Another question for you: is the instruction book easy to follow, especially regarding the colours. Does the black rally stands out comparing to the dark bley and so on ? Tks Aayla once again for these great pics ;-) The funny thing is that this morning I saw the FP and not that thread so I started creating several impulse topics X-D And when I saw that thread I went and deleted them :-P Really not impressed and don't care at all for the MM ones, gladly passing my way !! Really not impressed and don't care about the police and firemen ones !! I am so fed up with those subthemse really and I already have a gazillion of them anyway !! I really like the road working guy set !! Sure I don't care at all for the MF (have gazillions of him anyway) but that small cement mixer really looks cool !! simple yet impressive !! Need a couple of them !! I also really like the street cleaner set. Not the fig for the same reasons !! TLC should have used the one from last year's advent calendar which was far better !! And the Castle ones I commented them in the Castle thread ;-) In conclusion these sets will sell like crazy which is great for us !! Lets hope for a way better future installment especially from city ;-) *yoda*

I didn't say they were ep3 clones but they ressemble theme !! The first ones are definitly NOT Ep2 clones because you lack the angular shape of the helmet and that helmet doesn't have that modern "spike" on its top X-D I don't understand why they would make new Ep2 clones because TLC is dooing a lot of things wrong lately !! Look at that Hailfire set. Itrs suppose to be on "ugly as hell craphole" Geonosis BUT the BDs are tan (instead of sand red) and the SBD is pearl dark grey (instead of metal blue) !! So there is no assurance of having ep2 clones :-P Lets see who's gonna weap tears of bitterness X-D *yoda*

D'OH !! *wacko* And I thought you were bloody serious X-D Well fairness is something really hard to achieve in a matter that pleases everybody !! I don't like that too strict category for several reasons !! First if there is only 1 vehicle, that members win that category without a competition ?? Thats absurd !! Then take my entry for instance: its modular BUT its really small and not very complex, so should it compete again Barbossa, Gyl and you ?? What I think would work best, is having imaginative categories not based on the MOC itslef !! Something along the line of Most fun entry, most probable Lego release and yada yada yada. You catch my drift on that concept ;-) I think that would be the more fair we could achieve !! Imagine a member entering a small fountain which is a true thing of beauty, it could easilly win one category, even if competing with the skill level and details of Gyl and your entries ;-) But please no rules, just freestyle fun for those contests !! Like you said, if you want more challenging rules, call it a smackdown limited to say 6/8 participants and then edit all the stricter rules as you see fit ;-) Different types of competitions, different level of rules and evrybody is a happy builder :-P Even I would enter one of these smackdown for the fun of it ;-) Contests On !! *yoda*

My city fans, with the excitment of all these new pics I wonder why we have nothing to feast our eyes so I went looking online and found that horrible and tiny pic of that cargo plane on www.imperiumdersteine.de. Enjoy (if thats the appropriate word !!) What a piece of junk !! Everything is horrible in that set !! * the colour pattern is just :-X * And I thought the previous planes were oversized !! That baby looks even bigger !! Oh boy how I dislike that hull * Its a modern hull with old propellers, I think thats a designer flaw IMO !! * Only the small things look nice |-/ IMO, its a defite waste of space and money !! And I hope the rest of the city line looks way better than that !! *yoda*
