The problem is not with Infrared receivers but with maximum current allowed by battery box. The current is higher the more motors are used. But it also depends on load. The higher the load under which motors are used is the higher the current is. Rechargeable battery box has the top limit of current at which it interrupts the power to the electric circle (by switching itself off). So you may use 4, 6, 9 motors simultaneously or just one to exceed this limit.

MOC: Pushback tractor
Fistach replied to Fistach's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Unfortunately not. It would have been perfect if I had micromotor but I had to use the medium motor for steering with double reduction thus resulting in no free space for centering the steering. I would have been able to add a 3 piston engine dummy also :( Thanks for the comments! I'm right now coming to an end with 11 motors Telehandler! I am disassembling the truck today and I will share photos of interiors with you guys:) -
MOC: Pushback tractor
Fistach replied to Fistach's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
I don't know. These are the only 4 wheels I have so I can't even make a trailer. Yeah I would have to build it in the garage :) Thank you mates! -
[GALLERY] Please click thumbnails Pushback tractor is a truck used to push the planes around the terminals to avoid damaged caused by picked up debris from the ground by the planes' engines. These vehicles are low profiled and very heavy (up to 55 tons or more). Companies which produce these vehicles insist on using them to pushing the planes all the way to airstrip to save air petrol and to reduce pollution. Refer to google for more information. Tech sheet: Length: 325 mm Width: 115 mm Height: 100 mm Weight: 916 g Speed: 0,16 m/s Turning radius: 600 mm I used following power functions' parts. 2x PF Medium 3x PF Light 1x Cable 200 mm 1x PF IR (Both channels occupied) 1x New type battery box I build this truck when I had seen some photos of the airfields. I also wanted to use my new white bricks and take a break from telehandler project. Functions: The vehicles is driven by rear axle only. Steering is performed by medium motor with double reduction. Appearance: MOC is very simple but I tried to make it look as nice as possible. I don't have many white bricks though but I hope you will enjoy it. Check the gallery! Movie I shot and edited short movie. Any critics and comments are encouraged.

I got a new Front Loader 8265 set :) (well I had bought it for myself :D ). I'm still waiting for X-mas Eve :)

The doors are coming back to sets at last! Torso design is outstanding, however this torso and these legs combination is quite poor. I'm thankful for introducing mudguards back and finally a car that uses smaller wheels than trucks.

TECHNIC Sets from 2010
Fistach replied to LordGalewind's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
A huge cylinder? I'm definitely FOR it :O:) -
You probably meant: It's supposed to be released ... Should be double instead of dubble. Should be well instead of will. Should be either: a hotel, like the Cafe Corner, or a hotel (like the Cafe Corner) or a hotel - like the Cafe Corner -. After Corner sth is definitely missing - right now it seems that the Cafe Corner is waiting for a taxi - imo it's a bit ridiculous :) It should be fits instead of fit. Computer screen is written separately. As you can see you made a bit more mistakes that you had spotted. But we are here on EB to support each other - not only in building more and more advanced and beautiful creations. But please do not take this as an offense. I just wanted to help - and if I made mistakes I would be very happy if you pointed me them out :) I would also like to emphasize that I really respect the time you spent on writing and publishing this review. Nice set although I don't like and I see absolutely nothing special about the torso.

Thansk for the review. Introducing the doubled cheese slopes is not money saving process. It's very good to have such parts. I also would like to have 1 x 4 Cheese slope and even 1 x 8 ! I'm a bit confused about the computer screen - does it really fits the airport scene? Thank you for the review. I know my English is not perfect but before posting here on EB please at least use browser that underline wrongly spelled words and correct them. Then read the text again. No offence :)

Thank you :) So do I. I didn't know it can motive someone but it's awesome to hear that;) Thank you ;)

Hello again. This is my first town MOC since before dark age :) I build this little and simple scene to celebrate my first 2510 m continuous crawl swim with a result of 59 mins 34 s and 78 ms. Now I know I can do it much faster although a attend to gym 3 times a week for weight lifting and additional one day cycling (sometimes outdoors not on the gym) and it's very difficult to cope with both swimming pool and gym and get a better result. I'm planning to reduce it to 50 minutes before the April's Fool's day. Because I'm a huge Technic fan I must have added a power functions lights :) This is - as far as I'm concerned - the first and only one MOC with underwater power functions! (If I'm wrong please send me an email or write it in the post below so I can give credit back to the previous author(s)). Cheers

Very good review but it lacks the most important thing! Remove green hands and heads and ann standard yellow ones!

Power Functions Micromotor
Fistach replied to Fistach's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Sometimes there is no place for mechanisms. -
From our lego ambassador we received the following messages: First one: Second one: Personally, I think the micromotor should be one of the PF elements. It would be very useful in several applications, it would reduce the weight of the creations. What do you think about it? Should we press TLC to design one ? It also would be possible to use it in System sets - they've already done this before!
-
I present here the patent for interchangeable flashing lights you can include in you cop car, fire engines etc. It seems big but I can be reduced. You can use one BB but using two different ones create a much better effect (especially with the number of PF lights I used. More information you may find in the YT video here:

Hell yeah! And it seems to have pendular suspension

The stretcher looks bigger than the existing white one, if you compare it to the minifigs? This is not a stretcher - this is a jump pad

TECHNIC Sets from 2010

I'm looking forward to a forwarder (forest truck with crane) and new PF parts :) -
LEGO Pirates Tic Tac Toe - includes 10 minifigures!
Fistach replied to The Cobra's topic in LEGO Pirates
There are 10 figures. Lots of soldiers. I would like TLC not to include the admiral/Brickbeard guys in the set. You can have plenty of them when you buy "normal" sets. -
Hello again:) After creating my Blast Hole drilling rig (here is the link to the topic) -if you haven't seen this yet I strongly recommend:) I decided to build an unusual truck. It will be a 8x6 huge truck, on the wheels of the Off roader. Although I still don't want to reveal all the functions, designs etc. I wanted to show you what I have built so far. Time for some pics: So far I have 8 motors inside - few more to go. The chassis is almost complete. I've tried It by adding an 1,5 kg water bottle that resulted the overall weight of the truck exceeded 5,3 kg. Final weight will be aroung 6 kg. The chassis didn't have any problems. That really good and I'm pretty satisfied with it right now. There are 2 PF XL motors for the drivetrain. The mechanisms for raising the cabin are ready - now I will move on to designing the cabin. In final version there will be 3 battery boxes. 2 PF BB for functions and one old - you can see it in the pictures - it will be for the V6 engine and lights - 7 PF lights in total Here I had the problem with huge reducer - 220 --> 8 revolutions per minute and I've had to disassemble some parts to fix it. Any C&C so far will be appreciated. It's imperative for me to create not only the good working technic MOC but also a MOC with great design. Therefore I've bought 2500 parts for this MOC so far. Please remember It will be my third Technic MOC ever.

Blast Hole Drilling Rig
Fistach replied to Fistach's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
To be honest, at first when I saw Technic mixed in one bag with Bionicle I was shocked. Fortunately you've separated them. -

Thanks mates! The you will probably like my next model :) BTW, i think that technic is not so popular here on eurobricks. Not a problem :) Thanks :) -
Blast Hole Drilling Rig
Fistach replied to Fistach's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Thanks mates! I used only one remote controller because I don't have batteries for another one :) Of course it used 3 channels. I've uploaded few photos of interiors to show you how narrow it was inside. -
Blast Hole Drilling Rig
Fistach replied to Fistach's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Thanks for comments mates. I use the eccentric mechanism check this here: This mechanisms forces the switch to change polarity and to switch lights on and off. Check the pictures of the rigs. They have much much more cables on the outside :) The reason the cables are outside is that there are so many cables that the architects are not capable of putting them inside:)
