  1. It is too quiet here......where are all those who will defend their king at all cost!?
  2. Did I just observe correctly that Mr. Anderson was just here and didn't comment on the fact there are three votes for him?
  3. My only point was that none of this was discussed first before the focus on those who didn't vote. Town must look at all info on Day 2 not just a single part. Now it is in the open for further review. I did check my facts, maybe you should have read all of my post. I did state that Banning voted for Fitzwilliam in the part above the part where I misstated that Banning voted for you. My apologies for the mistake, it was late and I was tired and had/have a migraine I didn't mean to confuse anyone.
  4. Since no else commented on my theory, I'll add more to this discussion then. Based on the fact that I was under scrutiny until I posted this and now I seem to be a forgotten topic of conversation, I feel that at least one scum (if not two) are hiding in the Blost, Fitzwilliam, Orann trio. Why you ask? Well, look at the voting from yesterday; Blost and Banning voted for Fitzwilliam, Fitzwilliam and Orann voted for Banning. Banning was lynched, turned town and the voting was then scrutinized by those who did vote on those who didn't. The fact that Orann, Fitzwilliam, and poor Upswich (who also turned town) voted for Banning was not even really looked at. Blost then swayed the focus on those of us who didn't vote, particularly me. Why you ask again? Well, with half of us not voting the scum can't hide in the votes as easily as say if most or all of us had voted. They stand out more in the voting record. Now I was fine being questioned repeatedly, while others stayed relatively quiet. However with this last post by me with my theory the focus now seems to be on.........wait for it........the possibility of an SK in a small game. Wow, what about who voted for the poor lost townie? Or who they were suspicious of? No one seems to be interested in these topics. I really doubt that unless it was two scum and one SK. The game is too small for a non-restricted SK and 3 person scum team. But there is more to talk about. What about the fact that you and Fitzwilliam both voted for Banning? Or that Banning voted for you? Nice to know. It is about time we bring those traitors to swift justice! For the king!
  5. Thank you for showing up and being honest about your vote yesterday Mr. Anderson. I have to agree with Mr. Orann that there is probably three assassins amongst us. Now I know you have been on me about not establishing my voting record yesterday by not voting, but let me tell you my theory on the results of yesterday on those who did and didn't vote. We had 12 members to start with. Six voters and six non-voters. Voted: Blost and Banning voted for Fitzwilliam, Orann, and Fitzwilliam voted for Banning, Anderson and Upswich voted for Skarbin. Non-voters: Radford, Moreton, Skarbin, Glanred, Almoner (myself), Messell Now then, with three two votes each candidates, Upswich changes his vote (to be the hammer deciding vote) from Skarbin to Banning. Thus giving Banning three votes and Banning is lynched who then takes Upswich as the hammer vote with him to his death. Both turn up town, along with Messell who is killed doing a recon mission alone at night. That leaves, left alive, Blost (voted Fitzwilliam), Orann and Fizwilliam (voted Banning), and Anderson (voted Skarbin). As well as five of the non-voters (myself included). Given that I feel there are probably three assassins, I would venture that at least two hid in those that did place a vote knowing that those of us who didn't place a vote would come under scrutiny today. And I would even venture to say that at least one if not two are hiding in those who are active, again knowing those who post very little will come under heavier scrutiny than those that are appearing to be helpful by simply posting. So we have Blost, Orann, Fitzwilliam, Anderson (those who voted) and Radford, Moreton, Skarbin, Glanred, Almoner -me, (non-voters) to choose from. I included myself here due to no one else but myself knowing that I am loyal to the king. Again I would wager that two assassins are among the four that voted and one is among the non-voters.
  6. Mr. Blost, if something doesn't add up then maybe you are over thinking, over analyzing the situation. It was only Day 1, and it turned out pretty typical for Day 1. If you did not wish to single me out, then you should have called out others directly by name that you wished to here more from. I agree with you on wondering where everyone is. I would have thought based on the most recent previous lives that we would not want a repeat of losing innocent townies due to lack of good communication amongst us. If there were any good night results then I would hope those who got them would proceed (with caution) to talk privately with each other. We will only have who is here to truly judge how Day 2 will end. I for one would like to here more from Mr. Felix Anderson. Are the fish biting so well that he hasn't the time to join us for a few thoughts, comments, or questions? Not even one post yet today. Yet yesterday his post consisted of voting for Rath (who had voted for him) with no valid reason given. Revenge voting perhaps? Vote: Felix Anderson (KingoftheZempk) Sorry, hear not here. Ok, actually I would like to hear more from him here.
  7. I was thinking the same thing. Which is why I replied that with five other non voters, I was not the deciding vote because I was not the last one to to vote. Any one of the others could have stepped in as well and been a deciding vote. Mairn made the choice to step in as a deciding vote, no one made him do it and he could have chosen to not do it and thus the day would have ended in a no lynch unless someone else voted or changed their vote. I disagree with this. I never said I wanted a no lynch or a lynch. I simply chose to not vote because I was not comfortable with the choices. Considering how much scrutiny I am going through for my choice and reason for not voting, I highly disagree that not voting is a good place for scum to hide. Those who chose to not vote will always come under scrutiny so how is that a good place to hide? A good place for scum to hide is in looking like they are trying to be helpful while focusing on townies who choose not to vote. If one or more of the scum chose to not vote, which I doubt, then they sure are getting away with it by your constant focus on me alone. Or is that what you are really trying to do here....keep the focus on me, I am town, and off one of your scum buddies who chose to not vote. Just saying, it is a possibility. I agree with this.
  8. I am being accountable, I gave you my reason. If you don't like it or agree with it that is your choice, but it is still my reason. I would have made a case against someone if I had felt it was warranted and someone stood out as very very scummy. But it was Day 1 and no one was scummy so I chose to not vote. Why are you insisting that I was a deciding vote? I was not the deciding vote as there were others besides myself who chose not to vote. A deciding vote is the last one cast in a tie situation, which was Mairn on Day 1. If I had voted and created a tie, hence no lynch situation then any of the other five could have voted and broken the tie. Then that person would have been the deciding vote.
  9. Since a majority was not needed and those choosing to vote could decide whether or not there would be a no lynch, my personal preference is irrelevant. Had it come down to me being the deciding vote of a majority needed then it would matter and then I would have stated whether or not I preferred a no lynch at that time. Those of you who voted decided how the day would go. May I remind you that there were six of us who chose not to vote. Why is it then that you are not calling the rest of them out for explanations? Only two of us have stated why we chose not to vote, and poor Klaer is dead, she too chose not to vote. Scrutinize me if you will, but don't get so focused that you lose sight that I was not alone in not voting and three others have not stated why they chose not to vote. And some haven't even graced us with their presence yet today.
  10. On the contrary Mr. Orann, my explanation is sound. You have your opinion and I have mine. I chose to not vote and you chose to take a risk that your chosen lynch candidate would turn up as a traitor. As it is your chosen candidate turned up to be an innocent town member who then in a violent rage took another innocent town member with him to his death. It is merely day 1 we are talking about here. I didn't try to hide my voting record because there is nothing to hide. I am town, and because I chose yesterday to not vote doesn't mean I will choose to not vote again. So what are you really after here?
  11. I would be happy to clarify what I was getting at for you. While I agree past lives are supposed to have no effect on the current circumstances, I must point out that it is possible that poor Klaer was targeted for being the vig before and hardly ever showing up and someone assuming that a role is in play and that is why she hasn't shown up hardly at all in this life as well. As you ( and most of us as well) know it is difficult to not think of something that happened in a previous life and apply it to what is happening today. And there is no need for you to be shaken by my suggesting that you were letting her past life effect this one, all of us have done it one time or another. The thing I was pointing out that I find suspicious was that of all the roles you could have pointed out as a possibility associated with Klaer, you pointed out the vig. It is quite common for the vig to stay home night one, no need to be concerned at this point. And there could be any number of reasons for only one kill last night, not just the death of the vig. And I will also provide clarification for Berdam grasping at straws here. First he is quite correct in his reads on me are off. I would love for him to point out exactly where I was voicing suspicions and encouraging others to vote based on my suspicions without casting a vote myself. I will also clear up why I personally chose not to vote yesterday in a minute. But first let us discuss the issue of my mentioning that one of our numbers was missing. As I stated, being the military advisor to the king, I wanted everyone to line up for formal inspection, and pointed out one of our numbers was missing. I never said I found her suspicious for missing, just simply stated she was missing. I do not push the topic, but I do mention it again hoping that in fact Klaer would see that I saw she was here, but not in formation with everyone else. I did mention to here she should be more polite since I was merely pointing out that she was here but hadn't cared to join us for a simple greeting and general conversation to show the king who's side she was on. Now onto the lynch. I didn't feel the lynch was in jeopardy due to the fact that the player with the most votes would be lynched. My vote really wasn't needed and I did not feel comfortable casting a vote for anyone at that point. Past lives, especially the most recent one has taught me the value of a no-lynch on day 1 and that we town can indeed survive and win without it. Sometimes data can be gained from it, sometimes not. With a game this small I felt it was in towns best interest to keep as many townies alive day 1/night 1 as possible.
  12. Interesting, what you say here. I admit that thought passed through my mind as well, however I see it more likely the vig would choose to stay home to prevent the accidental death of an innocent townie. As you said no one in particular stood out yesterday, so I don't really see why you would first suggest the possibility that the vig was killed, hence the lack of a second kill, and the randomness of an assassin kill when in fact in a previous life Klaer was indeed the town vig. So for you to put poor dead Klaer in the same thought as the town vig just seems........suspicious to me. As to your thoughts as to why the Corporal didn't mention before the end of the day he was a vengeful/super saint/ bomb type role, my only thought on this is maybe he was hoping a traitor would jump on the opportunity to lynch him and therefore he would take one out with him in his death. Otherwise it doesn't make sense for him to keep quiet on that issue.
  13. This is what I have been saying.....strong drink at a time like this will only dull our senses! Keep the drinking for the victory celebrations when we bring those traitors to swift justice! Now, on to the matter at hand. With us losing three townies this quickly in a small game, the ratio of townies to assassins is not good. The vengeful super saint killing the lynch hammer makes sense, what doesn't make sense is the killing of Klaer. Klaer said very little yesterday so why the kill. Assuming the vig stayed home why would the assassins target someone who was barely here?
  14. Well now that we are all here we can get this party started into formation for formal review! No need to get defensive Messell, a simple polite greeting was all that was needed, your king wants to know if you stand with or against him that is all. And I am in agreement with a closer inspection at those so quick and willing to offer up someone for a lynch without a proper review is warranted indeed.
  15. And it would seem the blacksmith was just here again, with nothing to say....didn't even join us.
  16. Odd, it would seem that our blacksmith/pirate was online just a bit ago and didn't even stop by to say anything, or even get a drink from the tavern.
  17. That is Sir Eustace...I did not lose this leg in service to my king to be called simply by my first name.....I earned the right to be called Sir. Ah, but if you had read the rules posted by our king host voting could begin at any time during the day, no need to wait for the first 24hrs. And anything to do with our glorious Kingdom is serious stuff even character fluff. Blacksmith / Pirate equals the same thing...good with making and using weapons. We shall see who's side this one is on.
  18. Ah good, you are here now towniest of townies Sergeant! Get all these people in formation for inspection, even the drunken ones! We will see by looking them directly in the eye who is loyal to our king and who is not! Justice will be served! There is one missing from our ranks!
  19. Traitors, these assassins are all traitors! Justice must be served swiftly! I lost my leg in service to my king and I will defend him at all cost! We must pull together right now...... everyone fall in formation for inspection immediately!
  20. Thank you Orange Leader. You are correct, it is a MANTIS/pirate theme week. This was a really fun build. Thanks Kai. I wasn't sure what to do with the boat at first but then realized it could skim sand vs floating on water. I always wanted to bring back Frank, George, and Robert to tell their story after ORB left Octan. Cannon Cove was perfect for their punishment remote fort. Thaks Big Sal. ORB has been watching too many Sci-Fi movies lately.
  21. I am present and will report any unsavory behavior directly to the king! I lost this here leg in defending him with honor and glory in a battle to be remembered! No drunkeness for me, a good hearty meal and rest is all I need to find these assassins and bring them to justice!
  22. Date: 7 Febrarali 3816 Location: Lesser Dringo (F02) Tags: Engineering (Military Building), Spying, Land Vehicle (Hover Boat) Mission: Locate/Jam Octan Signal, Install Listening Device Engineers Log: We have arrived on Lesser Dringo...... "The Flying MANTIS has sighted it's target and approaches sleek and fast, lining up for the attack" Engineers Log: We have arrived...... "Picking up speed, almost there" ORB, what are you doing? Well, the Flying MANTIS was just getting ready to attack this alien city... That is very funny ORB, but we need to place these signal transmitter units in there so we can just sit back and listen to whoever has been broadcasting from this location. Strange, there are no readings from this....city looking structure. I don't see that it really does anything at all, except just look like an alien city. My Lady, there have been no signs of life here since you came here and rescued me from the Octan W.E.R. Lab and then it was shut down and dismantled. I have no idea who could have set the signals we intercepted. Hmm, well it is strange, come on we can have some fun driving back to the landing site in the new M.A.N.T.I.S Sand Skimmer. You can fly your ship from there....as long as you man the rudder so we stay on course. Yipee...... Meanwhile, just a short distance away........ Hey, George.....any luck getting that signal out? Robert ,make some new coffee will ya? No....the signal still isn't working, Frank. It was working just a little while ago...really it was. Frank, we are almost out of coffee! What are we going to do? We aren't scheduled for supplies for another six months! Robert, you just need to cut back your portion....or figure out how to grow more. At least we still have our coffee maker,...and the couch out of the office cubicle and the radio equipment and one chair.... Good job being positive, George, and we have a well for fresh water and we can grow some of our food and we have this really cool old weapon from Earth. And I can be look out for that M.A.N.T.I.S woman and make sure nothing else disappears from under our watch. That Obsolete Rusting Bot was never a good worker for us.....wish we didn't get blamed for him leaving like that....still we did really see that woman in this desert. And the final shot with all three builds..... This was my build based off of #6266 Cannon Cove. Thanks for looking, C&C always welcome.
  23. Looking forward to it.
