Hello everyone. After struggling with lots of ideas and a great deal of debate about what to make, I finally gave the Gungan city of Otoh Gunga a try in LEGO Digital Designer in MINI scale and settled on that as my entry. I realise it is a very basic design, the details may not be as accurate as they could be and the scale may be off in some places, but I'm just glad to have something to submit. I noticed a few problems with the mural so I've removed the other and I am now presenting the updated version: In case you can't tell what's new, I've made major modifications to the standard helmet and the ARF trooper helmet, and therefore the modified helmets and pilot helmets too. Special thanks to Jammiedodger for his help with the helmet redesigns and for the mural idea. Thank you very much. I might redesign the Phase II helmets if I think they need it. I'll probably focus on Phase I more now though seeing as I have just about completed going back through Phase II. I have redesigned the clone trooper body however, so I'll post that and some completed troops soon. If I was only doing the helmets, I'd already be finished. I saw; Link looks great. It'll be good to see more non-SW characters in this thread. Those are some modifications, yes. On the standard helmets I sharpened all parts of the visor, squared and embossed the cheek indents, rounded the ridge along the bottom, added vents to the sides, etc The pilots are all new because all of the changes obviously transfer to these helmets too; and the same goes for the 'modified helmets' (ie. Geonosis troopers and stealth ship troopers). I also remade the shaping on top of the pilot helmets. In addition, I widened and pretty much recreated all parts of the ARF trooper helmet, so that should look quite a bit better, and I did the same with the SCUBA trooper helmet. The sun visors, pauldrons and macrobinoculars have all be updated as well. All patterns and markings were remade to fit the new helmets as well. Yes, they look good. I tried to make mine more TCW-style as I much prefer them this way. Thanks, Grenade! Those are all quite different styles, so best of luck merging them! Your designs are definitely just as good as any others posted here, though.

Hello everyone. Funny how this thread picks up again just before I'm about to come back and revive it. Never mind. Apologies for my absence over the past month or so. I've seen some great work from everybody in that time, so well done to you all, including newcomer Poison Ivy. I just thought I'd share a kind of teaser mural with you showing what I'm working on at the moment and what I will be contributing over the coming weeks. Hello everyone. I was amazed by thire5's magnificent UCS-scale ARC-170 Starfighter the first time I saw it here on EB. The attention to detail was brilliant, as was the MOC itself. When I saw the instructions posted above I could not resist having a go at building this creation myself. thire5 has kindly given me permission to post my modified version of his creation here, which I constructed using LEGO Digital Designer. It has been modified to fit in with my own clone trooper unit, the 24th Defence Regiment, which uses lime green as its signature colour, as some of you who know me may be aware of already. Those who know me may also know that I like to create clone troopers using Microsoft Paint, and so first of all I present my clone trooper pilot, Condor Leader, more commonly known as Condor, leader of Condor Squadron, a fighter squadron aboard the 24th's Venator-class cruiser, the Entity. And now for the main attraction: his ship itself, Condor One... LXF File All credit for the design of the ship itself of course goes to thire5, though this model is not exactly the same, mostly due to the limitations of LDD. It most likely cannot be built completely with real parts. Comments welcome. Thanks for looking.

Spurred on my the damage he and his teammates have received, Ad-Hoh tries to attack the Pirate Ruffian again in the same way.

I'm really sorry to have to do this everyone, but I'm going to have to drop out. I've been busier than expected with work lately and I've really been stuggling to find time to catch up with and stay up to date with the thread.
