  1. Happy birthday! May the following year be filled with mostly positive emotiona and new discoveries! Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  2. Don't worry, it's mostly fantalk. I'm jumping from film to film, and the above speech is not structured at all. And no, I do not like TDK very much. Not when it stands next to Begins. Same director and scriptwiter does not always mean that the film will be equally good. Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  3. Black-white Joker art. Looks really good! Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  4. I haven't seen the second one. I wish I hadn't seen the second one. They simply can't find a director who will stay faithful to comics, can they? I'm 100% sure, should they reboot the franchise and make it look like in comic stories (modern ones), they will have endless opportunities for making new films and adding new characters. But, no, we need some twisted director-oriented view in every film: scrap the characters' appearance, their characters, their mannerisms, we know better! Why is it always Batman, who's being experimented on?! Why doesn't Superman get some twisted horrible approach, like Batman did in B&R (curse you Shumacher!!!!!!!! ) I personally would love to see Batman: Arkham asylum film, based on the comic stories and the game. That would be a heck of a thriller, if told properly, with Arkham's story! But, no instead we get spykid's villaness?! Directors like actors should go on the peak of their career. I expect dozens of tomatoes in my direction, but frankly, people, I'm tired of seeing Batman being raped in every film (except Burton's and Begins, perhaps). It's a very difficult character to portray, nearly impossible, but heck, use comic foundation, not your personal wish-to-be concept! Ugh! Bruce timm was absolutely right: "The more realistic you make a superhero (Batman), the less believable he is." (my interpretation.) I agree with him. Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  5. Don't feed the troll. Kids these days! Yeah, I do terrible things to my enemies! Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  6. Oh, I'm afraid I do not have time for this game, right now. ) But I hope you'll enjoy what I have in store. )

  7. Amen, brother! And Batcave. Out of all the places you mentioned, I recognized only 50%! Yep, Marvel is not my thing. Well, as for minifigs, I agree again. LEGO is definitely focusing on those nowadays, making the sets appealing mostly for our favourite characters. Like in HP line or in *gasp* SW. Yep, I wouldn't like to see sets like Batbuggy as well. This set still gives me nightmares where Batman's chasing Mr.Freeze after he robbed a toy store! *shudders* Nah, Lex Luthor has worse crimes to be punished for: And that's terrible. P.S. On the private note, you used to be one of my favourite mambers. Why? You started the original Batman discussion here, on EB! Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  8. Well, that's a good boy! But of course! But first you should attend my Penguin's School of Crime! Wagh-wagh! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=feXrvOTUQws 2ceroknight Yes, I presume you're right. I still would love to see some (relatively) minor characters like Commissioner Gordon or at least some less known villains. I wouldn't mind even a couple of non-vatman ones..... Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  9. What did you call me?! *raising an eyebrow and reloading the umbrella* Well, I sure hope that the DC line will get at least three waves, like the original line, since there are indeed tonns of characters to make. Pray, TLC does not return to vehicle vs vehicle consept, and that automatically means more "ground-based" characters. ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  10. Happy Birthday to you, my dear orcish friend! May the battles for you be long, intense, but successful at the same time! May your many talents shine even brighter! You're a very good person. So keep it that way! :)

  11. As with most of my threads, I'm making a big one where I shall be uploading my LEGO movies, clips and etc. i hope you'll like them! LEGO Batman: The Joker Tribute "Start Wearing Purple" Dedicated to my good friend ADHO15. LEGO Batman: The Penguin Tribute "Be Prepared" Comments and suggestions are welcome! ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  12. hi-res black-n-white version. Well, unlike penguin, I really like that character, he looks exactly like i always thought he should. And stealth-based boss-fight reminds me somewhat of Batman Vengeance Freeze fight. ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  13. I agree. And I'd love the batmobile to be a bit smaller. The old one looked huge in comparison with Two-Face's truck and even my limo! ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  14. thank you very much! I'm glad you liked it. Well, I guess, Castle fans can indeed find some interesting pieces in the theme, though the price/quantity parity is just depressing. Thanks! Yes, queens often do that. Ah, what a life! Thank you very much, Izzy! I'm glad you enjoyed it. Yes, for some reason I nrver highlighted that the frog in the set is trans-green. Frankly speaking I find that choice of colour a bit odd, but still it's nice to get such a rare piece. ) Thank you very much, Rufus! Yes, I still have some unoprned old Belville sets around, so I guess, I can make some other reviews. But I'm being very cautios with those: all those fairy queens can easilly drag you in, and there is no escape but to yeild! I presume, you have seen my previous Belville review? Thank you, Sandy. I'm glad you liked it. I hope you'll like the upcoming reviews as well. Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  15. Yes, I helped Gotham numerous times! THE LIBERATION OF GOTHAM HAS BEGUN! Oh, wait, no..... It's my evil cousin. ) I also gave him my Duckmobile: For some reason unknown I really hate the new Joker's vest. I don't know, it just seems wrong..... Oh well, as I said, I'll mod him heavilly anyway. ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  16. Indeed so. However in TNBA he has white teeth again: Which makes me think that both in comic stories and animated versions his teeth match his eyes, rather than skin. I mean yellowish eyes are not healthy, so why not give him such a teeth colour? Eureka! Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  17. Wagh-wagh? Someone needs my help? To the Duckmobile! Nah, I hate Duckmobile, limo is much more classy..... Joker's appearance greatly varies from comic to comic and depends mostly on the approach a novel writer and an artist choose him. If the author sees him as a more insane and murderous loonatic then he gives him a "messy", wild, slightly monstrous look, which often results in him having yellowish, sometimes sharpened teeth. Nut I personally favor the second approach: of him, being a calmer, calculating villain, who cares for his appearance, well to be frank a classical "homophobic nightmare" approach. Observe: Wild: Fabulous: As for LEGO minifigures, I guess yellow is a natural choice for the minifigs (this Joker, previous one and Harley Quinn), since white may look a bit blank on white face. Well, I guess, I'm defending TLC designers now, since it didn't bither them when making a mime minifig. In any case I'll be modding the new Joker to have while teeth a different hairpiece and slightly different outfit. Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  18. Good day, my fine colleague-villain!

    Congratulations on the news!

  19. A very fine buch of customs, LandShark! Keep them coming! Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  20. Yeah, unless they include those hideous new "girlie" minifigures that we're about to get in the new System theme. Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  21. Yes, I didn't! It just never occured that they could've left me out! Well, I guess Penguin was great, yes. But I still wouldn't mind a new figure, since variety is always good. Not to mention it could make another addition to my The Penguin collection! (statures, figurines, minifigures, comics, etc....) *manic laughter* Yay! Another person who doesn't like Superman! Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  22. Yes, I guess you're right. But, still. I'd really love to see Penguin at some point, as long as they do not make him monster-like! I'm getting old and grumpy. Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  23. You may have seen it, people, but UGH! He sounds like Voldemort! I guess the voice will still be edited, but so far everything that the filmmakers have shown us is rather disturbing..... I guess we should have faith in Nolan's genious. Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
  24. Oh, the horror! Where is Pengy? WHERE IS PENGUIN?! Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
