  1. Thank you, guys for your kind words! ) Your comments are always appreciated! So I hope you'll like what I have for you today! I would also like to thank my dear friend ADHO15 for his help! It seemsthat he's even a better specialist in HP than in SW! ) Gryffindor Quiddich Team. (All teams are based on First year.) Captain and Keeper: Oliver Wood (An official fig, so nothing new here.) Chaser: Angelina Johnson Chaser: Alicia Spinnet Chaser: Katie Bell Beater: Fred Weasley Beater: George Weasley Seeker: Harry Potter Slytherin Quiddich Team. (Again Year One.) Captain and Chaser: Marcus Flint Chaser: Adrian Pucey Chaser: Graham Montague (Left one.) Keeper: Miles Bletchley (Red-headed one.) Beater: Peregrine Derrick (The one behind Flint. So I can afford to make him pretty generic. ) Beater: Lucian Bole Seeker: Terence Higgs (I really like how i managed to make his face. ) I hope you liked them! ) Any comments, please? ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  2. Oh, I sure will! Perhaps even this weekend! ) As for my customs... Well, you might wish to check my HP minifigures tread soon. ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  3. Well, ladies and gentlemen, I don't want to start a discussion, but to all those who consider that set to be a bunch of red bricks, I'd like to tell that HP sets (and I got them all recently) assembled in reality look much better than on the pictures. Frankly speaking, I do not know why. Still lots of good figures and overall nice shapes as well as loads of fine assesories make those sets very appealing once assembled. ) Sorry for cutting in. Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )

  5. Great review, WhiteFang! ) It's only yesterfay that I have built that set, and I totally share your sentiments. It's a great set, actually one of the few I applied stickers to! I also bought another set to keep fgor now. ) The figures are just amazing, very useful for my customs! Thanks again for such a great review! ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  6. Words cannot express how awesome the spider is! It's a shame, of course, that not all parts are available in brown color, but still it can be a great inspiration for our talented MOCrs around. Thank you for sharing that great design with us! ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  7. Ladies and gentlemen! ) It seems I have some good news for all HP fans. It looks like we may be having at least two more books about Harry Potter in future. Check it here and here. ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  8. Your new comics are superb, Jeb! )) Oh dear, a person can't just can't be THAT talented as you are! ) Have you solved a problem with the camera? )

  9. Hello there!

    Long ime no see! )

  10. Well, I'm no weapons expert (not to mention my trick-umbrellas, that seem to have everything in them from coffee to poisonous gas! ) but I've bought several lots off BA, and I must say it's really worth every dollar I payed for it. The detalisation is very hight, but at the same time they're keeping it LEGO-like. Thank you for your great review of those items, WhiteFang! ) Looking on all those weapons makes me itch and rush to my wallet. My Gotham thugs would simply love those weapons! But at the same time my Erathian army needs new swords! What am I supposed to do now, I wonder? Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )

  12. Again, I'm the last to notica a Bat-MOC! ) Well-done, Oky! A very neat small vig with some classicl action scene. Though I feel a bit sorry for Joker. I know what will happen in some time with him, since he's been spotter by Bats! Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  13. Long time no HP characters from me, ladies and gentlemen! ) With all the interest in HP line now, I got so excited by the new sets and figs (and the game) that decided to test my skills! The result can be seen below: Rolanda Hooch. ) (As you can see I just added an old cape for her that looks so much better!) Lucius Malfoy.) (Another slight but vital modification - his staff with a silver snake. Originally it was smaller, but didn't work well at all.) Narcissa Malfoy. ) (A woman to die for! Just look at her! For me she's somewhere on the same level as Rita Skeeter. ) "A loving family....." Alastor Moody. ) (Gave him a staff, a new metal leg, hairstyle and an eye. Also please note his muddy coat with pockets.) "Constant vigilance!" Nymphadora Tonks. ) (Ok-ok, just Tonks! ) And now my favourite.... Professor Quirrel! ) (I have finally made his proper fig. Not that LEGO one wa bad, but he had wrong colors, and general shaoe still. Edit: it seems on the photo the turban looks a bit brighter than it should be.....) I hope you liked that part! ) Any comments, please? ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  14. Thanks a lot, ADHO15! ) I still have more ideas, but I guess it's time to stop for a while! Thank you! ) Well, you know those superheroes, they can use practically anything to fight crime and injustice! ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  15. Lovely entry, KielDaMan! ) great work on your character! I'm not familiar with him, but he sure looks funny! ) The paintjob is at a high level as well. ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  16. A very fine entry, darth yogi! ) perhaps, you would wish to correct several spelling mistakes, but overall the plot and the figure are very well built, so to say! ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  17. Being a DC fan, I do not know the character Randall is portraying, but he sure looks good! Very well done, my dear Watson colleague! ) Did you sculpture the helmet, or used an orcish one? Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  18. Thank you! How nice toget positive feedback in other threads! Sorry for offtopic. ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  19. I really like the way you did the water and the bridge. The water doesn't look too blocky as in some MOCs, so well done. ) I wonder how the peasant managed to catch a fish near a waterfall! Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  20. Thank you very much, I Scream Clone! I'm flattered by your kind words. I hope that you'll like the upcoming castle MOCs as well. ) And thanks a lot for frontpaging my MOC! That's very kind of you! Thank you very much! I'm glad you liked it! ) Thank you, comrade. ) Thank you very much. Indeed, some of my techniques are pretty easy to use in any other themes. That's the best thing about LEGO: you have an idea - you can build it. ) Thank you. ) Thanks a lot! Indeed, a person can never bee satisfired, can he? ) Thank you very much. Indeed, red on white, blueandwhite, works very well. We in Russia know that! Speaking seriously, I was surprised how well it worked using white cheese slopes as pilled snow. Well, I'm glad that I could share something new with the community. ) Thank you very much! The Russian feeling? Perhaps. Thank you very much, neighbor! Indeed we have much in common, apart from history and hot summers! Not, it's not SlyOwl's helmet. It's a standard LEGO kings crown, customised by me for my Castle character. You can check my custom figures in my signature. ) Thanks. ) Thank you very much. I'm glad you liked my MOC. Yes it is. You can check my custom figures in my signature. ) Thank you. ) Well, I recall Batbrick doing something like that, if I'm not mistaken. The idea is really nice, but it required much thought and time. I suppose I have no other choice but to come to it later. ) Thanks a lot! He likes you too! ) Thanks a lot. Yep, that's true. If we mod a winter toy shop to be more like 'shoppe', than it'll be just perfect! ) Thank you very much, Ras74! ) I'm glad that you liked it. Well, despite not having a fast pace of MOC building (I have neither time nor skills, I guess) I try to make the MOCs I'm presening to be full of details, and small scenes, so that they appear to be 'living'. Thanks again for your kind words! ) Thank you. ) Thanks a lot! ) Um, thanks. ) Thank you very much! I'm pleased that my humble MOC managed to drag another LEGO fan to the great EB community! Indeed winter scenes in most MOCs tend to look a bit blank, that is why I think that smaller scenes work better. I do have an idea, of making a larger winter-themed MOC, but it won't happen soon, I guess. ) Thank you. ) Yep, I really like including brick-built trees, they look very cute to my taste. ) One cannot be a former WOW player! You might not be playing it, but it is still in you! Thanks! ) Well, it's a constant dilemma for MOCers I guess, the parity between playability and design. Since I value general look much more than falling walls, obening hatches and things like that, I tend to focus on the shape and colors. Still, it's always great to see some playable MOCs around! Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  21. A very nice MOC indeed! ) I really love the interior, the way you did the decorations. It does give the feeling Ancient Greece of a Bronze Age. ) I should also say, it was pretty clever to use a fleshy head for the Goddess Athena! Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  22. Superb work, I Scream Clone! ) The landscaping is great, as well as those nice little detals like mushrooms, mud, small rocks. The way you did the stone pillars (or what are those things called?) is also terrific, with all those lines and cuts, etc.... The monster is really creepy and I wouldn't want to be anywhere near the place. But what I like even more (and most MOCs unfortunately don't have it) is the feeling of action in it. You can easilly start imagining the story, how it continues..... You've made a really great sacrifice scene with all those cows and pigs, lying around, not to mention the poor crownie..... However for some reason the peasants look pretty happy (at least the girl) near an upside down cow. Great work, and I guess it just needs to be frontpaged! ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  23. Well done everyone! ) It was a true pleasure following your entries! 1) Traffic Cop Entry (Build by Profound Whatever) - 1 point Great detalization level, and I can really imagine the figure there! 2) Vampire Entry (Build by Darkblane) - 1 point - great vig, and veryunusual idea! 3) Witch Entry (Build by Athos) - 1 point - a very clever design, and a great idea too! I would also like to mention: Witch Entry (Build by Almirante Don Rodrigo) Vampire Entry (Build by Quarryman) Surfer Entry (Build by Stegoceras) Well done, guys! ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  24. A very fine custom, indeed. he looks a bit odd as a ninifig, in such square proportions, but overall very well done! ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  25. Thanks a lot, tin7! ) looking forward to your entry! Thank you very much. I'm sure there will be lots of great entries soon! Thanks a lot! o-oh, sounds exciting, can't wait to see your entry! ) Indeed he is. Thanks a lot! ) Thanks a lot, ADHO15! ) You're too kind! ) Thanks a lot, Jeb! ) You know how i value your opinion! More like bat-croissants! ) Thanks a lot! ) Thank you very much! Hm, modding a sumo guy may be an interersting idea! I'll give you a credit, of course. ) Thank you very much, LuxorV! ) I'm glad that you liked my entry! Indeed, I'm also looking forward to seeing other customs entries since it's such a great contest! Already done, and a small bonus ahead! Thank you very much, WhiteFang! ) That what'll happen when every criminal will be locked up in Arkham! ) Ladies and gentlemen! ) I could not really stop on the entry, so I decided to add a small bonus to it. I hope you'll like it! Any comments, please? )
