The most pieces in a canister set to date has been Tahu Mistika, with 73 pieces. After him are other sets from 2008. On average (Not counting Pohatu), the Toa Mata had 33 pieces. Pohatu included it's an average of 36.

...And we know all the other Toa are splitting up and leaving for the rest of the MU.

I PMed him about it. If this is true, this is probably the most surprising twist ever.

I liked the new Destiny War... Anyone think the "island fortress under siege" that Krakua protects is Metru Nui?

Aesthetically, I mean. All black with brightly-colored patterns running over their pieces. Plus they're the ones with the glow in the dark, and the two colors for their patterns that we've seen are green and red, like with the Aliens. And yeah, the Sand Tribe is cool. As far as the tribes themselves go, from what we've seen I think they're my second favorite.

I got Mazeka and the big Alien Spaceship from Mars Mission. My birthday's on the 29th and we're going to Disneyland, so I'm hoping to get a Glatorian or two. (And I expect my parents may be getting me a Yetrax and Axalara.) Mazeka's awesome, by the way. I highly recommend him. And yeah, the description calling Vorox a member of the Earth Tribe is gonna confuse some of the children. Does anyone else think the Skrall are somewhat reminiscent of the Mars Mission Aliens?

Don't get your hopes up for Thornax launchers, guys. They changed the Glatorian's Zamor launchers in less time than we have until the Summer sets are released.

I think the pose is wrong. In the leaked image, Vastus appears to be holding his weapon with both hands. EDIT: I know. Hee. -JINZO

I think Mata Nui may have a new torso. He seems to have ball-joints on the sides of his body which aren't present on a standard Inika construction.

I think the lids are meant to resemble stadiums... They just look like Visorak lids to me...

My thoughts on them: Stronius- A Skrall. With a club. Badass. Strangely, I was thinking of making a moc like this recently, after that club-related rant I had in my blog on BZPower. Almost exactly like this, from what I can see. Also, it's difficult to tell, but I'm hoping that's a new torso and not some boring Carapar torso or something. Ackar- Boring, boring body. I can't make out the head, but I think he might have a new leg design. And I hope that's a firesword. Vastus- Even more viney than Gresh! It looks to me like he's holding a staff with a blade on one end and a Thornax on the other. Pretty well integrated. Kiina- Looks like a lot of Mata blue, and a bit more balanced out than on Tarix. A good job making her feminine as well, but I hope that the final weapon isn't silver. (I think that in movie years we can expect more feminine-looking female characters, as they have to resemble their movie-counterparts. Just look at Roodaka and Nokama.) Gelu- Looks kind of jumbled and messy, but really it's a bad picture. I can't quite tell. Mata Nui- Looks like he utilizes an Onua Mistika/Krika chest, but the body design appears to be new. The shoulder armor and weapons appear to resemble the UDD symbol, which is cool, and his legs look new. (They seem to be similar to Inika legs, but the bottoms are shaped differently.) I hope that he's gold or tan. The mask is the only thing that worries me, but I can't imagine that they would've botched that part up. It's probably a bad photo, and of a prototype besides that. After all, we are looking at images of Summer sets before most of us own even the Winter sets.

They look gunmetal to me.

I think Stronius is a Skrall who's made a name for himself. He has the same colors and we know Skrall vary in design a bit, don't we? And YEAH CLUBS! Mata Nui I'm unsure of. When judging a set representing a character like him, I think it's best to wait for better pictures. So can anyone tell if there are new torsos? Ackar clearly has an Inika torso, but it looks like Kiina, Vastus, Mata Nui, and possibly Stronius have new ones. EDIT: They look like the UDD symbol to me.

Forests (Not jungles- I think that's a first), ice, mountains, and those giant lake-organisms. Sounds very primordial. And the gold-banded trees add a nice surreal touch. Spherus Magna intrigues me.

Oh, Great Beings... Oh-hohoho... And Gali runs a canoe business. EDIT: And Takanuva's blog... I hope Kapura wasn't one of those Ta-Matoran...

For those that don't know, the Bara Magnan villages include Atero, Roxtus, Vulcanus, Iconox, Tajun, and Tesara.

What does them being "Yanks" have to do with anything?

I loved Nihvak's design in that movie, but his colors were eye-searing.
