I find that bakeries and sushi shops frequently have some pretty bright colors on them to draw attention and pink's pretty cool for this.
  20. That was a fun story and a great looking MOC to go with it!
  21. I love the build and the thinking that went into the story. So many potential outcomes, just fascinating.
  22. I didn't think it was LEGO at first glance. Beautiful job!
  23. I just got back into Lego after a 20 year break, primarily because of MOCs like this! Wonderful work, very inspiring and thanks for sharing it here!
  24. Hi K-nut, thanks for the welcome!
  25. I like to save mine up and buy a huge set every once and a while for "free". It just has a satisfying feeling!
