Good Review, but the lego star wars site does not have the instructions to the alternate models anymore and the other one is the Outrider or YT-2400 if you prefer. -Edit Found them though, right click and save as Outrider UCS T-16

Why not?

Here's a link to the mod I did for this set for those looking for pointers. http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?...c=16941&hl=

I have yet to see the exclusives at Target, but oddly enough one (Downtown Minneapolis) did have the I.S.D. at U.S. $99.99. I'm thinking it might be their big set for black friday.
-
Nevermind, got beaten to the punch.
-
I do believe its more of a stasis imprisonment device since the reaper lacks the usual cells and the Jellies use the crystals even more so then the humans as power sources.
-
I did build it on a whim and regretted it, it barely could stand on it's own, fell apart when ever it was touched, I ended up taking it apart and putting the two exo models back together.

Updated the first post to include the black X-Wing custom, so all three can be in one thread.
-
Edited the custom x-wings thread/post so all three X-Wings are in one spot so no need for the second link. Thanks for the recommendation Wilhelm.

Yea, it won't be Kam, but the whole brain washing/memory alteration the emperor did to him, just made him stand out. Either choice light or dark could be over written by it, and he does fit the whole S in the father's last name.

My guess http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Kam_Solusar

They are all great, but I like the red, black, and gray one; and the imperial gray ones the best

I did add a 1x2 and 1x4 tile to each wing in the same pattern of the white and black X-Wing's white wing tiles, to liven it up. http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=16966

The red X-Wing was inspired from a pic of different possible color options from Star Wars Galaxies, a red body with a dark colored nose and the rear part of the engines. I added the side and wing "stripes" and went with black laser cannons, over the white/gray ones in the pic. The white and black X-Wing was inspired from the Delta-7 I had done, that belongs to a Star Wars RPG character of mine. The landing gear mod was really a no-brainer, it is where they are located on the real thing. Still even moved they don't help very much with the front landing gear staying up at an angle, though thats more of a flaw of the ratchet pieces if any thing. And again thanks for the comments, haven't been able to get to a place that carries rubber bands that size in black yet, so I been using the type that TLG uses. I'm waiting on 2 black neck studs (already have 2). for the white and black one, to replace the light blay ones. As for the red one I would like to get red ones for it, but to get them through Bricklink shops would be pricey. The black ratchet bricks for the cockpit on the white and black one will be replaced with white when I get the parts from Germany. Thinking about it though I might go with the black neck studs for the red and get some white ones for the other, hmm.

Yup bricklink all the way, cept for a few bits here and there, as for the neck brackets, other colors are hard to get, though the ones on the white and black one are gonna be changed to black. Thanks for the comments.

The black one was inspired by member of my RPG gaming group's Star Wars RPG character's X-Wing. The red one is from a pic of different textures/paint jobs for X-Wings in Star Wars Galaxies. Lastly the white and black one was inspired by my own Star Wars RPG Character's Delta-7 Jedi Starfighter. Changed/Updated pics on 01/19/2009 First Custom, Black Second Custom, Red and Black Third custom, White and Black

Thanks for the comments, I found it absurd that the Rogue Shadow could only hold one minifig, when its suppose to be a transport for the Apprentice and be piloted by Juno. I do like the design of the ship, but it was lazy on TLG's part for the lack of room for at least two minifigs, esp. with the few extra/different parts it took for the modification.
-
The Rogue Shadow First off, expanding the cockpit to fit both Juno and the Apprentice Expanded the sides of the cockpit too, to make more "air tight" And the bottom to see how it was done Of course the roof had to be modded to, so it can close And Closed

Its not ment to be the Stealth X-Wing from the New Jedi Order Series, but rather a X-wing, one of the members of my Star Wars RPG group flys. The time frame of the campaign being between Ep 5 and Ep 6, long before the Stealth was created. The character of the player is a Jedi that disguises herself as her twin a dark jedi/sith.

My third (second posted here) Star Wars custom, My take on the black X-Wing, I replaced the white, tan, light blay, dark blay and most of the red with black pieces, left the trans colors alone, and uses the black astromech from the system ISD. http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=309285

Ello, I've been a member for a few months now and visited the site long before that. I live in the frozen metro area of Minnesota. I've been into lego since I was little i.e. the 80's. I'm a fan of space and star wars sets and exo-force, though I prefer the robot sets more then the humans. I've just finally starting MOCing completing a custom ep2 JSF and now waiting on bricklink orders for my next project.

MOC of my own, but it is a conceptual design on the Delta-7 with the advanced template from the Saga Edition of the Star Wars RPG
