  1. Is it me?
  2. Well mine are by no means perfect, so aim yours to look like the references rather than mine. Yours are great as they are. I haven't. Where is he from?
  3. I'd like to help Amber do this and try to see what it is a photograph of... while eating the orange.
  4. Yes, I recognised about half of them, but not those from TFU. Here they are (updated especially for you): Added: Faro Argyus (Others - Senate Commandos) Jayfon (Others - Senate Commandos) Senate Commando (Others - Senate Commandos)
  5. What a shame I wasn't able to bet more on the card game. Even if we go, I won't be able to afford anything. Nice idea for a new stall though, Sandy!
  6. Thanks for your comments, guys. A few more guards and troops I've never heard of, but nicely made nonetheless, Mr Man!
  7. Does that mean I could put down my WP4 staff and punch the enemy, causing 7 damage?
  8. Ad-Hoh equips his amethyst and raises his staff high, ready to attack the Pongcanis Axeman with Darkness from the back row.
  9. Looking back at the floor plan, I agree this is a better move.
  10. I'd like to take a swing at Marcus! It's no wonder you keep getting yourself beat up all the time! The study, please.
  11. Get your Trekkie rubbish out of our house, dude! This is a Star Wars and disco music-loving house! That's the way... a-ha a-ha...
  12. Phew! I was expecting it to be a different lett... I mean... what? I never even knew that safe was there! What's in there, dad?
  13. That's the spirit, Amber! I was just thinking we should put some tunes on! Crank it up all the way!
  14. Erm... yes.
  15. You can see how tidy and organised we are here! I'd like to take the hidden school letter and stuff it under my sweater without anybody seeing.
  16. Nice work, Mr Man. Here are two rather tricky troopers. If you notice any mistakes, please let me know. Added: Echo (Phase II - 501st Legion) Fives (Phase II - 501st Legion)
  17. Because I'm a Duke; a fact I myself forgot earlier! I've taken on board what you have said, Bob. I can understand your frustration and I hope you've understood where we've come from when we give you our thoughts back. I'll try to be a better player from here onwards.
  18. OOC: Oops! Sorry everyone, I didn't mean to get us into trouble! "Well it seems we are now free of the stubborn and power-hungry, Lord Keveak. We have a few leads and Xander is back with us once more. Should we continue with our plan to go back to Eubric, visit Triad Park and then travel into the Plains? Hopefully the Lion Knights won't have moved on by then, if they were ever camping there to begin with."
  19. "Your plan is certainly a noble one and does not lack bravery, but it is foolish. Surely gathering as much intelligence as possible and carrying out reconnaissance prior to directly engaging the enemy in battle can only aid our cause? I signed up for a quest, not a war. What is your strategy? To line the coasts of Uland to intimidate the armies waiting off-shore?" To party: "Although I hate to say it, we did sign a contract saying that we would follow the orders of Lord Keveak. While we are not opposing the Brobric Elves by visiting the Plains, we are ignoring Lord Keveak. What do you think we should do?"
  20. "So you are saying that my fellow heroes and I should wait here in Brobric until the Elivish army is ready to wage war on the Lion Knights? I think our party has some discussing to do."
  21. I too would like to go through the front door into the foyer.
  22. "Very well. Where do you suggest we take our investigation, Lord Keveak?"
  23. "We plan to head back to Eubric and then search the Plains for signs of the Lion Knights. We hear they had set up camp there, so we are on our way to investigate, maybe running a couple of errands in the town on our way."
  24. Well quite frankly, Bob, I think it's quite rude to just shout at us like this and let out all this anger on people who don't really deserve it. This is pretty obvious, considering you're the host. I think that in comparison to this, most people's post count for this chapter has been about right. Two people haven't posted, no, but some people just have busy days, especially when one of them is hosting another game. I think this can be let off especially when we have nothing to go on. What is this all about? Grouping an argument like this in the a post where you're having a go at the rest of us makes it look like you're blaming us and that doesn't seem fair at all. If you didn't want newbies or mere Counts and below in your game, you shouldn't have accepted us. Take this up with Dragonator in a PM; don't make a scene. Again, this isn't our fault. We're the ones who 'were decent enough' to sign-up, for want of a better phrase. Maybe the Games Moderator should have a duty to play, but as was mentioned above, mysteries just aren't as popular as Mafia games, and people don't have to play if they don't want to, especially when they're playing other games. I didn't follow Red Scare, so I don't know what it was like there, but I feel that we don't have anything to go on most of the time, so what can you expect us to do? We're not going to post if we've got nothing to say. Getting enough votes to move to a different location usually takes half a day to a full day, so that eats up loads of time. Speaking for myself, I'm new to Mafia games, so you can't expect me to lead the charge. I'm still observing most of the time, and posting when I see reason to. So my particpation isn't low just because my post count is, and I'm sure that applies to others. Alright, this may be a bit of fun, but I think that messing about like that will only mess up the investigation. Having someone burning down a park or attacking someone with a baseball bat just puts you at the top of the murder suspect list in my eyes, when all the were doing is 'thinking about the box'. I don't do that stuff in real life, so believe it or not, the first things to enter my mind when night rolls around isn't "I want to go next door and throw bins through the window"! Where are we supposed to investigate then?! We visit the homes of the top suspects and... nothing. We visit the workplace of the deceased and several suspects and as good as nothing there either. The CCTV shows a bit, but... I mean a hand? How's that going to help? The docks produce no evidence. Out of those 20, how many actually help us solve this murder? I care, and so there's my feedback. Sorry it's just a rant back, but I think that's what you called for.
  25. [looks shiftily from side to side] That's obviously not me, but my... er... Grandpa Jeremiah!
