That baseplate was used before in Bionicle sets. These are cool sets, but I think I'll pass most of them. I'd like the platform tough! Dr. Brick

The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time
Dr. Brick replied to Dr. Brick's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Ah yes, the leaf. Forgot about that... I will add it! There isn't any policewomen because, well, there's no space for here. let's just say she's gone to help Mrs Shears. I didn't really know what peace I should use as a garden fork. Any suggestions? Thanks, Dr. Brick -
I made a vig based on a fragment from The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time by Mark Haddon. Here's Fragment: Here's the vig: Brickshelf Folder Feel free to comment! Dr. Brick

Wow, that's pretty early. We don't have ToysRus's here in Belgium, so I'll have to wait a bit longer. Good luck with your exams! Dr. Brick

Dr. Brick comes from Dr. Nick, from the Simpsons! Not that I'm a real hard-core Simpsons fan but I enjoy watching it and Dr. Nick is always there to save the day (well,... at least he tries, wich is very important! ) Bye everybody!

Hi everybody, I really like using some SNOT in my MOC's from time to time. Now I know there are loads of different kind of SNOT building techniques around but I couldn't find a topic that listed them all. Is there one? (if there is I'm sorry I started this topic) Otherwise send your techniques here and if there are a lot maybe a list could be made? Thank you! Dr. Brick
-
Wow, thanks everybody for all the techniques. I'm sure Ill try some of those out. Dr. Brick

Hi everybody, I've got a question. When I'm looking at the pictures that people send I see that some have a nice white background. How do you do that? Just to make things more difficult, I don't have photoshop... Thanks, Dr. Brick

That's brilliant. Just the whole idea is very nice. I love the staircase! And, as mentioned before, the mushrooms are also very fun. Keep up the good work! Dr. Brick

50% Lego discounts to mailshot recipients
Dr. Brick replied to Dfenz's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
I got the mail, also for the chess set. I'm not going to buy it. I was also hoping for the GG. Oh well, maybe when it doesn't sell good any more, if that timer ever comes. Dr. Brick -
Well I feel it looks a bit like Antwerp station: But it isn't really based on it; That price is without postage, that would be another €6 I think. Dr. Brick

I normally make my design in real first, I try the design fast to see how it works. Then I start making a model out of it on the computer, because I normally don't have enough bricks to make my big designs. I came across the roof design because I had loads of these (trans-clear) lying around (I've just been to Legoland Berlin ) and those useless plastic railtracks. After fiddling a bit I discovered that those non-electric tracks weren't so useless afterall. Bricktopia is indeed impressive. Dr. Brick

Hello and welcome. Hope you have lots of fun here. Dr. Brick

Thanks everybody for the positive comments. Can I have a link to the 'Bricktopian Firestation'? I've never heard of it before. It isn't online yet but I'll post the link when it's up. Dr. Brick
