Awesome review! The ship itself looks good, and after seeing your pic of the fig(s), it looked a lot better. When the toyfair pics came out, I thought the cape was plastic and the head rubber. But thanks for clearing all that up. Using SBD legs was a good choice by TLG, in my opinion, it looks better than BD legs in this case. Still, this set is at the bottom of my list before the Twilight, because its a bit expensive, not that great, and I have much better sets to obtain first. So maybe if I have some leftover money. Also, what are the pipes on the fins like? Rubbery or plastic? Seconded

The Star Wars Comic Game-Season One
JimBee replied to JimBee's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Wait... we are still on Utapau... who said that we werent? The CIS are holding Oky Wan, Mack, and Brickbreaker captive in one area, and me, Thok, and Annix in another area. Death Star is hunting Obi Wan... apparently... and simonjedi I have no clue... and wouwie is all the way on hoth... -
Nice cake! Too bad the ewok was gone...

Very impressive, I like the cabins on top. And the flowers at the bottom are nice as well, way better than just a plain field. And the trees are very well- done.

Do a review... NOW!! (Just joking) , but I do have a question. What are the capes like?

Happy B-day! Have fun!

I've only watched my friend play MGS4, and I don't know what Raiden looks like, but it is an awesome torso, truley spectacular, especially for a new guy (I'm guessing that you are no noob to decal making). May I suggest you start a topic introducing yourself here? Welcome to EB.

Adam Tucker´s great architecture models now produced by TLG
JimBee replied to CopMike's topic in Special LEGO Themes
True, and the boxes make them seem so much more awesome then they really are. But, very cool, and CopMike, do the models have their own special base, or just a black plate? Also, is it okay if instructions go online? They do for all of the other sets, but maybe these are special... I would very much like to build this. -
Which pieces would you like to see in future pirate sets?
JimBee replied to Shadows's topic in LEGO Pirates
A telescope, we absolutely need one of those. And some different variety fish would be nice. -
The Star Wars Comic Game-Season One

Please use different color when talking about unrelated story stuff. [As they walked to a cell block hallway, the Bounty Hunter took all of the teams equipment. Hunter to Butcher: My, arent you the expert? Hunter to Annix: A sword? Not going to get very far with a piece of metal, I think. Hunter to Thok: What are you, some sort of city folk, wearing leather like that? Butcher to Hunter: A republic officer, for your information! Hunter to Butcher: You speak only if I grant you permission! Now, into the cell! [The Bounty Hunter shoves them into the large, force feilded cell, with four concrete beds, and one toilet with a black sheet around it. It looked like the end for the team...] Hunter to all: Youll be dealt with later. -

Here's mine: The figs are on the green plate. You can see my custom Darth Nihilus there, but my Count Dooku is disassembled. And here are the rest: -
Adam Tucker´s great architecture models now produced by TLG
JimBee replied to CopMike's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Awesome, I love these! They should only be about $10, considering the piece count, but they'll probably be around $20 because they are only in the gift shops... :hmpf_bad. Chicago isn't far from Milwaukee, and I might be going to Schaumberg soon, but if TLG wants to make real money off of these, they should widely release them. I guess that's not the aim of it (the aim is presumably to get kids fascinated into architecture and the sights themselves), but still, they look so awesome, and not everyone lives so close/ in Illinois. Also, I'm glad TLG went away from the traditional box art, and made a clean, modern black, with no art on it except the model itself. While I enjoy box art, this is a very nice change of pace. Good going, Lego! And of course, Adam's models are awesome, so congratulations to him! Now, where are the instructions to these two sets?! -
Hmm... these pictures all look very interesting... lots of torsos. heads and headpieces I havent seen before, like the wavy grey hair (Palpy or Dooku!), the neon green hat, the maiden, and most importantly the royal guard. I personalty think that they are real LEGO pieces, and not customs. Maybe TLG is going to drop more hints of a Pirate theme later... And yes, I know most of this was mentioned before, I read the whole topic.

Heath Ledger Joker *V.1 Finished*
JimBee replied to SirNadroj's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Looks good! Definitely use Anakin's, Mutt's doesn't work at all. The decal is alright, but the mouth needs to be eviler (more evil?). Freaky green hair, ON!! -
Yes, patience is the key... are they out yet? how about now? Now? Now? Now? You are kind of complaining... but hey, I dont blame you, I can't wait 10 days, either. Not to mention that we've been waiting since... February.

Heath Ledger Joker *V.1 Finished*
JimBee replied to SirNadroj's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Awesome, but the Joker's hair in the movie is shorter and more greasy and wispy... but there really isnt a better hairpiece for it. Can't wait to see the completed fig.
