Hi! Depends. They already produce Jedi.

Hi! Unfortunately, I am out because I will have to work that specific weekend. -
Hi! In the last few days, I surfed Eurobricks at around 2-3am (GMT+1), and it was slow indeed.
-
Hi! I usually ditch them, unless they open decently and can be used for sorting bricks while building. All the building instructions are kept in two very large boxes.
-
Hi folks, I'm in.

Hi! Here is my sigfig.

Hi! 1. Priest: Hi Sleeping Beauty, you look terrifying, uhm I meant to say terrific after 100 years of sleep! Here's your prospective husband, Dr Frankensteins creature, ready to propose to you! Sleeping Beauty (thinks): Damn, at least they should have given me a chance to brush my teeth. My breath must surely smell like rotten eggs by now. 2. Harry Potter (left): Hermione, I come to believe for once you were wrong: The frog parts should not have gone into that polyjuice potion! Hermione: Ve gwound boar fangs neivver ... Ron Weasley (right): It's not easy, being green.

Hi! I voted "Shame". When I was 14, I suddenly felt "too old" for certain toys and ditched Lego (and Playmobil and some cowboy stuff). And, shame on me, I actually sold it myself. I remained nerdy though and started focusing on computers (we had Apple IIs at school; later I got a Commodore C 64). Only 15-16 years later I overcame the Dark Ages.

Hi! I travel to Israel quite frequently (work). LEGO-wise, I consider this a developing country.
-
Hi! I second that motion, I ditch boxes of the latter kind (after having opened them, they are entirely useless to me), whereas boxes of the former kind are great for brick sorting prior/during building of that particular model.

Hi! "Carefree", LOL. A truly bloody spaceship ;-) The tampon ship we have yet to see, looks more like a sanitary napkin to me.

Hi! LOL :-D I think it tastes like liquid haribo gummibears. On second thought the question may be asked whether gummi bears taste like robot feces to you. Hmm. Where on earth did you sample robot urine?

Hi! Amazon has it as well.

Hi! If I would get my hands on a rare set for some reason, I'd probably leave it intact to eventually sell it on ePay. Unfortunately, due to a lack of time and procrastination when it comes to selling on ePay, chances are it would stay in my possession much longer. Aside from that, my LEGO is meant to be played with. The MISB sets I currently have are still intact due to lack of time. Besides, for now I have pretty much ceised building because by the end of the year we'll hopefully move to a new house. Lego bricks are easier to move around than complicated constructions.

Wasting my Time with LEGO (and Loving it)

Hi! You should try to find out why you think you should be more altruistic. First of all: It is not in our genes, unless you are dealing with family members. I.e. you are trying to overrule an instinct here. Second: Why do you seem to think that Lego is different a hobby than e.g. <insert any hobby you can come up with>? Is there anyone that frowns upon your hobby lego? If so, here is a good practice of not letting other people influence and hereby control you. [...] Yes, we can give you insights. But again you will have to deal with your own conscience, no one else is able to do that for you. Some points to ponder: - You surely have color TV, Internet, a game console etc. pp. You could do without those. - You surely like to eat & drink certain foods. Well, you could live on very basic stuff: veggies from your region and the like. - You wear clothes (I should expect). I presume these are not secondhand. - You might have other hobbies such as flying kites or playing soccer. Aren't they a waste of time/a potential hazard to your health? - Do you travel? This is also a waste of time & money. So what is different about Lego? I think it is just another hobby, and spending time & money for it is just as right or wrong as for any other pastime. And remember: For the universe it is totally insignificant what we do with our lives. I'm a conformist!! EDIT: Typos ... -
Hi! Interesting. Do you have a pink FBG MOC in the pipeline? ;) And remember: You'll have to schlep home all the stuff; I hope you have a second suitcase with you. The airlines are no longer tolerant about the slightest overweight ... To remain on topic: Today, I got an Amazon package containing my 50 years LEGO catalogue.

Hi! Only the very last weekend would work for me (29-31). In case this is to be the date, I'm in. Otherwise, I'll be tied up in work projects & preparations for those (and yeah, that includes weekends, unfortunately).

Hi! <AOL> Me too!!! </AOL>

Hi! SW and some other stuff such as Cafe Corner is being built and remains as is, most of the other stuff goes to parts (sometimes I build it beforehand). Duplicate sets immediately go to parts.
-
Hi! This is not acceptable at all; in my eyes it shows what little respect they have regarding creative work. I would never display any MOC at that store again.

We want the amazing 4999 Vestas Wind Power Plant!

Hi! Indeed. There is a 20 year old German cartoon series featuring Kosinus, a computer whiz kid; it has one strip that deals with this problem: It translates as follows: 1. Mother: Day and night you're sitting in front of this computer! Don't you know that there are other things in life as well? 2. Kosinus: You mean, like SEX, punk music, and drugs? 3. Mother: Never mind.

Hi! Gravity, I presume. Nice work!
