  1. I have moved to the right forum, where Indiana Jones, rightfully should belong. In addition, there is a current discussion for your mentioned topic. Please continue the discussion here. Thanks WhiteFang
  2. TheBrickster has once again, done another outstanding Pirate review, which is the "limited edition" 6253 Shipwreck Hideout. While NewRight, one of our students in Reviewers Academy, has done a combo impulse reviews, which are the 8396 Soldier's Arsenal and 8397 Pirate Survival. Click here to view this review. 3. I give it a "4". I had been spending a lot on other themes/sets. In result, it caused me to have less funds to buy it.
  4. Sinner, this is a very good review! One of my Creator's wishlist. At the moment, it's a little too costly. You bought one set, and build all 3 models. Thank you so much, for doing of all of this. I am sure it have taken a lot of your time away. Among all of the 3 models, I love the ferry. The other two do not interest me much, except for the aircraft. The aircraft design looks similar to Peril in Peru. Now, I know how big this aircraft is, with the Passenger Plane by its side. If the design of the vehicles and ferry is minifig based, it will be even better. Well, we could use some modifications though. By the way, where is the vote? Don't you want to find out how the rest feel about this set?
  5. Awesome use of technology which includes the use of Mindstorm. I am speechless, to think that a safe can actually made up of LEGO Bricks. It does have basic security features though, but its defintely an interesting concept. The video is wonderful which demostrate the use of the the safe.
  6. It's uncommon to see clone brands, selling around in offical retail shops. In fact, not many consumers buy those. If you are including Megablocks, I think there is still a fair amount of buyers.
  7. Hi Djo, Welcome to Eurobricks. I know you. Glad to see you on board. Enjoy your stay with us. Its always good to see you another Asian AFOL. Feel free to join in any discussions. WhiteFang
  8. The only way for this theory to foil, is "god" stepping in, and drop us some kind of light upon us, to determine that this 4 citizens are truly convicted to be heretic. The results are true, but how authentic the results is. No one but God and Inquistitor knows.
  9. Actually, there is a Castle and City equivalent for the above sets. On the other note, I will love to see a Ninja and Cowboy too.
  10. Brickster, thanks once again for another interesting review. I am jealous of you guys, living in the US, getting first hand to build and review these lovely sets. I feel that this set is for our much younger audience. The minifig and the white transparent jewel is great accessories. I don't think I will let the ship and the rest, last longer than any of my sets. It will be likely that I will use these bricks and placed it in my cache for parts. I do like the brick built sail though. By the way, welcome back Cpt. Pegleg.
  11. Alexander, my military along with my men, have always placed Azfure's safety as the top priority. Even though, the military do not contribute much in the investigation, but I can assure you that the soldiers including myself are doing our parts to protect every citizens in town, despite of our limited resources. I had placed my faith in god and the church, and I trust you, Alexander. However, a far distant person, whom is known as the Inquisitor might come and poison us all. There is no way, we could get any clues from the death of 4 heretics. I can't believe so. With paranoid investigations and tortures, I am going to find it hard to understand whom is telling the truth. Everyone of us have a role to play. From my own perspective, it's either a risk or gain. There is no further "story development" in this games. Can we be really so smart? Then, with our past judgements, such as the shoppers. If we placed John at the fire pit, it won't be any surprise that he is a heretic too... What we need is a breakthrough. It seemed that we are not getting on any further, with clues from Sergio and Mustafa, indicating that they are heretics too. Take a moment and think about it. Is there any useful leads which we could find? Or take a risk and convict one of the three, and rid us one of the possible heretics among them.
  12. Thank you so much! That's very kind of you. Thanks svelte_corps. Brickster is around somewhere too. Glad that you have decided to drop by. This ship is indeed the crown jewel of Pirates 2009. I like the minifigs range provided, especially the Governer's daughter and mermaid. The ship's design is detailed. As for the sails, I have mixed feelings but I am no expert on Pirate's sails. It looks a little wierd though, somehow resembles and cater for younger kids. I love this ship very much. I can see myself getting a few of these, and place it beside the Troll Warship, Skeleton Shop, Viking Longboat, together, as I don't have Pirate ships to compare with.
  13. I trust Charles' theory. The millitary will take care of this, and we don't need any outsiders to determine the death of these witches. We did not find any clues on them, to determine that they are truly heretics. I will like to see how Charles' theories unfold itself. Yes, I am willing to take that risk.
  14. svelte_corps, welcome back! Thanks for that awesome review. It's a surprise that you are able to get this via Australia. I will take a careful look later, at your in-depth review. Thanks!! By the way, take a look at the Reviewers Academy. I am sure you have access too. Hope to see you around more often.
  15. Awesome review! Thanks for doing this review so much. I wanted to see this set badly, as this is one of my "must get" set for CITY 09. This is one of the nicest SUV ever created. I love it very much. The last time we ever saw this set similar like this design, is this 6359 Horse Trailer. By the way, I never knew the black rider is a female. More female minifigs are more than welcomed. I wished I could get my hands on this set soon.
  16. Charles, your theory may be wild, but your thoughts are similar to mine, especially within these few days. I agreed with what you have mentioned and the possibilities. In all games of life, it's almost impossible for the citizens to convict "4 heretics" at one go, without significant story development. I am suspecting, if "god" truly gives us a signal that these convicts are truly heretics. Then, the theory is not viable and applicable. However, god has not mentioned any of these, which make it even more doubtful....
  17. The good old EBRP days. I wanted to mention this earlier, saying that you will have good use to your parrots collection or Sandy's Bird collections too.
  18. Innovative and creative moc. I had never seen a rocking house before. The video is superb entertaining. I am sure the minifigs are enjoying themselves very much.
  19. One of my favourite Pirate sets in 2009. The number one reason why I loved it so much, is because these are made up of modular designs which could create multiple possiblities. by re-arranging different sections/modules according to your liking. The 3 Imperial Soldiers plus an Admiral is great to guard this fort. With a pirate prisoner and the Pirate Captain, personally come to save this crew, is quite unlikely but possible. Even though the design is simple, but aren't this is the design whom are classic pirates at heart, always wanting to have this kind of design back? Personally, I think this is a great set, and offer endless playing and fun time for both kids and AFOLS.
  20. Lego12, thanks for the very fine review. I wanted to give my comments earlier regarding about this set. The baseplate for the island is just so amazing. I love it. The entire island design is so wonderful that you could create a miniature abandoned temple for Indiana Jones to loot the treasure or a Pirate outpost in the far away ocean, hiding away from the Imperials navy. There is so much playability in this set, and will defintely love to get this. The blue naval boat is nice, especially with its blue facade. Thanks for doing this review.
  21. This set reminds me of an abandoned castaway raft, wandering in the open sea. The raft design is done in a nice manner. It looks sturdy to me. More pirate crew for us, and a octopus in the aquatic addition. I am not really fond of the octopus. I will prefer the shark older version, which could offer more higher playability as we could throw the pirate into the mouth of the shark. However, the octopus is a newer addition to aquatic foes. The new parrot certainly looks bright, compared with its older version. I will like to place all my parrots together and introduced this new member. This is a nice looking set and I enjoyed viewing these pictures. Can't wait to see these sets arrived in local shops. Thanks for doing this review. Isn't this belongs to Pirates 2009?
  22. A very fine review indeed! This is a very fine pirate set, which reminds me of the castle equivalent, of Crossbow attack. This set is great for building armies for both sides. This is an enjoyable playset, which have great accessories, such as the 2 x green plant, cannon and weapons. I am looking forward to buy this set once its offically released. Thanks for the review.
  23. United Brick, this is not a chatboard as what Captain Green Hair has mentioned above. Type your posts with proper capitions and sentences. You could write it in the following manner, "Of course, take a look at your avatar", "Sorry", This is a very nice animation." Thanks.
  24. Guys, Before this discussion topic going clearly off track, I will strongly advice all of you to post in a relevant and value added manners. Any form of attacks or showing disrespect between members, are strictly not allowed. Thanks WhiteFang
