Just found 7 boxes at Toys R Us in Columbus, OH, got some Aztec warriors and space marines, gonna wait on getting the rest that I want from the Lego store so I don't have to pay $3.49 each

Thanks! I was pretty happy with the way the T-Rex came out but wasn't too sure of how to do the other 2 dinos

I agree with most of the posts above, 7946 is much nicer (aside from missing out on a dragon). I think it's a toss up between that or the joust.

I'll be honest, I wasn't focusing on a particular species when building it but I'd say it's probably a black rhino based on the pointed snout.

Here's a couple of quick shots I took to show how it's done. I removed some of the flame pieces so you could see it better. It's pretty simple but the light brick adds a nice effect I think. Feel free to use this if you'd like

Unfortunately I don't think so In particular I had to use a lot of yellow cheese and it looks like the only Dino set that has any (4) is 5886 T-Rex Hunter I wasn't planning on shrinking any of the others when I built this since this was my first time building at this scale and I wasn't sure how much I'd like it but I may try this with the other sets because it was a lot of fun As for the gate the part I used was actually a 1x1 with clip that I wedged between the bars

Hey guys, This MOC was built for the 2012 MOCAthalon to highlight the threat posed to the few remaining rhino populations in the world. The illegal poaching of rhino horns has left rhino populations all over the world in a critically endangered state. Today there are very few rhinos left in the wild that are not in preserves or parks. In 2011, the western black rhinoceros was declared extinct. It is estimated that there are only about 17,000 rhinos left in the world. If nothing is done, these majestic animals will be gone from our world forever. I first built it without one but I noticed that it was kinda dark when I was taking pictures so I built one in Thanks, I had a couple options for the face and I think this was the best! The yellow piece is a bow from the new Friends sets.

Hi guys, This is a vignette from classic Hans Christian Andersen fairy tale "The Princess and the Pea" that I built for the 2012 MOCAthalon. The princess spends a sleepless night on mattresses piled high. The prince's mother had been so kind to let her stay the night after being caught in the rain, but little did the princess know that all these mattresses did not mean comfort, for secretly hidden beneath them was a single pea and, as everybody knows, only a true princess could feel a pea under so many mattresses.
