I still need to vote so here it is. After debating between Larry Larch for just riding the bandwagon, not providing new information, and just participating on a minimal level, and Barry Cherry for the very fluffy and full of holes 'case' against me and because I find him highly suspicious for starting this whole code business and wasting all of Day 2 on it, I will now vote for: Vote: Barry Cherry (juck) I believe Barry to be the worst of the maple scum. He spent all his effort Day 1 and Day 2 to lynch me and find a way to get information from the stumps. He has shown a great interest in knowing what roles the town has lost. Too much interest. I still feel these codes will help the maples more than the oaks. Which is why I chose to pass along any information I had along with my maple scum list the old fashioned way through a PM.

Thank you. I have already sent a couple of PMs to those I decided to trust. Any info I have that can be of help has already been passed on. You are still basing this on me being able to become a stump after my lynch. Do you have info I don't? Because, as a stump at least I would still be able to participate.

The only thing here I agree with you on is the last part. So I ask you, could you have not said that earlier? I think it should have been discussed what to do if that was going to be a possibility. If Day 2 is spent entirely developing the codes for talking to stumps, then a discussion should also have taken place about what to do if all lynch alignments were lost.

What are you getting at here? I said that I include the remote and unlikely possibilities in any given situation as well as the obvious and easy solutions. I don't know if I will become a stump or not. If I don't become a stump, I don't know how you would know my alignment. But you need to consider that a possibility.

First off, I did look up what a janitor did on mafia wiki. I also looked up what other roles might be in play here. I am not stupid, complaining, whining, or acting the poor little noob. I am frustrated that my fellow oaks refuse to see anything other than what they are being led to see. Has everyone else sent a code? Am I really the only one? Seriously out of 22 people, I am the only one that hasn't sent in a code yet? So because I am uncomfortable with sending a code I am not an Oak? To be an Oak I have to do exactly like all the other Oaks (sheep)?

I am basing my opinion on what I perceive to be a possibility. The only rules we have on tree stumps in those of you who have played with one before and what wiki.mafiascum says. This is new territory, I have considered all possibilities, but my thought process is to include the unlikely, and remote possibilities in a given situation as well as the obvious. I see a plan in place for an obvious, easy solution. What I don't see is a plan in place for the unlikely or remote, which is I don't get to become a stump and you lose my alignment. Please try to understand where I am coming from.

That is my point exactly! They are still here. You have to consider the possibility that lynches don't turn into stumps! Our two stumps were not lynched. Alistair was removed so alignment was not known. He was a lynch. What if lynches alignment can be known but they don't turn into stumps? What then? Has this possibility even been considered? Why would the rules be worded they way they are then? If a rule doesn't mean anything then why include it?

Because I think the oaks are being terribly mislead by the maples. However, in rereading the rules there is another change. It states a dead player may not communicate with other players living or dead. So no, I don't know or have inside information, I just think there is way too much trust placed by many in a few for only Day 2!

Wrong. I will be lynched! Reread rule 8b. A dead player may not post to any living player. I am assuming that stumps are the exception for however long they are with us. I will be lynched! Therefore I will be considered dead! Just like all lynches in previous games. The only thing we oaks lost from Alister is to know whether he was an oak or a maple. A lynch is still a lynch. Why would it be any different when the rules remain the same?

Except for one flaw in your plan; I am an Oak! I will be lynched today so I will not be with you in any form tomorrow, so what good would codes from me do?

I still don't agree with the whole codes thing. I think too much valuable time has been wasted on it, an entire day in fact. Other things need to be considered such as what could the maples possibly have that could counter the stumps. Or what happens if my stump disappears too, how will you know my affiliation and be able to analyze voting patterns. Has anyone really looked at who may be flying under the radar? This is the first game that hasn't been taken seriously into account. And I don't agree with allowing those not used to reading a lot of pages extra lead way. This is the largest game I have played, and I have tried my best to keep up. I think maples are using that fact to create a lot pages of arguments (of which I got drawn into), face it how many of you actually paid attention to what was going on with all the bickering? Maples are creating confusion so they can slide under the radar while Oaks don't pay attention because its too much to read.

I agree. I still have a bad feeling about this idea getting into the maples hands to help them instead. I was very defensive earlier, sorry for my outburst. What I stated at the end was true. If the lynch goes through, and my stump remains for analysis, when I turn up Oak what other leads will the oaks have since so much time was spent on me and the codes? I apologize in advance for getting into too many arguments with those I believe to be maples. It has caused a large distraction on Day 2.

Bobby Beech (Lord Duvors), is the Bobby I was referring to. But you knew that, didn't you? So you find some post to support your reasons to vote for me, good for you. But you miss the reference I made to you? Bad on you. This is about the only useful thing you have contributed the whole game! You miss represented me in several places, but that is normal coming from you. I never meant to bold what I was saying, just highlight it my way, which in the end was to use asterisk. I use low light, I chose the asterisk because it looked good to me, because it was my post! Deal with it. I am innocent, but if your going to lynch me than find a real reason. I have contributed a lot more than others here have. I made good and bad posts, just like everyone else here. I never played the newbie card, or the woe is me either! And if I seem defensive, well , I really an now so that should give you some thought as to the made up 'oh she is so defensive' claim from others. And it was my impression that this was supposed to be fun. Fun on Day 1, down to business on Day 2! I see a lot of effort to lynch me, and to devise some code to talk to the stumps for info, and not a lot of maple finding going on here. Too much time has been wasted in this Day and the only lynch target is me? Doesn't any one else find this odd? What will you talk about on Day 3?

Yes. But if multiple maples got lists then thats multiple oaks code lists that the maples can manipulate to their advantage.

This sounds complicated. If everyone picks one person and sends them a code list, then the maples will have code lists from oaks who mistakenly trust them.

Because I don't have a migraine, yet, I'm trying to avoid one. It does hurt my eyes.
