Guys, I know that but since I'm a kid, I always had the toys of Ulysse 31 and Captain Harlock (that my parents gave away - again). Since my interest in Lego resurrected, I really want those ships ;) TLC help me *sing* Those licences would not cost much, and all those great animations are being released in DVD ;) IS it a sign?????? (probably not, just dreaming) ;)

snefroe1, At our age we see it as "nostalgia", but it might really captivate the younger generation totally unaware of those great ships ;) You have to admit that those cartoons had GREAT ships, isn't that the essential for future sets?? ;)

Finally someone with a postive attitude :-D Bless TLC for this year's great sets. I have confidence that the future will be as great, nevertheless, its always usefull to give TLC some pointers (just in case they read us ;) )

Apart from AFOLs old enough to remember these cartoons who else would buy these sets? The kiddies would take one look at them and say "What the devil are these old chap? Its certainly not our beloved Dragon Balls and Pokemon..." I do not agree once more ;) Really, those ships are purely awsome, great designs... With that theory, why would they want Romans, historical themes (that would unfortunatly not appeal to them). Whereas, kids always like great spaceships, whether or not they know japanimation or not.

Who hasn't suffered with Roman law :-D :-D TLC should definitly stop creating stories like Alpha team, Dino attack (...) and read a lot of Mythology, all the greatest stories are there. Concerning Atlantis, which is a fantastic idea (maritime theme, yeahhhhhh), however there might be a legal licence issue due to Disney's picture.

Lord Vader, You're only forgetting one little thing, the Romans were AFTER the Greeks ;) and they took a lot of thing from the Greek. I've got a brilliant idea of a maritime theme: the Glorious battle of Salamine where the city of Athens crushed in an epic maritime war the whole Persian Empire (poor Darius ;) ). If you want Villains, TLC could do a Greek Mythology theme, another theme with a lot of potential ;)

Guys, please!!! Our friendly boards is here for people to discuss mainly Lego and other subjects. Its fun and enlightning to share/confront ideas, likes, dislikes, TLC's policies, sets... If we tend to be strict these couple of days, its really not for no reasons. For the last time, we are all here mainly to discuss LEGO. Sometimes, and most of the times off-topics discussions are nice and appreciated (eg, sandcrawler, because we have no news about it...), or when it relates to Lego... However off topic is way crossing the line when its discussions about sex, drugs... Gratuitous criticisms about other people's country, customs (...) is also way crossing the line. Come on, we are all responsable adults here, can you guys cannot see the line???? I also object to your second criticism Wolf, we are NOT dictators, and we won't "suspend" a member because we don't like his/her opinion. I maintain that this website is and will continue to be friendly, curteaous. I'm telling its not fun at all to keep explaining these simple rules of life, really. For my part, I joined these forums to have great conversations with people from different backgrounds, cultures all enjoying the same passion: LEGO and definitly NOT to police these boards. You just gave me an idea for a space theme snefroe1, A kind of retro-ish space theme where humans cohabitate with robots... Like the Jetsons or Futurama to give you an idea. Also no violence ;) BTW, great idea snefroe1 ;)

snefroe1, I really don't think it is that bad, I hope that this decision is ONLY taken to shorten their cost of production, once the old colors are gone, they will be gone for good. So I don't think we should be alarmed by this decision ;)

Guys, Because some of us are about to go on vacations, I want to offer each of us a little tour of where to buy Lego. It is very usefull to know this sort of things, dont you think ;) Please provide our community (us ;) ) with the best shops in your town where we can find our precious sets ;) Thanks in advance for helping in the creation of this needed database ;) Here is just a simple rule: post your shops (with the address) and comments on those shops (variety, prices compared to S@H, PAB??...). Interesting!!! What about protocol droids, servant droids on Tatoin, and astromech droids (the V-wing has an astromech)??? Is it like in ep1, where all "separatist" droids are deactivated??? That would make sense ;)

Maybe those humanoids, bring bad memories, hence their lack of in the OT (apart Darth Vader) ;)
