To all Category A participants, I will send a warning flag PM for participants who fail to meet this rule. You will have time to amend it before the deadline is up or it will be likely be resulted in disqualification. For Category B rules, I have updated this rule below, to allow more images to be deeplinked. Lastly, if you have questions about Category B, please speak up and tell me about it. I got a feeling that many of you don't understand what I am expecting...

Schfio, this is a nice Mother's Day creation and this will make an ideal gift for your loving and caring mother. Thank you for sharing.

A very good question, and I have updated the rules to ensure this is being explained clearly on the first post. In short, when we purchase the LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 1 to 5, can we ever see a possibility of a licensed minifigure like a Stormtrooper or Rebel Pilot as part of the series? In this case, this contest follow the same approach.

Participants who have submitted earlier in Category A, please take your time to ensure that your photos of your entries are well taken. There is no rush for you to take hasty photo shots of your entry. Please ensure that good photos of your entry is important. Kindly retake them accordingly. Thanks. No, it is not necessary to customise all 16 unique minifigures with your new decals and customised parts. You can use official LEGO parts to assemble your own unique minifigures series. For example, the Forest Archer below was all official LEGO parts and it is not an existing official LEGO design from any existing sets. Forest Archer

I remember this scene where Gibbs, Jack and William met. A nice and neat creation.

I will lock this topic up. Please refer to the official press release topic for the new upcoming 10218 Pet Shop discussion.

Thank you Boney!!! I am going to watch this video with great anticipation. Love every bit of this new modular release. Wish Svelte is here to see this.

Thanks for taking your time to update the first post.

Excellent outstanding piece of Creator review! I love this set so much and all 3 designs are very nicely designed. It is very likely that I will buy 3 sets as always to build the 3 different designs at one go. I did that for the yellow beach house and this will be no exception. Simply because this Creator house design offers many nice small exterior and interior details. Thank you for sharing. I don't have much complain and love it completely.

Yes, part of the unique 16 minifigures that you have created on your own with your customisation approach is allowed. The difference lies on the fact that it was done "digital" instead of actual piece. Yes. Whatever you do, as long it fits in within 16 x 16, its acceptable. Yes, it can be stacked in terms of levels. I am not imposing a strict piece count or accessories count. Just use the regular LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series as a guideline. You couldn't want to equip your minifigure with more than 10 accessories, resulting it to be unrealistic.

It is because normal decals is the work of the customisers and digital background is to enhance the overall presentation which doesn't relate to your overall built. Whereas, I had forbid LDD entries and it also applies the same to no digital added decals or parts’ colour changes. However, please note that this is not entirely a customisation contest. Customisation takes half of the challenge. You can also be a purist (I will do that if I can participate) to present your own ideal Series 1. That's half of the point, while the presenting and marketing of your vignette on the 16 x 16 scale is the other half. I still urge you not to give up and feel disappointed about it. Yes, for Category B. Please state the items clearly in your entry description. As what I have mentioned to Oky above. I repeat myself again. This is not a pure customisation contest. Your "idea" to your ideal Series 1 and the presentation vignette is being judged. You can be a purist and supplement a couple of customisation stuff somewhere along the line, and what is more important that if your Series 1 attracts the right audience or not. Consider it again. The traditional Category B is pulled off after much careful consideration as there will be quite a handful of "similar" ideas. I am not sure about you guys, but I think it will be very restrictive. Things might changed in the next round. Thanks. Drop me a PM. Meanwhile, can you please re-submit your entry with regards to your Category A entry in here.

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 3 discussion
WhiteFang replied to Klaus-Dieter's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Points bring across. But a single line sentence does not really adds up to a good discussion topic. I remember seeing a similar discussion like this before, but I can't remembered where. Meanwhile, this goes here. -
LEGO Collectable Minifigures General Discussion

K.D, take a look over here. -
Earlier ago, you have created an introduction topic and I have now merged with them together. There is no need for you to duplicate another same introduction topic or discussion in this board. There are quite alot of AFOLs in Singapore and you have got to know them first. I encouraged you to explore one of the local LEGO forum as a start, known as S0937FG. Thanks.

LEGO Collectable Minifigures General Discussion
WhiteFang replied to Nabii's topic in Special LEGO Themes
No need to create a topic for this. I have merged it with the existing Series 1 discussion instead. -
Looks like many of you are quite fearful for the challenging Category B. I am looking forward to many exciting presentations. If you are searching for inspirations, this topic could be of use to you. Please post your entry in this entry topic (Category A). No, you are not allow to post pictures of your past reveal MOCs as part of your participated entry. You may choose to modify and re-design it but you cannot use the exact same thing for your submission. Please revise it accordingly. Thanks.

To raise the stakes and challenges, the boundaries are to be confine within 16x16 and the good news is, there is no height limit. Overhang is allowed (read the rules for more details). You can build anything that you want, even if you just want to stack a whole load of basic colour LEGO bricks as long you can justify where you are coming from. But do bear in mind, that judging is evaluated as a whole which includes your EB Series 1 minifigs and the presentation vignette. Hope I have clarify the above point. No interaction is required with regards to the Category B for the Series 4 building contest.
