Why would most of those help us to solve a murder? I contribute during the day when I feel I have something to add, though as a Mystery newbie, I'm mostly just observing and seeing how things work. I know one's character shouldn't affect their gameplay, but I still feel a teenager shouldn't be a leading investigator in a murder.

OOC: I'm not sure if I've missed something, but shouldn't you be attacking from the front row if you can't take damage? There doesn't seem much point in halving the power of your attack if you can't be attacked yourself. Sorry to keep asking if the answers to some of these queries are obvious.

OOC: Alright I see, but what I meant was 'is using magic, which costs ether, still more powerful than a melee weapon, even when the power is not increased against certain enemies?' OOC: How did I know that link was coming?

"Are you sure that is wise? Maybe De'kra would be better off using his potion to regain heath, seeing as you have the highest power and it would be a shame to see it go to waste." OOC: If I use my emerald, will that cause more damage than if I didn't use it, even if it isn't particularly effective against this type of enemy, just at the cost of one ether?

OOC: No, my fault. I'll be more specific next time. I forgot about darkdragon's double effect against them. Like she said, this mage stuff takes a little while to get used to.

OOC: Sorry, I thought not specifying meant not using elemental magic. Seeing as my emerald doesn't have any extra effect against these types of enemies, I don't see the point in using it. Same goes for darkdragon, no doubt.

In search of more useful information, Ad-Hoh walks over to the ranger-looking man in the brown hat and exchanges pleasantries before questioning him about the recent caravan attacks and what he knows of the Lion Knights.

"We may as well have a little rest and a quick search for information in the tavern before continuing our journey, don't you all agree?"

"I agree. Let us complete our journey to Mopag before thinking about a new destination, especially as we are getting close."

Do you have any evidence from the state of the Chief's injuries that this was murder and not just an accident?
