  1. once I get my hands on them, or on his throat! :)

  2. No, thanks! I got out myself, as you can see! ) Thoiugh I feel a bit sad about having to disassemble that MOC. I really like it. Oh, well!

please, don't look at me like that! I remember about the deal, but I haven't yet seen a single set myself. The seller claims to have sent them, however no progress to be seen. but I assure you, you'll get what I promissed, on...

  3. made any insome time already. I hope you'll like it. Then I may return to Batman ones. (perhaps then the hype around that weird boy in round glasses will be down a bit!) And stay tuned for my new figs, I hope you'll like the! ;)

  4. I'm good, thanks, my white-faced friend. ) (It just occured to me that you have a natural snow terrain camouflage, perhaps you should try attacking bats in winter in Gotham. Freezy and I are tired of being the only ones who work on Christmas holidays, hunting down Bats, while you sit comfortably in Arkham, hijacking Christmas-trees!)

I'm working on a castle MOC now. I haven...

  5. My most sincere congratulations, guys! Happy Birthday! ) May the following year be as tasty as a cake, and as impenetrable to any evil, as a castle! Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  6. Hm, I really like thae fact that we'll be having a post-WWI and pre-WWII period in the theme. I just hope it's more like old Adventurers, rather than action and battle oriented Atlantis sets. BTW, I doubt that there's a strict relation between Atlantis and the new theme, but perhaps Dr. Rhodes (from Atlantis site) is a hint or a link to the new theme? We've already seem Atlantis referring to oither themes, you know. ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  7. Exactly my thoughts. Even if LEGO gives us some new-fashioned "Dino2010-world racers"esque adventurers team, I suppose that it won't be a problem for us, who remember and love the original theme ( ) to integrate old minifigs and vehicles with the "new" Egypt. ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  8. Well, I get what you mean. And actually I agree with you. But Ewok did a good job nevertheless and it really doesn't make any difference what term we use, does it? Yep, exactly what I mean. Actually there was no difference between hetero- and homosexuals in Ancient Greece or Rome. Even in later periods. In that matter I remain a liberal man and suppose that in most cases it's just hypocrisy. In fact one of my closest friends is gay, and I assure you he's one of the best people I've ever met. ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! ) P.S. Aren't we being a bit gragged away from the topic? )
  9. I suppose it would be wise of you to provide us with the picture, at leastr. Then i'm sure someone will be able to give you an idea or two. ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  10. Well, unfortunately I haven't seen any good plays for a long time. The latest good one was Nabucco opera, here in Moscow. However I'm looking forward to Boris Godunov classical opera in Bolshoi Theater. I've seen it two times already, but it's really worth seeing again and again. So if any of you, ladies and gentlemen, by chance are in Moscow, I strongly recommend you to see it. ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  11. Very well done! To my taste, the head could use some work, and the lines could've been cleaner. But since I know how hard it is to paint a minifigure, you've done a really great job. ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  12. I don't think that either spartains or athenians would have had any problems with that. They just wouldn't understand what being gay was. ) Anyway that's a nice job, you've done. I really like such purist simple customs. In fact they're often much better than those with layers of decals or tonns of sculpey on them. However at the same time you can't get any fig you want, going strictly purist. Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  13. Sorry for the late reply, guys, it was hard to find a way among HP topics on this forum! Thanks a lot, dr_spock! ) You're too kind. Thanks! Well the new bunch is practically ready. All I need is to get my HP sets in a couple of days for certain pieces and you'll see them! The time is pressing me a bit, so I can't really make figures at my usual paste. However, the bunches tend to become larger. ) Thank you. ) I hope you'll like its continuation. ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  14. Hm, sounds pretty much like GTA: Lego City to me. ) Still, if the information is ligit and we'll get the game eventually, I hope it'll give us some nice building ideas (will be useful for Gotham ). Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  15. A very detailed step-by-step review of the well-known trailer. ) Some of the ideas seem to be pretty realistic, some are puzzling, like the issue with the shodow. Still, it's worth reading. And don't forget to read the comments as well! ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  16. Great job, Matn! I really like the "cleanness" of your MOC. The red roof indeed works nicely here, however I still wonder what'd it look like in a dark red color. Nevertheless, it's a great MOC, with lot's of small detail, what I personally value most of all. Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  17. Hi, Jeb! )

Thanks a lot! The whole Bat-stuff doesn't always have to be gothic and gloomy, does it? )

  18. Well, what I actually meant was that the main problem with MOC-building for me is time and space. That is, all the leasure LEGO time I have I use on my minifigs, so I don't really have enough for MOCing. However, I hope that the new MOC will come sooner, since I've prepared (practically) all the nessesary parts (I usually do it beforehand) and what is more important have a clear idea of how it should look like. ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  19. Thanks, ADHO15! ) Well, most of the parts served as my Arkham Asylum, but since Arkham was destroyed be an earthquake (i.e. my crashing it accidentally), the pieces were used to create the penitentiary. ) I hope that a new MOC will appear pretty soon. If I don't get distracted by minigig customizing again! ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  20. Happy birthday, Bonaparte! ) My most sincere congratulations! ) May the following year be filled with positive emotions and good people to share them with. ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  21. Thank you, my crazy friend! ) Ha-ha! Yeah, in Arkham you have cosy soft walls ang the food is much better. However here you don't have to listen to some maniacs singing rude songs in the next camera..... Oh, he came to my Iceberg Lounge the day before, was asking for some "white-faced witty gringo". I told him I didn't know. So you owe me that one. ) Thank you very much! ) Yes, I've never seen anyone making Blackgate in LEGO form before. Well, in fact I remember him mentioning the gallows, but since I deliberately made Blackgate in a lighter tone than Arkham, I thought that a tree would do better. You don't really know if it is an original hangmans tree or it was just put here in terrorem. In that case Ventriloquist's story may not be actually true. There are several locations where Blackgate may be situated. In some stories it's situated in Gotham, in some in the suburbs..... However I imagine it to be on a separate island in Gotham Bay. In that term by saying that he "returned from Gotham", Zehrhard means that he returned from big land. ) Thank you very much! ) Yeah, I've always wanted to make Blackgate. Even though you can't see it much in stories nowadays. ) And making it into a comic story was really fun. Not to mention the fact that I had a great opportunity to continue the story. ) Correct you are! In fact that is the way he ecaped that time, looking for you! ) (as for Bane in my MOC, you could've seen his backpack in the evidence room. ) Thanks a lot! ) I'm glad you liked it! Indeed, I tried to fill every small corner here with details, since it's always better (IMO) to have a highly detailed MOC, let sometimes at expense of its scale. ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  22. Ladies and gentlemen! ) It gives me great pleasure to present you my new Batman MOC: Blackgate Penitentiary. Blackgate Penitentiary is a prison located on a small island in the Gotham Bay. Unlike Arkham Asylum, Blackgate is where non-insane criminals are usually kept. You may remember that I usually present my MOCs in a story form, so this one is no exception. The story starts right after the Penguin's been captured and my Arkham Asylum events. I hope you'll like it. ) And now some general pics of my MOC. ) I hope you liked it. ) Any comments, please? ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  23. My most sincere congratulations to you, LuxorV! ) May the following year be even better than all the prievious ones, and may it be filled with ideas and material for your great customs! And of course, I should thank you for what you're doing for one of my most favourite subforums. We all here appreciate your work greatly! ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  24. Thanks for the information, professor flitwick! ) Still no Penguin to be seen..... I just can't believe that they put so many hints in the trailer and won't show the villains! The plot seems to be pretty intriguing indeed and it's good to see so many improvements, however! Still, I hope they'll include me in the game! Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
