To the quests that I'm currently involved in: I'll be visiting Costa Rica for the next month starting Monday. Internet will be limited and my participation will more than likely be irregular - still able to post, just maybe not every day. Sorry if I hold anything up, I will try my best to keep up with things. This weekend will also be pretty busy, and I'll probably need some time to adjust once I get there. 151, I had planned to have finished the quest by now. We missed that mark by a few weeks but we are definitely in the last phase of the quest - just a little more dialog and a battle are all that are left. Again, I will do my very best to not slow things down and still provide the full experience for you guys! That being said I would really appreciate it if anyone out there would be able to help out with running a battle in 151! Let me know if you're able.

I am Hybros, though I am afraid a demon hunter will not do us much good in this cage," the imp introduced himself. "So what do you make of all this? Hunkan successfully takes a few chunks of the green substance. It doesn't affect him the way it affects Ezeran, but it glows slightly in the dim light provided by the mage's flame. Digging into the rocky earth yields the same results: patches of the green mineral are revealed and Ezeran feels its weakening effect. His flame began to die out. He would need to expend more ether to keep it lit. Old Shovel - Tool. Has a 1/6 chance to break with each use. Rusty Pickaxe - Tool. Has a 1/3 chance to break after each use. OOC: Hybros directed his second attack at Haures so he should be defeated, and Foras should not be slowed or sealed. Also I think you forgot to subtract health from Sabnock. Hybros attacks himself with the Sword of Ancestral Hatred and Uvall with the Heavy Flail in the back row. If successful, he strikes Uvall again with Zoot's Reaper and the Hollow Dagger in the front row, otherwise repeats. -

Ezeran again feels the dampening effect of... whatever was causing it in the cavern, and spends 2 ether providing illumination with his ruby. Maybe it had something to do with the shiny green patches of what appeared be some sort of mineral on the walls, floor and ceiling. As Ezeran pokes around with his pickaxe more of the green stuff was revealed as pieces of dirt and rock are chipped away. The mage could definitely feel his magic being blocked as he moved closer to the wall, and the rest of the party could see that the flame dimmed. A few cages, the chains, and some leftover bones (identifiable as those from a cow, to the heroes' relief) sat near the bloodied direwolf bodies. A few pickaxes and shovels were leaned up against the wall and haphazardly laying on the ground. The wolves were most definitely dead. Dual-striking weapons can either be directed to attack the same enemy twice or the target enemy and the one below it in order of enemy listing. You can't choose any enemy to receive the second strike.

I would welcome a quest with full-blown MOCs with open arms! We already have quite a few talented builders in Heroica and it's always a treat having their creations on quests (speaking of which I miss BrickDoctor and Etzel...). There is also this thread which I think has been forgotten about. Some really awesome and inspirational builds there! We should have that contest again. You an definitely have your sets ready before you start the quest. I've done it in the past and find it's been the easiest way. The only disadvantage is that you can't change anything if you let your heroes go off of the "script" a bit more than usual.

She fails to account for their pack nature however, and two more direwolves appear from seemingly nowhere to take their fallen brothers' place. She makes up for it with a massive hit on the Grendel, and Petaldan follows up with a solid hit of his own. The powers of his Flood Fork TM activate and slow up all of the enemies. Ezeran whacks the Grendel with his staff, which is oddly effective. Goliath goes into a frenzy, dropping the two newcomers down to low health and poisoning them just enough to make sure they're gone for good by the end of the round. Kid tries his hand at diplomacy, but as he is untrained in the art it falls short. Perhaps training in the ways of a Warden would help him achieve diplomacy with animals. The remaining direwolves simply continue to bark and growl at him, seemingly berserk. He can pick up a few words, though. <"Food! ... Starving! ... Master! ... Blood!..."> A healthy party faces off against two enemies.
