Hi again folks! Now, straight to the point, I am making a wee star wars monopoly thing as a summer project to pass the time, and I thought to myself, "Hey, the thingymabobs (they thingies you move around the board) for this could be Lego ships just cos!" Soooo, just wondering if anyone has any micro build ideas (or mini mini builds) that could be used for it? Thanks. Oh, and feel free to put any pictures of your microbuilds here if you like.

When will the winners etc be announced? Also, how do the winners get picked?

Really liking the look of this one! Good luck to you! -
Are you allowed to change your entry until the end date? I mean, change the whole project and re-name it? I know it says they are WIPs but I'm not sure whether you can redo the whole thing from scratch. Help appreciated!

REVIEW: LEGO Star Wars 9496 – Desert Skiff
Admiral-Ackbar replied to XimenaPaulina's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Great review! I want this set so much now because of this review. The detailing on the minifigures in this are amazing too. -
Thank you everyone for your great replies! By the looks of it, Darth Malgus is the general favourite Sith, and Anakin the favourite Jedi. You gotta love that detail on Malgus! Even though I'm not a fan of the new Palpatine, I wish that his lightsaber would come with another fig (but that will never happen) cos it's awesomes. P.S. The 's' at the end was intentional.

This. Is. AWESOME!! Great job done here, and scene looks exact same as the real movie! Want this so much!

Astromech Workplace Contest: Han's Equipment Store
Admiral-Ackbar posted a topic in Watto's Junkyard
Hi guys. It's Matthew here with my entry to the Astromech Workplace Contest! I call it Han's Equipment Store. The bold smuggler Han Criss has stolen two droids from a powerless ship; the Twilight. He has taken C-3PO apart for spare parts and has programmed R2-D2 into working as a weapon sales droid! Anakin Skywalker and Cloud McFlyer have been dispatched to retrieve Artoo and Threepio before Han discovers the Republic Battle Plans hidden inside Artoo that could end the war once and for all...... First, we have a overall view of the equipment store, complete with weapons shelf and sales desk. Han's Equipment Store is a modern, relaxed environment located in the sandy plains of Tatooine and provides all sorts of tools and weapons for all customers who walk through the door. However, the shop is merely a front for Han's smuggling trade: General Skywalker attempts to tell Artoo-Deetoo his plan without Han noticing but Artoo no longer remembers belonging to Anakin and ignores him : Cloud attempts to bargain with Han as a distraction for Skywalker, but Han is not willing to haggle with him: A customer watches an advertisment for a weapon available in-store with great interest, and is oblivious to the Jedi around him: Meanwhile, C5-D7 attempts to repair the power generator for the shop as the cooler has failed and everyone inside the shop is getting toasty! He connects to the system to interpret the problem: A close up look of the weapons rack, which holds the items on sale in Han's shop: This entry includes 7 minifigures; General Anakin Skywalker, Commander Cloud McFlyer, Han Criss, R2-D2, C5-D7, C-3PO and customer. This view shows the store when empty and all of the minifigures with accessories: I hope you enjoyed looking at my entry, good luck to myself and all other entrants. May the force be with us all! -
As I'm sure many of you are aware, Lego has made many, many Jedi from 1999 onwards and are sure to continue, but we rarely stop to think, "Hey, I think I'll give whatsisname a special case cos he's my favourite Lego Jedi in the whole wide world!" because, other than sounding girlish, nobody really gives a crap. Apologies to those who do give a rodent's-behind-faeces. That's the lowdown, plain and simple. All I ask is that you actaully engage the part of your cerebral cortex that controls your Lego building skills and Jedi mind tricks and get it to tell you what Jedi had your brain most thinking, "I like, I like...." because I feel like I want to know. Just so you're in the know, my favourite has to be the Obi-Wan from the new Jedi Inerceptor; he was also my favourite Jedi from the film*. Hope to hear from you's all! Soon. *I want to know who made the decision to kill Obi-Wan, cos it's reslly pointless for him to die; he just comes back as a ghost at convienient times for the writers and for Luke. Rant.

Greetings from a guy in Scotland
Admiral-Ackbar replied to Admiral-Ackbar's topic in Hello! My name is...
I'm not a stereotypical Scot. I'm a new Scot! Whatever that is. I don't have much of an accent cos I watch a lot of American TV and accents and other stuff get into my brain. -
Greetings from a guy in Scotland
Admiral-Ackbar replied to Admiral-Ackbar's topic in Hello! My name is...
I would have to say somewhere up north such as Kenmore; I've been once and it is spectacular! Just never ever go to one of the big cities like Glasgow or if you're not a fan of busy busy busy streets. The most 'important' place to visit would probably be the Scottish Parliament in Holyrood. -
Now, my name is Matthew, but you can call me Matty! I am a Lego Star Wars (registered trademark) fan and general science fiction fan, as well as someone who enjoys their sitcoms. I'm a senior in Trinity High and proud of that, but not about the fact that I'm considered too old for Lego. YOU ARE NEVER TOO OLD FOR LEGO. I love cheese and just so you know, I happen to eat other things too, like tatties! I'm one of "dem sciencey folks".......kinda. I at least know my w=mg from my p=iv. If anyone else around these here forums is from Scotland, give me a shout cos I have no friends! Just kidding! I have one, and his name is Captain Piett (I havent promoted him yet; no Darth Vader!). See ya around....

Wow, this is seriously cool! Have you put it on cuusoo yet, becuase this would get 10,000 votes in no time! Wish I could build stuff like this... By the way, you should have this indexed on the MOC Index.

How much is your SW collection worth?
Admiral-Ackbar replied to Admiral-Ackbar's topic in LEGO Star Wars
If you have the time, make your own inventory with the help of Bricklink. It has very accurate price figures as it actually sells Lego. -
Hi guys, Matthew here with a question I noticed has not been asked for a good while now; how much money is your SW collection worth? Now, some people might only own £20 worth of Lego and others £2000, but we all own some amount of Lego and we're proud. For me, I own over £1200 worth of Lego, which might seem like an insane amount to some, but it really isnt much. How much is yours worth? And what set is your most expensive purchase? (Mine is 75021 Republic Gunship.) If you cannot figure out how much your collection is worth, then make a chart using bricklink prices or use brick picker.
