  1. Another safe night, and that's what our village should be. I am glad that our security measures have turn out well, to ensure everyone's safety. Inquisitor, I am surprised that you have presented Mustafa, to be more than just a simple merchant. This is something new. I will observe his actions more carefully and give it a deep thought. Did our "good villager", Miguel attack anyone whom he suspect last night? Even though, there was no killings last night but I suspect last night was not as simple as it is. Bring in your statements everyone. Regarding about last night happenings, Phillip is looking for someone, but could not find the person. Since its Charles' residence, he must be looking for Charles or Joan. Alexander seemed to be blessing someone while Sergio is standing guard at Charles' residence. What I suggest is, we track back our earlier clues just now, and think logically like what we did on the first 2 days.
  2. Glad you find the tutorial useful. Do notify me once you have done resizing.
  3. I like the fighting arena. Its so cool, similar to those Thai Boxing arena. You have done a great job and I like the overall atmosphere. I believe he got it from Brickforge.com.
  4. This competiton is getting so much exciting. The 21st century theme pirates, reflect modern days' piracy. In this way, we can't use old school cannon ball and sails to conquer the high sea. Well, I must said that all 4 entries has modelled well, and have placed much efforts to make it look realistic and exciting. Great job everyone! After thinking for awhile, my vote goes to the 1st entry. First of all, this creation is similar to those pirates, hiding in those islands, placing their base of operations in this small village. The color contrast of the wooden facade, plus modern technologies such as radar, rifles and speedboats are some key items which are supposed to be present for a hit and run formation planning in its base. The pending execution for the hostage, is well implemented.
  5. Good day to you too! Welcome to Eurobricks! Perhaps, you could share with us the themes that you are interested. Share with us your views. Enjoy your stay with us, and I am sure you will have a pleasant experience.
  6. Marc, thanks for sharing an update of your moc. Could you do me a favour and resize all of your pictures to 640 x 480. The picture size is too big and is causing slow download for members' whom is on slow connection. Look at this tutorial guide, where it demostrate the steps of resizing by using Paint. Thanks.
  7. I know I don't really post here, but sometimes I do take a peek here and there, to enjoy viewing the small creations that you guys are building and engaging about. However, on a side note, please respect the rules which has been laid by the game host and follow the sequence accordingly. Do not post things which are not even related to the topic itself, and clear enough some areas of interest should not be even discussed in Eurobricks. Let's forget this little small remarks and carry on with the SWCG. Thanks. WhiteFang
  8. Location: K13 (Entrance, Neb Monastery, base of Mount Sophia, Odessa region of Black Knights Kingdom) The stone has been cast, after a very long wait of slumber. The journey in search for remain six Priests, members of Symbol of the Nine has finally taken place. Lord Kenneth, Princess Diana, Flynt, Cecil, Grandoth, Bluervo and a small group of soldiers have make preparations to depart Neb Monastery to gather the Priests to stop the terrible Black Wraith Demons. Erik and Adrick stood at the entrance, with their ninja bid farewell to the small expedition group after lifting the magical barrier momentarily. The small carriage moves towards the Danica region. Princess Diana tapped Lord Kenneth’s shoulder and asked “Do you have any idea where we are heading to?” Lord Kenneth nodded and said “The scroll reveals the fourth Priest, and his name is Seymour Lander, living near Danica region.” She interpreted and added “Isn’t this region where we first encountered Black Wraith Demons in Green Valley?” Lord Kenneth nodded and said “Yes, we will need to take a detour. We cannot afford to let them assault us in the midst of our journey, even if they do, we are prepared to defend each other."
  9. This is the correct explaination. Take a few moments and read through the rules again if you don't understand. ImperialScouts, get your Siloux back to what he should be doing. Geez, I don't know what you are intending to do with him by sending him back. By the way, Cecil is still with me in Neb Monastery.
  10. Create your own banner which revolve around your plot and others. It don't have to be something big. Make it small and interesting. There are a few banners which have been created from me, Khorne and Dragonator. It's best to create non-playable characters profile as well, to illustrate better understanding.
  11. Correct. This is to give time for other players to react accordingly and allow time for story development to prevent overwhelming posts which could clutter the stories. Furthermore, movement across grids is normally 1 day or so if you need to move to other places.
  12. Orcs are not classified as animals' origin. The rules refer to no domestic animals such as dog, cat, pig or magical enhancted creatures such as Unicorn, Centars, Dragons and etc. TLG has created orcs as a faction itself, thus its allowed to be used in EBRP. Yes, you can choose to start on any location on the map. It's best if you could browse through the players' current story plot to check what is the current key events happening at that moment. This is to prevent clashes among other players, but its defintely alright to choose whether you have intentions to cross path with other players. In some grids, there are some locations which have been created by other players. You could either make use of the current location or include a new name for the location and specifiy clearly at the start of the post where you write your location. Non-playable characters are encouraged to be added in your story plot development. Hope these answers helped.
  13. I am happy today, because I am almost 96% complete for my Strategic Management project and I still have enough time to do my revision. To all: Do not bring in or disucss any senstive issues into this topic or in Eurobricks. I believe most of you are aware what I am pointing to. Thanks.
  14. The aim of the webpage is clearly defined by you. Stol's efforts to maintain and update the page for us, is indeed time consuming and I appericate the efforts that he had done so far, especially the building of Mason. I think its fine to maintain this approach as it provides another alternative of viewing these amazing structures. I enjoyed viewing them directly in their Brickshelf or Flicker folder. It's possible to create thumbnails and placed hyperlinks upon clicking and directing them to the exact post to its creators' where it explain the building process and concept of its structure. It will take some effort to build such index and maintain it over time, but it's defintely possible to do so. We could use the main discussion topic where ISC's first post is placed, and I I will help out to update thumbnails and directing links to respective entries from there. At this moment, this is something little which I could help out instead of building a section, if you guys and gals won't mind. I will love to build something like yours and others one day.
  15. Stol, the website is good and neat. Its nice to see the creations in one look. However, from EB approach, I prefer all of our creations to be viewed within EB forums. Therefore, a thumbnail at the very first post in the discussion threads or a new topic to feature all updated creations will be good. Just my 5 cents.
  16. First of all, ask yourself this question. Are you a CITY or Town collector? If yes, by all means, get this set. It's a beauty. I am one of the collectors, whom have bought 3 Beach Houses, and built all 3 different designs. All 3 designs are really amazing and its nice to integrate with any tabletop towns or could be modified to fit to your likings. I enjoyed building this set, and its very nice to place all 3 together. I am not a big fan of Creator's line. I am much interested in its buildings and houses. If you compared it to a V-19 Torrent, I will not know how strong is your preference as its can be quite costly for just an aircraft, even though it looks nice. Take a few moments, and think about it.
  17. Thrash, looking at your 4 buildings, placing it side by side certainly make me filled with envy. You have done a great job, and this is indeed a great start to this community castle build. Well done, and keep it up! I am just curious, if anyone knows what sets you get in order to obtain so many dark grey or light grey bricks? I don't remember seeing any of it which have large quantity. It will be very useful if anyone could provide any tips on this. I may actually have to acquire it somehow.
  18. Looking at it from first glance, I thought it was a hybrid between Barbie Doll and Fabuland together. It looks incredible but scary at the same time. You are very very creative in your thoughts, by pulling all unusual elements and form a very unique concept in your building techniques and presentation.
  19. Pickerel, if you are interested in EBRP. It will be best familar with all rules and topics related. This is some of the summarised information here, which I have provided earlier to interested players. If you have any questions or concern, please drop it in here.
  20. Perhaps, you and Zepher could engage and interact with each other with your characters. Lord Kenneth and Master Pent are still too busy dealing with the Black Wraith Demons and finding the Symbol of the Nine and Book of the Dragon Secrets Great start to your first post. Each of us can only post one entry per day, due to the EBRP rules. Yes, we could always rope in new players whom are truly keen to particpate and understand EBRP. By the way, I had seen your characters' images. They look good, except for the farmer. Don't know why, I felt he looks "too city".
  21. Thanks for the review. Its a good one. I do own a couple of this set but its too expensive to build an army with that even though this is the only kind of army building set available for Star Wars. I like the idea of having multiple stormtroopers. The problem is, I don't understand why you guys don't like the Shadow Troopers? I am not sure on the history on this minifig, but I find it very cool and special looking. Perhaps, some of you could shed some light on why you guys don't really like this Shadow Trooper? The minifigs are cool but the dropship is pretty average or below. I get this set, mainly for its figs. p.s: I added the poll for you, and in your set information, amend the minifigs from 1 to 4.
  22. Wow! What are those 10 old Star Wars sets? I am sure these are pretty hard to find. Def, you have certainly make the right choice to sign up with us and I am very sure its more than just a LEGO experience. It's an EB Experience.
  23. I believe the Castle theme will be schedule for 2nd half of 2009 release, in around September apart from the Medieval Market village earlier next year. All of us can't wait for the new Castle sets.
  24. I agreed with ISC. Its simply amazing! You capture the visual aspects of an alchemist's feature and structure very well. In fact, its full of creativness. There is not much of this designs to search from to provide inspirations. The color scheme looks well, even though it remind me of the dark side or its supposed to be related to the dark side.
  25. Welcome to Eurobricks! Did you just start to collect LEGO? Or your current location only have 10 Star Wars sets? I am sure Eurobricks will give you plenty of inspiration. Enjoy your stay with us.
