  1. Good day, VenVoi! I just couldn't miss a guy with such interests, joining EB. Welcome! And be sure to visit Iceberg Lounge, since we have a common interest in bringing down Bats, as far as I understand. ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  2. Ladies and gentlemen! A new part is here! Originally it was to be bigger, but I have not received yet certain parts, so i desided to split it into two. I hope you'll like it, anyway. ) Gotham biker gang. (Even those world racers sets can be useful for Batman! ) "Hey, Bruce, you look pale! Are you....." Oh, no! It's H.A.R.D.A.C's android! Despite the fact that I'm not a big fan of "THE BATMAN" show, they did have some great characters, like the gay-like Riddler: ....or like Frank Gorshin Hugo Strange (oh, that voice! ): ....but they also had some terrible ones, like that Penguin! Cesar Romero Joker. ) (No minifig can express his maniacal look! ) And now the fig I really like. Mia Sara's Harley Quinn! ) (From Birds of Prey Series....) I hope you liked that part! ) Any comments, please? ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  3. Ladies and gentlemen! ) I'm proud to present you my entry for MCW 2010 Contest. It's hard to be (practically) the first, but I'll try. I hope you'll like my fig and a small story, that goes with it. ) Theme: Batman (Who would've guessed! ) Character: Batman Cost of fig: 1.5 - 2 euros (Approximately, taking into account the small quantity of greenstuff needed as well as paint. LEGO bits are pretty common. The figure greatly depends on the price and availability of modelling paint and stuff in your country) Additional images: Here, please!, Five ways to use a bat-croissant! Comic Page 1 Comic Page 7 Five ways to use a bat-croissant! I hope you liked my entry. Any comments, please? ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  4. Well, I use some ancient Panasonic Lumix model withy the macro-feature. It's not professional and i'm not very good at it, but still it works more or less fine for me. So I suppose that you'll need some camera with that feature, but I'm really no expert. )

  5. Oh, I really don't know what to say..... Adventurers have always been my most favourite theme, especially the Egypt one, now I have a mixed feelings about this one..... One of the definirwly positive aspects is that we get some nice minifigure (however it seems it's taking place several years, or even a decades later after Johnny left for the Jungle and things have gone really nasty there). The explorers can not be judged yet, but I have a terrible feeling of 'genericness' when i look at them. I hope it's just because of the standard preliminary faces. The mummies are nice, however it's a strange choice for enemies. I mean soo many of them! Winged, on foot, mounting giant creatures ( ),etc. Speaking of those, I really don't like them. That is actually why I never collected or was interested in Atlantis. In my opinion, an opposing human faction would have been much more interesting, with mummies being a neutral, but agressive side. Another positive moment is the fact that we get a tonn of new molds, like scarabs (Arkham! ) Anubis heads (Castle! ), weapons, etc..... I agree with those who say that the theme is too colorful, but at the same time, it has to be appealing to kids. Just a couple of random ideas..... ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  6. A very fine teaser, tin7! ) Looking forward to your entry, I'm sure it'll be something spectacular, really. Doesn't Randall have a body too well-buil for someone working in a comic store and Starbucks? ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  7. Nope, already solved. Check the Bat-topic. )

  8. Still no confirmation e-mail. )

  9. A very well done first custom. No, really. I even envy you a bit..... Why? My first custom was much worse. And it was a Batman one, back in 1996! ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  10. Oh, of course. ) Thanks for clearing that point. LuxorV, you amaze me with the speed you answer our questions! Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  11. Actually, that's a good point. So we can we post our figs in other positions, clothes, etc... Good, goog. ) Another question, please: are other figs allowed in the vignette? ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  12. Thank you, um-m, should I call you my lady or my lord? ) Indeed, the icicles do work well for such MOCs, however, I should admit that I added them at the last moment. ) I'm glad you liked it. Thank you very much, KielDaMan! ) I'm pleased to reseive such high rating of my humble MOC from you. ) The headpiece comes from Orient Expedition theme (Adventurers), I use it intensively in my Castle figures. ) The stickers are official, from the new Red castle, however, altered a bit by me. ) Thanks again! ) Thanks a lot, Jeb! You're always too kind! ) As for the snow, we see plenty of it here. Perhaps you would like to visit Russia some day? We'll give you a warm bear hug, comrade! ) Thank you very much, WhiteFang! ) You know how I value your opinion. ) Well, since I value high level of "detalization" in MOCs myself, I tried to add as many as I could here. And I really like my Castle characters, so when I say them lying in a box bored and without much action in their lives, I decided to give them some. Not to mention it being actually the first more or less HMMIII MOC here. However more obvious and recognizable things are still to come! Thanks a lot! ) Well, I can't promiss you anything like that soon, but I hope you'll like the upcoming MOC, nevertheless! ) Thanks a lot! I'm glad that you liked the story. A MOC is always better when you put some life into it, isn't it? ) The goblin head is my custom one (based on CW Yoda), that can be seen in my Castle customs topic. Feel free to check my signature! ) Thanks a lot, Admiral Ron! ) Neither did I. However I got a bunch of those from BL, so you can easilly check what sets they originate from. ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  13. Very generous indeed! Thanks BrickArms a lot! All participants will have to show a real master-level class of their abilities! Can't wait to see first entries! ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  14. Indeed it is, my good sir. Indeed it is! :)

I also hope that among comics you like there's "Batman"! )

  15. Yep, cosplay can be really fun, even if it's not very obvious that it's home made costume and the make-up is as good as a professional one. Note the one to the left! Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  16. Well, sounds fun, but why not hold one here, on EB? I guess many people here will be interested.....

  17. Just dropped in to say hi! ) Long time no see! :)

  18. Um, could you give me the working link, please?

  19. Oh, thank you very much for a fast reply, LuxorV! I suppose it'll be a great fun, participating in this contest! ) As if using sculpey does not require that. Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  20. Sounds very interesting! ) I can already see many talented customizers showing their work! Oh, the joy! Am I correct in sayiung that we are allowed to use paint and sculpey? ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  21. Well done, my fine-feathered fiendish friend! ) A nice MOD of the batmobile, though, I'd really love to see some closeups of it. The story is pretty interesting as well..... Hey, since when do you have such gorgeous long hair!? Last time I cheched you were balding, just like me! It's all Ivy, isn't it!? Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  22. dressing like an undertaker? ) Sounds great to me, a preson who's been born just before Halloween! )

  23. Ladies and gentlemen! ) I'm proud to present you my new Castle MOC, based on my favourite Heroes of Might and Magic III universe. However, the design of the town hall is obviously inspired by WOW one. This summer was pretty hot in Russia, so I guess subconsciously, I, The Penguin, just had to make such a "cold" MOC! ) Somewhere on the border of Bracada and Erathia you can find a small village Alexandretta. The citizens have a strange tradition here: they celebrate the first snowfall with a grand feast to welcome the coming winter. The local Town Hall is a place where the nobility and most notable citizens of the local lands gather to have a chat and a drink. Would you like to join? "Welcome, my lord! Would you like to have a stroll around our Town Hall?" "Make way! Make way! Fresh bread for the Feast!" "You might wish to follow him, my lord....." Meanwhile, inside the guests have already gathered and and the Feast has begun! Chief Engineer Burorin and Head Engineer Cranx are arguing if the stale croissant could be used as a boomerang..... The elf is also interested in croissants. Though he's trying to calculate the number of calories in it. ) Pingvin the Lich became so excited while telling the young prince about his latest experiment that he accidently poured the drink over the princess! More food! ) Thank you for your time! I hope you liked my MOC! ) Any comments, please? Guud day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  24. Ok-ok! XD I see your point. i'll call Ivy then! I wonder what happens to her in winter?

  25. How come that's an offensive statement?! ))))) year, I'd really love to see you acting as a Joker. Stil, you know better, of course.... )
